I took my IPhone in because part of the screen had become unresponsive to touch. I had read online and was told when I called the shop, that I would probably need to replace the screen. When I took my phone in he popped off the screen protector, cleaned it, and tested it and it was working. He discovered a hairline crack on the screen protector that was likely the issue. He did not try to sell me a new screen, just popped on a new screen protector, had me test it and I was on my way. Very honest and efficient- I will definitely go back if I have any other issues.

Had my screen replaced but new screen did not stick had them fix it again that screen also didnt stick about to take it in again for one more try before I ask for a refund and try some where else giving them a 2 star because they are very friendly but having to take time off work to keep going back is costing me alot of money.

My wife’s phone was broken. I took it to Quality Phone Repair and it was as good as new a few hours later. I did have a small problem with the bill, because I actually felt that he did not charge me enough. So, I decided to pay him about 30% more than he asked. If I ever need a cell phone repaired again, this is the place I will go. The service was outstanding.

My loudspeaker was slowly getting quieter and harder to hear. Called Quality Phone Repair and the gentleman informed me the speaker is probably just dirty. Bring it by and hed look at it. After doing several Google searches on my phone and realizing it was a problem with no solution I thought Id give him a try. Well he had the phone for maybe ten minutes and its like new. Went to pay and he said no charge!! Wow. I had been quoted 75$ for a new speaker from his competition. Highly recommend!! Thank you sir!!

Great service from a small but very reliable repair shop. I was very impressed with his customer service and my phone looks like new. I dropped my phone and both screen and back were shattered. He replaced both for under $100. Much cheaper than I thought it would be.

Got a phone repaired there for a decent price couldnt complain, but within an hour the screen had purple lines going vertically and horizontally. Went back to the place and he said if he could get it off without breaking the screen he would replace it for $25, but if it broke it would be full price even though there are 6 month warranties all over the stand dont know what thats about. So he ended up getting it off without breaking it which was awesome and I was happy with the service at that point but now its been about a week and there is a black dot on the screen, so I wouldnt recommend this place or any mall vendors.

I had to get my glass repaired on my phone, I called around and founds this place was one of the best prices and it was more convenient. They had to order the part because my phone is not a typical iPhone or Samsung and it only took a couple days for the part to come in and get repaired. Great customer service and fair prices! Brought my phone to Quality Phone Repair as my battery would not take a charge and my phone was dead. He was able to immediately diagnosis the issue as a bad charging port. He then suggested a solution of using its wireless charging capabilities and had one there to test it right away. It worked and I was very happy. I now feel confident I will be able to transfer all my important information to my new cellphone once I get it. Thank you very much!

I had a loose charging port on my iPhone 6s. Quality phone repair estimated the repair for $20 cheeper than the other place in the mall. But before they went on to repair it, they fixed it by just cleaning the port. The other place never went on with cleaning the port and just estimated the repair at $20 more. I will definitely come back to this little stand in the mall for my phone repairs. Honest and knowledgeable.

Awesome customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Needed screens replaced on an iPhone 6s and an iPhone 7 Plus. Also had a new battery put in the 6s. Had them done pretty quick while we walked around the mall. Prices were less than I expected and he gave us a discount of 10% and nice screen protectors. I used to have my repairs done somewhere else but I like this place better. Faster and more friendly.I saw another person posted that they were offered a discount to write a review before they left. We were not asked to write a review. Mine is from my honest personal experience.

I dropped my phone in the parking lot of the mall and completely shattered it. Brought it in to this stand based on good reviews. My phone is as good as new now and it barely took 15minutes! Highly recommend.

The staff does great work at a fair price. They have repaired 8-10 devices for our family over the last few years - both Android and iPhones. Once they even helped us repair a laptop screen hinge. I highly recommend them!

Very good service. I thought I had to get the charge port replaced for my phone, but the man told me that only problem was that dust and dirt had accumulated in the port and that it only required a cleaning. On top of that, it was free. Will definitely be going for my phone problems.

Went in to get my 6plus screen replaced at this place, came home and noticed my phone won’t hold any CHARGE! How ridiculous!!!! REALLY QUALITY PHONE REPAIR?! Swapping battery for simple cracked screen replacement! Steer clear of this place at any cost!! They SWAP your IPhone brand battery and put a cheapie one in so you’d go back to them and get it replaced again!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Dont go here. He is very rude and needs to learn customer service skills. I messaged him about my s8 plus screen and he told me he would order it. I then called a couple days later to see if he had ordered the screen and he said he had. I went to the mall a few hours later to get my phone fixed and he rudely told me I never called and that it would cost me 300 dollars to get phone fixed.

Quality Phone Repair repaired my totally ruined phone twice now in the matter of a month and costed me peanuts compaired to the price of a knew phone. It only took under an hour to repair. I am totally happy with Joe!!

Save yourself some money and time. Go to a reputable place. Dont get your phone work done in a Mall Kiosk. I lost $250. They did not stand behind their work. Their warranty is really 10 feet or 10 seconds, whichever comes first. Screen went dark after 2 weeks. Took it back to them. One employee looked the phone over then shrugged his shoulders and said he was not certified to do Samsung. His boss would be back next week. Which is turning out to be over a month. Then after the phone sits in their drawer for 3 weeks they call and say they found a small crack in the LCD...If you hold it to the light just right... No warranty for damage. For discount of Only $200 this time they will replace the LCD. NO THANKS. I am not affiliated with any phone store or trying to ruin your business, you are doing that on your own. This started July 27th, I have given you a chance to correct the problem...So dont reply to call you....It has not helped.

Had screen replaced here, a few days later had two large cracks across the screen, didnt even take the phone out of my apartment(purchased newnphonee) never dropped it, had screen protector and case on phone. Only thing I can think of is poor quality screen replacement part and vibrate from phone alarm caused it to break. Visited Quality phone repair and was basically brushed off by the employee and told to contact his boss about it. Contacted him via text and was told there was nothing they can do. Poor customer service.

They didnt align the screen correctly, which resulted in the connection breaking. Said they would look at it again, but frustrating that they sent me away the first time when I told them I was concerned about it, so I knocked a star off.I ended up needing to get the entire screen replaced, but it was done at a discount. I should have made a bigger fuss earlier. Seems like the owner is reasonable.
