Kapalici is the last name of the tailer who runs Quick Alterations. This man does it all: suits, dresses, weddings. Hes been in the business for decades and knows what hes doing. Its quality work but it comes at a price.I needed a suit jacket trimmed up and he got it done in 2 days for about $40. Just in time for the weekend. Great service, friendly and an expert in his craft.

Does great work but is so busy he doesnt have time to do the work. A few times I picked up unaltered clothing...and paid for them

I have not actually been to this tailor but I wanted to review because Im disappointed every time I try to contact them. I have called on numerous occasions and I never get an answer. On top of this, there is no answering service to leave a message or call back. The phone just rings and rings. After needing tailoring three times, each time calling this location and never getting an answer Im giving up, I will not be using this tailor. I know this review may seem controversial since I didnt actually use their services but part of their service should be their availability to answer questions remotely rather than necessitating a physical visit to answer them. I like to know my tailor will know what they are doing so I like to ask questions at multiple tailors before making a decision. Its nice to find answers without needing to physically visit.
