Absolutely amazing, I ended up fixing the problem before he even left (btw will pick up your computer for free) and he wasnt upset that he lost business, he was happy for me and even just talking to him on the phone the 1st time around he gave me little tips here and there for things I could try. The best customer service I have ever had ESPECIALLY in the tech repair field. Highly recommend!
