I spent 1,350 to fix my machine, it doesnt work now they want more money to get it into working condition

Purchased a Viper Machine from Phoenix Machine Repair and was sold on the service. Unfortunately, the machine has been in repair more than it has been working. It takes multiple calls to Phoenix Machine Repair before anyone calls back.The sales team is eager to make the sale but the service is less than satisfactory. It has now been three weeks and three calls into the Service Department and no returned phone calls.
