I use the mailbox services to get my packages, It is VERY handy, the staff are amazing and are very friendly. Its one of the best servies to have if you have a package theif issue.

ACCESSIBILITY INFO: there are sidewalk ramps to allow access to the level entrance of this store but there is NOT a door access button/automatic door. It’s a busy place so it’s likely someone can help w/ the door and the staff are helpful too but parts of the door are covered with signs so it’s not always easy to get attention from outside by knocking and there is no bell. If you’re a manual chair user w some strength the door is possible to push open while reversing in or enough to at least request staff assistance but it’s already a tight fit so not ideal.

Store manager name Steve at location 2604 Elmwood ave Rochester is rude and unprofessional. He refused to take care of the customer without any grounded reason. This guy needs replacement.Dear store manager, this is resonce to your answer: You did not take care of me at all. This is lie, and your camera footage can show that. So please post it. There was no reason to refuse service when I returned with the mask on my face per your request! You refused to provide any contact information to write an official complaint. This is very unprofessional. Even if you think that client is wrong, they still have right to file a complaint. This right was violated.

Even though this store can get busy the staff keeps the traffic moving and does an excellent job of making sure your needs are met in a timely and thorough fashion. Ive shipped a lot of boxes of various sizes and weights lately and the process has been very efficient. Ive also had documents notarized here and that is a valuable service to have on offer. It can be surprisingly hard to track down a convenient notary public. Plenty of parking here too. I highly recommend. PS: All the boxes Ive shipped have arrived on time and in good shape.

Omg, Claire was so helpful and patient with me. She is AMAZING!!! Josh was super friendly and added to the wonderful experience!!! I now know that UPS does a lot more than what most of us think they do. Also they have accommodating hours (open late til 7pm 😃). I will recommend anyone to use their store for any of their services. Check them out sometime.

Clearly, your employees did not provide you will all the facts. I can see you require more detail at this point.1.) You state that you denied a refund because the board was altered after leaving the store.The board was not cut by you because your employee, Sofie, specifically said she couldnt make foam board cuts without the possibility of tearing of the paper. What were we to think after hearing that? So we had to do this ourselves with a 36 metal straight edge and carpet cutter w/new blade. It came out perfect with no tears.2.) You stated that we approved the quality upon pick-up. On the contrary, when I picked up the print (personally), the quality was never approved in front of your employees because it was never taken out of its plastic sleeve. I simply assumed it was satisfactory, paid for it, and then hurried out. If I had opened it, I would have immediately seen the wrinkling throughout the lamination and brought it to your staffs attention.3.) You stated that our alterations were responsible for the paper curling away from the board, which, occurred over night. It might interest you to know that the separation occurred at the outside edge of the board on the opposite end from where we made the cut. You would have known this if you looked at it yourself after we returned it to your store with a post-it note to Nicks attention requesting his inspection before throwing it out.Bottom line: Steve, this is not a matter of the $60, but rather one of principle. As a business owner looking to maintain a good reputation, how can you NOT stand behind your associates work. The $$$ is really not important, but being accused of being responsible for your quality imperfections is. We communicated directly with the store manager whos name is Nick and we subsequently found out he also did the work. The job required printing a graphic file (picture) using a matte finish paper and then adhering it to a foam backing board for our use at an indoor trade show.When we picked up the 36 x 24 poster board, it was in a clear plastic bag. This unfortunately hid the imperfections we later became aware of once we got back to the office. The printed sheet (that was glued to the foam board) had four large creases which were very noticeable at a distance. To make matters worse, the paper began to curl back and off from the board. (See photos)When we called Nick to ask for a refund he said it was the stores Policy to not refund anything that leaves the store and inferred that we may have caused the issue and then went on to say I was condescending. Oh My!This store DOES NOT stand behind their work and clearly doesnt know or understand the meaning of Quality. There was no refund and we have had to throw their display board out. I do not recall ever having had an experience like this before.Do yourself a favor and get all your Brighton printing needs taken care of professionally by FedEx Print & Ship Center located just across the street from this UPS Store. They are also at 12 Corners right next to Panera Bread. Their printing services are sophisticated and they have folks trained for such. They re-made the poster in less than 24 hours and it was absolutely PERFECT. Ask for Kelly, she will not disappoint!

