Not the best service nor cutting skills. Got turned away because i missed a scheduled appointment. Good place if you’re in DIRE need of a haircut other than that go elsewhere.

Always keep my son looking fresh and on point. Price is well worth the service provided! Depending on when you go there may be a little wait, but the barbers here are quick to accommodate.

That time when you booked an online appointment for the convenience of doing so and then you get to the store and you sit and wait for over 45 minutes and walk out in pure frustration with absolutely zero acknowledgement. you have enough clientele with walk-ins do yourselves a favor and shut down your online booking before the reputation goes with the experience people feel when they have to walk out because theyre tired of waiting

Great bunch of people who love what they do. Excellent hair technique and mens beard care. Always explain in detail how you want them to cut your hair cut it can save a lot of time and misunderstanding.

I’ve been going to Loaded Dice for 5 plus years and I’ve never once left without a fresh cut. Everything a barbershop should be and some. Also Jordan and Nick are the best barbers around.

I typically visit the Rochester location. I ALWAYS get greeted with a smile no matter how busy it is. Everyone here is extremely friendly and they know what theyre doing. Their work is top notch. I always leave here feeling great with a new cut. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Best fades in town. All the guys there are highly skilled and I recommend any one of them.

Worst place I’ve ever been. I would make the drive to luckys in concord or Portsmouth if you can.

This is the place you want to go if your a guy who demands a great haircut and or fade. Straight razor lineups... Best fades Ive had anywhere in New Hampshire... They get super busy on Friday and Saturday and dont take appointments. First come first serve, so plan on waiting over an hour if you go either day... But its well worth the wait and only $14 for full service.

I have a mixed review about this place, I have gone when it was absolutely excellent and I have also had a not so great experience as well, but I guess it depends on who you have cut your mans hair! Both Brandons Ive seen were great, I cant say the same for one fellow however. I cant remember his name, we will just call him, bad attitude bear! He cut my mans hair line halfway up his head. I dont think hes there anymore though!....Thank god! Overall I love the fact that they offer straight razor shaves and lineups. I wish I could remember his name, but one guy there does amazing fades. I was impressed.

I will be coming back here again to get my boys hair cut. They did a great job. Super cool atmosphere.

I waited 3 hours to get my haircut. There were only two barbers and one left for the day with a full lobby of people waiting to get their haircut. They also like to chat a lot knowing full well we are all waiting and not caring what their customers think. Ive never wasted so much of my day just to go to the barbers and Ill never go there again.

Nothing quite like being completely ignored. Two hour wait time while you sit watch them take walk ins that came in after you. And another barber cleaned up and left with a full waiting room. Never again will I bring my son here and I do not recommend this place to ANYONE!

Tried to bring my son in for a hair cut (Hes 1 1/2). We waited for nearly two hours and ended up leaving. Granted there were 5 people ahead of us when we got in, but one guy came in and hour after us and still got his hair cut before my son. His name was On the list seems like he called ahead and got his name put in, didnt know I could do that. I called the day before and was told no appointments only walk ins. Then one chair finally freed up and they guy starts vacuuming. Got the feeling they didnt feel like cutting a toddlers hair that day so we left to find someone that would. I Guess They have have great customer service IF you know them. Thanks for waisting my time! We were pretty dissappointed because we heard they do nice work and I wanted a regular barber to bring my son to that could give him a nice style. Oh well!

This barber shop has top of the line service. The customer service and the atmosphere has its own unique character that makes it stand out. I use to travel several hours to get a profesional quality haircut before I found this place a year ago. I have recommended this place to all my friends and colleagues and recommend it to everyone else.

This place is a joke now. They need to take appts they have no regard for your time barbers sweep up slower than a turtle in its shell and the Jordan guy seems to just want to leave basically going as slow as humanly possible.

The wait time is ridiculous and they skip over your name on sign up sheet. I do not recommend this place there are many other barbers in the Rochester area that are way better.

I get barber talk, but to have one of the barbers openly talk about running people over at the Boston free speech rally just a couple of days after the Charlottesville incident is a little too much for my taste.To top it off this literally happened while I was getting my haircut.Customer: I used to get jump by them(African American) while I was a teenager.Barber (skinny): You shouldve told them that we (white) used to own you guys a couple of hundred years agoMind you this is happening while there was an African American customer with his son in the shop.Please note this bigotry and ignorance derived from a barber called Skinny and if you are wondering.. no, he actually is skinny and yes he looks like a typical non educated redneck from Rochester.

Walk in, sign your name on the clipboard to the right of the door, and sit down for an hours wait. Good haircuts, but the conversation can range to adult and non-pc topics, so not a place for the faint hearted.

Attention to detail and quality is second to none. For three years they have been giving me the best haircuts Ive had.

Used to frequent this place. Then the wait times ranged from 45 mintues to an hour. So I stopped going then supposedly they brought more barbers in from Dover which closed. so I gave it a shot. Nope still the same issues. The wait wouldnt be so bad if they didnt take people out of order. I was there 20 minutes and someone who walked in and signed below me after an hour total he was taken before me.The clipboard system doesnt work when they take who they want or if you chose next available they chose their friends or people they know A shame to because the barbers are talented. Ownership and management is lacking and they dont care.

Im not picky about hair cuts so not a whole lot to say in this review. Be prepared to wait over an hour every time you get your haircut though. The waiting benches are uncomfortable after about 5 minutes but there is also couches available. I continue to visit this location every so often
