I own a late model diesel powered brush chipper. It has needed some professional attention a few times. Great customer service. They’re 2 hours away from my house, but it was well worth the drive. I needed injectors installed for my 2012 Ram Cummins, and they took it in immediately. They were priced most affordable in the Syracuse area, and they truly have attention to detail. I generally never let anyone work on my stuff, but I didn’t want to practice installing brand new injectors. .. Also, I was out of town for almost 2 weeks and they let me keep my truck there until I came back.

I did not have work done here, but the shop is very roomy, bright, uncluttered, and techs giving it their all. My buddies truck was under the knife fir a starting issue. Beautiful shop. The showroom is awesome and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I do wonder where the name came from...Sherlock Holmes perhaps?

Charged 4 hours of labor to install one injector on a LMM. Guess they have to overcharge for their fancy shop.

Had a major after treatmentroblem and after delivering in Rochester and having a few days decided to call Moriarty diesel and Tyler did a great job on my truck and even came in on Sat. and had to drive to Buffalo for part. I also had new bed supports installed by morairty because the old ones were rusted out pretty bad and they did a great job on that as well. I will always bring my truck to them !

I had a oil temperature problem. Tyler worked 0n my truck himself. He thought it was a Radiator coolant problem He replaced my clutch fan with a cheap very loud aftermarket fan which my truck still overheats because its a oil coolant problem. I paid over 1300 hundred Dollars in my truck does the same exact thing before I took it to him now he refuses to talk to me I called 4 times he would not speak to me and declined doing business with me.Im at Ford now . I definitely do not recommend. Bad business all the way around. Smh. Ford dealer is it gets done right.

Visiting Rochester from Alaska, an injector failed on my elderly F-350. Scheduled to fly home in a few days, I called Moriarty in a panic and instead of saying ‘no’ they made room for me in their busy shop. Sure, I had to pay extra for short-notice but that’s fair dinkum. I was kept informed of the progress at every step. They could have taken easy advantage of me but instead, fixed my truck and it has never run better. I am not sure what other juju they sprinkled on it but it starts easier, too.

I contacted Moriarty diesel After I had abad experience with a different diesel repair shop. This time before I took my vehicle in, I marked each component that would be coming off of my vehicle. These parts cost big bucks and I wanted to see if they were going to put everything that came off of my truck...in the back of my truck as specified. Not only was EVERY LITTLE PIECE accounted for..they went above and beyond to clean contact points and tape everything off as to protect sensors and plugs.. this would normally be the job of the customer after getting it home. From the first phone call to job completion I found that Moriarty diesel is hands down winner for this area. Good job Moriarty team!!

I recently purchased a used Sprinter van knowing it needed work. Well, as is usually the case with a used vehicle, it needed more work than I thought. Tyler and his crew did a fantastic job of reviving it and at a very fair price for the amount of work done. Hopefully I wont need any major work after all that was done but if i do I will definitely return to Moriarty Diesel.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service we received here this week. We requested a quote for service after hours and received a call from Hannah as soon as they opened. From the first call to our truck being diagnosed and repaired was less than 48 hours for a tricky emissions problem. Tyler and Luke worked on our 2011 Duramax and kept us in the loop throughout the process. They even allowed us to pick up the truck on Saturday when they arent technically open. These are people who care about their customers and take pride in their business. We will be lifelong customers

Ive taken my Duramax to other shops and havent gone back to them. So when I had to get a head gasket done on my 6.0 I figured Id call mortuary diesel and see what theyd say about doing it. They knew what they were talking about and at a fair price. They did a professional job and Ill only be taking my trucks to mortiary diesel.

This is the best diesel mechanic shop that I have ever been too and their customer service is above and beyond amazing. My band and I broke down while we were on tour on a Saturday. I called them and Tyler quickly met us at the shop. It turned out we had a blown head gasket along with a list of other problems. Tyler and his crew stayed to work on our bus all day and night. They pulled the entire engine out fixed all the problems and had it back to us in 2 days so we could finish the tour. We are so greatful for their honest and trustworthy service. Highly recommend taking your diesel there. Thank you guys again so much!

Took my 2005 duramax in for a head gasket. They were the ones that quoted me the least amount of time, and were very professional. No one else offered the same warranty that they offered either. Got the truck back and within a week it was leaking coolant from the thermostat housing. They took it back and replaced the gasket all under warrenty with no problems. I would reccomend coming here for any of your diesel repair needs.