Service at this UPS location was outstanding. UPS employee, Clara, went above and beyond (staying over an hour past the end of her shift) helping us sort out the place cards for my sisters wedding. We provided her with a file that turned out not to print properly, and she spent ages fixing it for us to ensure that the place cards looked good. She pretty much saved the wedding (or at least our sanity in the lead up to the wedding) - my dad even mentioned her in his toast! I will definitely use this location again in the future.

I recently learned that this UPS store did more than just mail packages, theyre also a full-fledged print shop. This was good timing because sadly my dog ran away and I wanted to make flyers to post around town.When I arrived at the store the staff was quick to acknowledge me even though it was kind of busy. I went to the copier but had trouble using my thumb drive and couldnt find my file and I was just a mess. The guy that assisted me was very nice and understanding about it all. He seemed to really care when I told him about my dog, and honestly I dont think you see that very often anymore.Anyways I felt as if I was in and out of that store rather quickly and I was happy with how my flyers turned out. This trip was the lone bright spot in an otherwise dark day.Ill definitely be coming back with other stuff to print.

Went to have notary device they refused to notarize a copy of my license. and documents for an overseas wedding even after explaining and showing ththe requirements for the form.They said the didnt do certified copies .

I came in last week to mail a box and it couldnt have been any easier! The young man working front not only mailed my box with ease, but also had an intelligent friendly conversation with me! Nowadays wherever you go youre treated as another number. Thankfully not here! Im very pleased with the business and plan on coming here from now on, definitely worth the extra few minutes drive.

The staff is rude and the wait is unbearable. I would much rather prefer to pick up my packages at Nassau St. I don’t care much for FedEX but I prefer them over UPS for reasons like this. UPS= UnProfessional Standards!

Like the previous review, the clerk was totally unfamiliar with recipient paid shipping. She refused to investigate further and told US to call the head office even though we have provided step by step instructions. She seemed on the verge of loosing it, so we just walked out. Not sure why she is in the shipping business, or any other kind of customer service business.Drove over the UPS store on 620 Park Ave. The guy knew exactly what to do and took care of use without a hassle.

They don’t get their shipment out on time. I paid for overnight shipping. But it didn’t arrive until the fourth day. And when I call ups customer service, they saying this location is not a real ups. So ppl please think twice before you use this storeTo reply the store comments: since yesterday, I have already called the store four times. they saying the store manager was not there, and they cannot give me any results. and they asked for my phone number saying i should wait for the store to call me.

I came in last week to send some candy to my grandson, and the gentleman behind the counter noticed I had some envelopes to mail as well and offered to send them out for me. I had no idea I could send regular from here too!!!! I ended up buying a book of stamps, and now I know I can skip the post office lines and get everything done in one place!!!!

Yesterday I came in to this store to get a document notarized. I admit I was frazzled but the tall blonde staff person was rude. She seemed bored from the start. I am sure hearing my woes and questions is boring but you work in customer service. She informed me that the person who notarizes was gone. If you advertise that you do notarize documents then someone should be there at all times during business hours. The other girl (a brunette w glasses) was very nice and said she would call to the Pittsford Plaza store to see if they could notarize. Thankfully they could and I got excellent service at that store and no attitude. As I left the tall blonde said to me in the future you should call in advance to see if the notary person is here. Really? I found that to be condescending. 2 stars to the staff who called. People who utilize your services are often on deadlines and stressed. A kind word is everything. I felt like I was being scolded by a 20 yr old. Not good. Go to the Pittsford Plaza store for service! Not this one.

Needed to return an item prepaid by the receipient. Clerk was not the least bit helpful. Actually I returned a second time after being told I needed to obtain a certain type of shipping label that they refused to provide, I had the wrong kind of label and she was downright nasty.I will take my business elsewhere.
