Excellent service. Competent people. Powerful new vacuum system, free to use with a car wash and easy. The trash cans are right next to it. The prewash people took extra time to get ALL the bugs off my windshield and grill!! I will go here again!

Perfect for winter time for when you got salt and snow build up. The crew is hilarious especially that guy who looks like he plays football a lot. I swear this guy either thinks he can breathe pop or if he learned that from sports but this dude will literally inhale 5 pops one after another and it all just comes right back out. He did that in front of that older guy that works there he was just amazed by this guy’s tenacity of chugging pop.

Absolutely grand car wash a dear friend of mine works there and suggested I come through. The pre wash is magnificent no other Carwash in town does it and even with the cheapest wash you get excellent service. The workers are friendly and caring I was a bit miffed at the sight of that larger fellow drinking 4 mountain dews and throwing it up I’m not sure if he was dared to do that or if he was just thirsty.

My man works here he’s been in the Carwash industry for 8 years I come through July 2nd to get a quick wash before I went to the gold blood club for the party. They did so good the cashier Paul is so handsome and nice the owner is so energetic and beautiful and of course clay never lets me down he got the wheels sqeeky clean! I’m definitely recommending this wash to my friends and family the prep wash is worth it no other car wash preps in this town. I also love the snow cone stand behind the wash it’s yum yum on a hot day.

I’ve been in the Carwash business for 30 years all over the nation and I’m surprised that this little Carwash is able to be open during full on blizzards. I came through in January when the snow was bad they got the ice off real nice and the higher price washes keeps the ice grime building and keeps that salt off my car. I came back yesterday around 4pm to get my car cleaned same usual 3 guys you had that skinny kid who’s always got a smile on his face that chubby kid and that bigger guy who I swear to god drinks 5 mountain dews back to back and just Ralph’s everywhere. I honestly think those 3 are funny good Carwash I strongly suggest for winter or even just for a good laugh

Nice car wash. What I like about it is so homey! The have decorations for all times of the yearIt is extremely clean. Has free vacuums. Parking lot is real nice, also! Reasonable prices. If you buy nine washes the tenth one is free. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Right by Cub Foods. Great location!! You must try this car wash.😎

Washed my car here a year ago, and since then Ive taken care to go to other locations in Rochester.One of the washing machinery pieces caught on my driver side view mirror and ripped off the backing. It is a $200 piece. Carol went into the wash, grabbed it, and popped it back in. Minor cosmetic damages (some scratches) on a brand-new car.Carol was very nice and took down my information, offered to replace it and call back when the piece was in. The picture is from her notes (as evidence, I suppose); Ive taken out my name and number.Its been a year. Since then Ive called a couple of times to no avail--perhaps she forgot, but it seems like there is no intention to actually go through with replacing it. At first I was worried that the piece wouldnt hold, but over this year it has held up fine, so it really was just the cosmetic damages! Thank goodness.Im not upset with the wash or the workers; theyve been (on average, had one bad interaction on the phone) very Minnesotan nice in our interactions. I was perhaps just unlucky—hence the 2 stars instead of 1. However, a car wash just shouldnt knock off a part of your car, and this has never happened to me before or again at any other wash.From customer to customer, I personally am not going through this wash again, and Ive written my experience here for your consideration.

I like that they pressure wash the wheel wells and then hand wash most of the car before going through the rest of the car wash. The monthly plans are priced pretty well.

We’ve had a membership here for over a year but it ends today. Customer service, quality of washes and wait times are terrible. The line for the car wash had no cars in it but the line to pay is pretty much out to the street. Oh but wait! If you don’t follow the social distancing rule and go right into the tiny area the employees stand you get to skip the 15 minute wait in line and go right in. Tried to clarify this with the rude employee working that clearly didn’t know what he was doing and was greeted with a whole lot of attitude. Mr Car Wash is right down the street and I’ve heard from numerous people they are awesome. They get our membership from now on.

This is the best place to go for a carwash! The monthly package is the way to go, they always have a great attitude and do a thorough power wash pre-clean before sending you through the wash. Highly recommend these guys!!

I really like the service here. The staff takes their time to remove the ice off your car and they ensure everything is washed up. I used to have a membership at another car wash but they always missed spots and their machines often made scratches on my car.The only downside for Express car wash is the waiting time, but again, the staff takes their time with every single car to be sure your car is clean, clean. So not really a complaint.Membership prices are affordable.Staff in general is very friendly.

Wheel and tire cleaner does not do its job, paid for the gold package..... noticed added scratches on my truck that were not there before... stay away from this place is my recommendation! Never will come here again!

In my humble opinion, this is the best car wash in Rochester. The time spent on pre-washing is far above what anybody else is doing. The employees actually care about getting the car clean. They do only the exterior, but the price is totally fair. Take advantage of the special = buy three, get one free.

Best car wash in rochester. They go above and beyond with their pre-wash. I asked if they could rinse out my truck box and the gentleman climbed up to wash it. Great packages too.

This place goes above and beyond a normal car wash. I am taking my vehicles here from now on. No more kwik trip washes for me. They give you a punch card and after your 10th wash you get a free one!

DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR IN ONE PIECE. My husband and I LOVED this car wash because the staff were very friendly and they took their time to wash your car, until we had an issue. My husband got a car wash and one of the spinners inside the car wash took off his drivers side mirror glass (just the glass came off, not the whole mirror assembly). They were very nice and said they would pay for a replacement. We went to autozone and got an invoice (total of 84$) and gave it to the owners. They said they were not going to pay that because we had supposedly ordered a whole mirror assemble. So we went to autozone once again and asked for a picture of what we ordered to prove that we had just ordered the glass itself and they still didn’t want to pay it. He (the owner) instead pulled up a glass from eBay on his phone that was 30$ (eBay is sketchy and everybody knows that except them apparently) and said he would pay 30$ instead. My husband said to keep his money and that he would pay for it himself instead. Like come on man you have a very successful car wash and you can’t pay for what your car wash damaged?!?! Point is if your car gets wrecked at this car wash they won’t pay for what the damage is worth.

Just washed my Sonata here. The brushes filled the car with swirl marks and created a large clouded area along the driver side door that had recently been repainted and looked like new prior to using this car wash. I returned to complain about this and was told that this was not caused by the wash and that I should go to a auto detail shop to fix it. They did not offer to pay for this. My recommendation is STEER CLEAR of this place
