This company deserves less than one star. Prepare to be charged above all quotations. Even when you drop items that are validated by the freight center themselves. Last one they call a delivery appointment for an extra 45.00. Some of the extra charges have been as high as twice the agreed freight charge. Shippers beware. We even cancel brokered loads if assigned to YRC. I am not someone to write reviews but I cannot stay quiet on such questionable business ethics.

I ordered a swing set from walmart.com, YRC was the freight company to handle my delivery, the delivery sat in a trucking yard for over two weeks, the delivery date to me has changed four times and is over two weeks late, The total drive time distance from the walmart warehouse was only a 10 hour drive to my house and this company took over 3 weeks to deliver. I would not recommend

Purchase equipment form Home Depot. YRC did not deliver because they had wrong phone number. Order had correct phone number. was delayed 5 days

Nicole in appointments has no clue what she is doing, not professional at all states her opinion on charges which doesn’t matter when there is an agreement in effect the worst person I’ve dealt with in 20 years. I’ve shipped Abf and ups freight for 20 years this girl is not worthy of her job.

Less than one star would actually be my choice. 10 days and counting for a shipment from Philly.
