I have taken both of my boys here and they do a great job. In the past few years, they have never had a bad haircut. They are friendly and the shop is clean.

The best place to go in Rochester and both Sue and Michelle do great work. Friendly and clean place with hardly ever a wait. Unlike others that close whenever they feel like it or have you wait 90 minutes and overcharge.

We had an amazing experience with Miss Sue, she is so incredibly sweet. Not only were her prices fair, but Sue did an outstanding job cutting my hair exactly as I asked. As recent transplants to New England, she was able to inform my wife and I about all the best places to visit all while doing an excellent styling job. I highly recommend you stop by and see for yourself why this barber shop has nothing but great reviews.

Sue did a very good job on my hair, shes very personable as well. She even did a beard trim at no extra charge. The environment is subtly classic and simple. Will definitely come again.

Ive been to barbers all over Rochester and Dover. I go weekly. Im very particular about my hair and it needs to look good all the time (mostly for work). John is far and away the best barber I have ever seen. His beard work is unbelievable. He takes his time, is meticulous and he gives you advice for how to go forward getting the best look. I havent seen customer service this good in a long time. Highly recommended.

Sue has been cutting my hair for years. Shes very personable, kind, attentive and does a great job at cutting hair. Her shop is neat and clean and the location in downtown Rochester is perfect. Sue is an asset to the community and I hope that shes here for many years to come.
