Ok people So shes not a big chain store company! Well let me till you she has great prices and if you have a problem you can reach a living person not a computer.Shes very good at what she does.A real computer geek. Its worth giving her a call.Beside it cant hurt.

She just talked to me on the phone for 30minutes as I’m in the market for computer repair services. My current desktop computer kept shutting down and she told me to check the power source as it was currently drawing power for a power-stripe. Once, I changed the power source, my desktop starting working well! She also gave me advice on how to buy new computers since mine is more than 10+ old. All of this advice was for free! I’ve called several computer repair services and no of them were as helpful as she was. I will definitely be using her services for my laptop and more! She saved me tons of money from having to repair my desktop when it was solely a power source issue that she diagnosed and helped me fix over the phone! That’s phenomenal customer service.

I had 2 old computers that were totally non functioning. She somehow got them up and running perfectly with new windows installed. Very reasonable cost too. Happy customer, great service.

She does great work and treats you like a human being. No regrets. Office stopped letting me save or edit anything. It turned out it had inactivated itself somehow. I got on the phone with Microsoft and they wanted to erase my whole laptop. I called the PC Maid and she fixed it without losing anything. What a relief. Prices for her services are more than fair.

The sound control on my new laptop stopped working so I downloaded a driver and then the computer went completely black.I tried every suggestion on the internet but everything failed.I even tried a complete reset.PC Maid got it repaired for me by the next day and its clean of all the extra annoying programs that came with it and it runs excellent. I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 this week. What a nightmare. After the install it restarted to a black screen and stayed there, nothing. Virus removed at a super low price and my laptop is so much faster than before! So glad I called her instead of going to the place I did last time. I tried getting it off my self but only manged to make things worse. I dont know how she did it without reloading my whole system.

Called up based on all the positive feedback. She said she would charge me $80 for a SATA cord (costs $10 at Walmart) and $85 for a diagnostic (offered for free at Brighteyed). PC-Maid may or may not be good, I dont know, but it is definitely overpriced.

My laptop was freezing up and having trouble starting. It turned out the hard drive was going, she recovered all my pictures and put them on a backup drive. So glad I called her when I did, the laptop is totally dead now.
