I was scared of all the negative reviews, but again learned not to trust reviews. Order came in early, they were on time for the delivery appointment, and were extremely professional.

The telephone number in Rochester is a non working number. Their web site will not accept a tracking number or appointments. No response via email. Horrible!!

Attempt #1 - The treadmill I purchased from Amazon was damaged in shipping.Attempt #2 - A new treadmill was shipped. Set to be delivered with a scheduled time and date. Pilot freight was a no call no show.Attempt #3 - Someone was supposed to call within 24 hrs to reschedule delivery. No call. Wouldnt let me leave a message on their phone.Attempt #4- Spoke to someone the next week, scheduled delivery for the next day.Attempt #5- I received a call stating that the driver doesnt have my treadmill because someone already came and picked it up.I did not pick up the treadmill.Now I have no clue if my treadmill was stolen, if theres a mistake or if Im even going to get it.How many stars would you give them? One seems too many.

I have used Pilot home delivery several times over the past month and I must say I am very satisfied with their customer service; as well as the drivers. They are always on time with my shipments. Thanks Pilot for doing exactly what you promise!

This is a terrible service. I ordered and was confirmed a delivery date of May 22, I received an email letting me know I cant get delivery until May 26th. (It is now the 26th) - No delivery. I call and was told they have me down for June 3rd. No one called and the service rep was just like hey I can schedule you for friday

Do not use these guys, they will lie and will take hold your package forever....will tell you it’s coming out for delivery and never show up

Got the notification that my shipment was out for delivery, but it never showed up. Literally one of the worst experiences with shipment of a significant purchase.

Professional on-time delivery with heads-up call. Delivered at the opening of the delivery window. A+ delivery.

They tried to reschedule my delivery repeatedly, then were late when they finally did deliver. Dispatch office is not helpful and their phone lines are terrible and crackley. They told me they would call me back, did not. Then seemed annoyed when I called 2 hours later. Will not order from anyone who uses them again.

“Lost” a big order

I delivered to AIR DISPATCH Inc in building 595,. They unloaded me 7 hours,no public restroom. Bad place.

I will not buy from anyone who uses this delivery service ever again. Twice, in 2 weeks theyve delivered something, and despite repeated assurances that they would call 30 minutes in advance, my cell phone, both times they did neither. And, this second time, they werent going to accept my neighbors signature, even though they had before, and told me twice anyone could sign. Worst company ever.
