Scheduled an appointment for 8:30 this morning in Rochester, Leonard who replaced my battery was extremely courteous, and took care of my problem in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend Batteries & Bulbs to anyone needing to replace their iPhone battery! Very competitive in price, and when you book your appointment online there is a $10 off coupon!

Faster service than promised, great value and customer service. They did a fantastic job getting us in and out in just a few minutes. I highly recommend any of your phone needs to be taken here.

I’ve heard this place is great for phone battery replacement and believe that to be the case. I would not recommend replacing one’s iPhone screen here, however. A repair that should’ve taken a half hour at most was promised to be done in an hour and a half. Five hours (and multiple trips by me) later I was handed my phone back with the original cracked screen back on the phone - yet no longer working, as it was before.

Quick service, John did fantastic work. I shopped nearby and had a great cup of coffee while it was being repaired, it only took an hour and a half. Called around to other repair shops for cost of replacement of screen on my Samsung 8 and they were the most economical by $40.

Thought I needed a new battery for my mobile phone and went in to get one installed. Upon returning the associates informed me that they were having trouble getting the new battery to take a charge. Told me to take it home and try it. If not satisfactory I could come back and they would give me a refund or have the charging port repaired. Not wanting to stick any more money into a 4 yr old phone I returned the next day for a complete refund. Kudos to them for the great customer service!

Very quick and friendly service. I was looking at buying a new phone but thought I heard on the radio that Batteries + replaced IPhone batteries so called and they had it in stock and got me in and out in less then 30 minutes. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Customer service was great. The replacement battery was not any better than my worn out Samsung S6 battery, not sure what that means. Had to take it in for a second replacement battery, not much better, ugh!

Friendly enough and willing to make things right but totally incompetent. Made an on-line appointment for a battery replacement. Dropped off my phone and when I returned to pick it up, there was a huge scratch in the screen. They were willing to replace the screen (come back later to pick it up). When I picked up my phone after screen replacement, the speaker grill was bent and pulled up. It looked like it had been pried on with a small tool during screen replacement. They are willing to replace the speaker when the part comes in.......... we will see how that goes and what might get wrecked during that repair.

Stopped in without appointment to check on getting a new battery for my iPhone. They were able to fix immediately. Also found defective charging connection and repaired that at same time. Very friendly staff and professional.

Phone did not work when I stopped. I left phone for 2 hours. not working so I then went to the Bank. when I returned they were just beginning to work on it. I waited for then 15 more minutes. I was not pleased with the service I received. no discount was offered for my time.
