I went to repair my liquidated damage on my MacBook Air which I cannot open. Before I came here, l went to Best Buy to consult and they ask for at least $1300. I also called some other stores, not only they charge a lot more, also they said it will take at least a week to repair or even just diagonal. I came to Dragon Computer Tech and he just spent one hour or so and fixed my problem. Now everything function well on my laptop and it just took an hour to get this fixed. The tech is really friendly and nice! He is so professional and the price is reasonable. The diagnostic is inspected for free! Really recommended this place! I need to use my laptop almost everyday and really cannot wait for more than one week to repair it. This place saved my time and I will definitely come back if I have tech issues in the future. My laptop failed to start and I called Dragon Computer Tech. I could not be more pleased with the repair service I received. An appointment was offered on a major holiday, and the repair process and rationale was clearly and thoughtfully explained. When that was impossible, I was given a brand new 1TB drive, instead of the corrupted drive used in the transfer. When I tell you this man knows his stuff!! I had literally been on my laptop ALL DAY trying to figure out what was going on. I called him and he told me to bring it to him. My daughters laptop wouldnt charge on a Sunday. She needs her laptop for remote learning for school. I called Dragon Computer Tech and left a message on Sunday. A tech called back on Monday morning and said theyd be over right after another appointment. True to their word, the tech came to my house not long after, wearing a mask. I thought the DC power jack needed replacing, but he instead suggested I just buy a new charger after looking at it. I ordered the new charger and got it the next day, and it worked! The tech at Dragon Computer Tech saved me both time and money on a much larger repair job (the DC power jack is soldered directly to the motherboard on my daughters computer). One Friday night I tried installing new memory and somehow my laptop wouldnt start! I thought I had fried it. Ive installed memory and cards before, but this laptop is very sensitive! He not only got it working, installed the memory for me, glued the case I had cracked opening it, and upgraded me to a super fast SSD. All for only a few dollars more than the local big box store would have charged for just looking at it. Hes friendly, fast, and efficient. I could not be happier with my experience with Dragon CT. In fact, I am not someone to write reviews. But it seems the least I could do to support an incredibly professional, competent, prompt, and congenial business owner who far exceeded expectations. Problem: dropped Asus Zenbook shattering touchscreen. Called a few companies in town and was told by all that it would be at least five days before they could even evaluate the computer. Zeev came to my house WITHIN one hour of the phone call. He evaluated and ordered the necessary screen, but he also devised a solution that allowed me to use the laptop without the touchscreen functionality while we waited for the part to come in. We were trying to fix a Samsung laptop ourselves. Its battery-charging cable port was damaged. We had taken it apart and attempted replacing the port, but were unable to do so. My husband emailed Dragon Computer Tech, and within a day, Zeev replied with a reasonable quote. He drove here and picked up the laptop, which was still disassembled. Later that day, he texted that he had installed the correct replacement part and was charging it. He provided some suggestions for improving the computer’s operation, but encouraged us to try it out and see whether we would like these improvements at a later date. Overall, we appreciated Zeev’s willingness to take on a small but necessary project like ours and his abilities to communicate with us and listen to us when discussing how to proceed. Would never call the day he said would be ready, and when I contacted him.I ended up buying the whole part that he claimed tonfix for less. After a Windows update my computer froze in a constant cycle of trying to complete the update. Tried all of the Youtube video fixes for a day and a half and then I spent a number of useless hours on the line with Windows support. When they couldnt fix it, they wanted me to basically start from scratch with a process that would delete what was on the computer. That was not an option. The first time I called Dragon Computer Tech, Seev consulted with me on the phone for half an hour not knowing if I was even going to be a customer or not. A couple of days later, I called Seev back, he came to my house, picked up my laptop, installed additional memory, backed up all of my information which I had NEVER done and installed Windows 10. All for a very reasonable price! He does not SELL you on anything you dont need! Only suggests what would truly improve your devices operating performance. EXCELLENT Customer Service is his first priority!

I was soooo disappointed. I called him and he asked me to send my laptop to his home and gave me repair service. But after he made some “repair”, my laptop was worse than ever!!!! Now he gave the laptop back to me and said he cannot fix it. And once again, my laptop is worse and even can’t start up.He was so unprofessional and even don’t have the professional equipment!!! Now I send to BestBuy for further repairs which will cost even more money.If you still want his service, it is okay but please be prepared to take the risk that your laptop will become useless metal.

I am VERY impressed with the service from Dragon Computer Tech. My beloved 6 year old Lenovo laptops screen stopped working randomly one day. Within 5 minutes they were able to diagnose my problem and fix it immediately for a fair price. They also provided a warranty and told me to bring it back if there were any issues. Unfortunately due to my laptops age it stopped working a week later. I brought it back and Dragon was true to their promise and they started a full diagnostic workup. When they felt that the problem was out of their scope they sent it to another computer store to be looked at at NO cost to me! I was so grateful. The other store was unable to salvage my laptop but Dragon offered to take all of my files/photos off of my hard drive and put them on my boyfriends lap top so I would not lose them. They saved 7 years worth of precious photos and all of my work documents without charging me extra. I cannot thank them enough for helping me and I highly recommend their business!
