Awesome customer service, quality repair and great price!! I cracked the screen on my iPhone 11 and their price was $20 less than everywhere else! When I got it back after their repair I was extremely happy. It looks just like it did brand new.

I had long been a satisfied customer of a rival business located on W. Ridge Rd in Greece. When my laptop fan started making noise, I called them- only to find out that they were no longer servicing the general public. Yikes!I Googled Best Computer Repair Near Me and these guys showed up at the top of the list. The reviews (see above) were nearly 100% satisfied, so I rolled over and dropped off my computer. Imagine my complete surprise and delight when they called the NEXT DAY (!) and said it was ready to go!Unless my fan starts rumbling again (as if), I highly recommend these guys. I called around everywhere over the past week after cracking the screen on my phone, and Genius Repair was the only shop willing to repair my Sony phone.The employees were very professional, the turn around was same day - a few hours which was amazing for me because I work through normal business hours and have trouble running errands during the day and their prices are extremely fair.I wouldnt hesitate to visit them again and highly recommend them for your phone repair needs. Im not like an expert phone guy or anything but I know what a bad job looks like, and my phone came back better than new and I can tell it was repaired professionally.

I had them fix my Samsung Galaxy phone screen and 2 months later the glass falls out. Ive contacted them several times and they wont respond. Horrible quality of service. This place is a scam.

Good repair job and the price was much lower than the Ubreakifix place, but it took a full week to get done. Would probably go here again if I wasn’t in a hurry for my device. Friendly, social distancing and all that. Just took a few days longer than I expected.

I had dropped my LG G7 Fit phone that broke and needed a new replacement LCD screen. These guys came highly recommended so I thought Id give it a shot. I called on Friday July 3rd and asked for an estimate repair cost and whether it would be an easy fix. They had a part number ready for order and wanted a deposit down. I asked to verify the part with management prior to committing to purchasing the new part. They said theyd contact me....... still few weeks later with no phone call verifying the part. Poor customer service IMHO. If anyone is looking to get there phone fixed save yourself the hassle and just look we elsewhere.

Absolutely awful. Took my phone in to get a screen fixed since Apple is closed. After getting my phone back the vibration didn’t work, no big deal... but took it back in to be belittled by two young guys. Brought it back a 3rd time because there was a hardware problem during an update, and was told that it was an “Apple problem”, when there was no software or hardware problem to begin with. He then told us that if we called Apple that we could get a new phone. . . Needless to say that was false and had to buy a new phone. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

I brought two cracked iPads in for repair. One of them wasnt even cracked, it was the screen protector I applied that was cracked! I didnt know that, and the employee removed it and showed me when he could have just pretended not to know and charge me $100+ for it. The honesty is sincerely appreciated!

I came into the store to get my iPhone 6S Plus screen fixed. I was immediately taken care of when I stepped to the counter-top and the repair was swift and sound! To make things even better, the price was a lot cheaper than at a few other stores like the kiosks in the malls throughout the city (those guys charge an arm and a leg). It took a little extra time but they had that fixed as well, no questions asked & no extra fee. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Horrible customer service. I took my iPhone 7 Plus in for a screen replacement. My phone was working although my screen was cracked. I was told 30 minutes for repair. When I returned to pick up my phone, I was told 15 more minutes. Ok, no problem. Fifteen minutes later, my phone was CRACKED EVEN MORE. No repair at all and a new pressure mark. The young lady who was supposed to fix my phone had broke it ( unbeknownst to me at the time). Frustrated, I grabbed my phone and left. I made a reservation for the Apple store to see if they could fix the bigger problem that this place genius repair made. I was told there was nothing that could be done once at the Apple store. I took the phone back to genius repair and told them that my phone has not been working ever since it came there for repair. The young lady who BROKE my phone was apparently fired the next day- as told by me from the manager. The “manager” had me verify that I actually went to the Apple store- like I was lying. A week in a half later still no phone. I would not recommend this place ever !!

Great service! Had an Xbox One problem; tried the online diagnosis. Despite being really busy, the Tech confirmed that power supply was bad (incorrect online diagnosis procedure). No charge for the checkout! I will definitely go back!

Great speedy service. They replaced the damaged charging port on my Galaxy S6 in two hours. They are very attentive and really seem to know what they are doing.

Excellent cell phone service firm!! My Droid Turbo 2 was no longer charging and I randomly chose to bring it to Genius for repair. They found the problem that afternoon (charger port assembly was damaged), called me and ordered a replacement part. The next day they alerted me that the phone was slow in rebooting and they would spend some more time double checking the phone before returning it to me. The next morning they let me know the phone was working fine and I picked it up. Pricing was very reasonable, Henrietta location (plenty of parking) was great, and service was attentive and very professional. Dont waste your time with other services. And no - I am not an employee.

The worst! Do not bring your phone there. I brought my phone there on a Monday, I was told it would be ready Friday and it wasn’t. They didn’t call me to tell me it wouldn’t be ready, I called on Saturday and they said they would see if it’s ready and let me know, they didn’t let me know anything. I called Monday and they said maybe it’ll be ready by the end of the day,, I had to call back again and finally after a week and a few hours it was given back to me. They gave me a piece of JUNK for a loaner phone, it didn’t even work right. Very unfriendly and rude

My Phone suffered damage and so I took it to Genius Repair with hopes of salvaging the phone. They were unable to fix the phone, but that is not the reason for the poor rating. The poor rating is primarily due to the lack of communication and unresponsiveness to emails after they had my phone. I had to keep reaching out to them about updates and did not hear back from them when promised. After 3 weeks (one of which was waiting for parts), I went back and picked up my phone. As someone who works in the IT field, I understand that sometimes devices cannot be fixed however I never felt great or confident in the repair after dropping of the device.

Okay...these guys are fantastic. Not only did they fix my first generation Pixel XL, but it was done fast given I broke my screen smack dab between Christmas and New Years. But what impressed me more than the quick turnaround during the holidays was their professionalism. These guys are corteous knowledgeable and polite. Their prices were reasonable, actually very good and much less than a big name outfit quoted me. What sold me as I handed over my disabled smartphone, was being given a loaner phone at no charge so I could at least stay on top of my messages, calls for work and social media. It definitely eased the separation anxiety! I give Genius Repair 5 stars and applaud them for having great customer service.

I work in construction. My phones get punished. I have used proprietary repair, Cell CPR (they suck) and a few other places to repair my phone. Greg, at Genious is a consummate professional and master cell tech I never have to doubt wether my phone was not fixed to factory new standards. He has extracted data from an irreparable phone even after the corporate store told me nothing could be done. First class service found here. Don’t compromise, take it to Genious.

I came to Genius Repair because I broke my iPhone 6 and my insurance wanted me to spend 150$ for them to send me a Refurbished phone, ridiculous! Inferior replacement parts and not-so-hot service. Paid $250 to have a Galaxy 6 edge screen replaced. Screen failed and making good on the warranty was a huge hassle. They did finally stand behind their warranty, replaced the screen again, but even the second new screen is a lesser quality one than the original. Would not recommend.

Quick repair and Excellent customer service

I dropped my IPAD2 a couple of months ago and took it for evaluation and they fixed it within a few days for a good price. My daughter dropped her new IPhone 6 in water and they evaulated it for free took it apart within seconds and showed me the water damage. I highly reccommend this company!

Stopped by on the recommendation of another repair store who couldnt fix my phone.When I stopped by the 2 young men were not sure if they could fix the screen on my phone or not and would have to talk to the owner or manager. I left my name and number and someone was going to call me on Monday or Tuesday. I never got a call.
