It was also super easy to hold a conversation with Que. Our quality of conversation did not make me feel like I was a first timer. Additionally in these times, all the precautions were used to make sure it was as a COVID friendly experience you could have. Ive been looking for a solid haircut in Rochester, and now my search has ended. Going back for sure. Five stars.

Extremely clean and many steps are taken to ensure COVID-19 will never be spread. I never knew how many different options existed when getting a simple buzz cut. Thankfully he gave me very insightful suggestions on what would look good on me that made decision making a lot easier.This was the first time after getting my haircut that I didnt have thousands of tiny hairs all over me and I felt like I could actually continue my day instead of having to go home and shower to remove all of them.Overall an amazing experience and definitely worth the 20 minute drive it took me to get there. You just made yourself a repeat customer out of me.

And the conversation with him and Joe was funny and entertaining.Prices are reasonable. I am someone who used to hate getting a cut, i have thick hair with big curls and it always would come out looking bad. I would let it grow in to become acceptable. I walked in to More Than A Haircut as a walk in and sat with John. We chatted for a while about past cuts and he really took care of me. Multiple friends commented on how it was the best they had seen it. John was a great barber and a great dude stayed engaged even after the cut and reached out on holidays. I cant recommend him enough.

My teenage son has struggled to find a mature cut that complements him. He discovered this barbershop from an internet search and had his first haircut with “Q” 30 minutes later. Q and Joe are excellent: they are simply masters at their craft, and there’s a beauty to observing them at it. My son would definitely agree - he’s finally found the right barbershop!

I didnt know what exactly I wanted to do with my hair, cause at other places I never got what I wanted. Joe was very helpful and patient with picking out the right hairstyle, asking my preferences and explaining the details that go into a haircut. I havent been to another barber since.

I’ve known and went to Joe for years now and he never fails to give me a great haircut. He isn’t only great with the clippers but he cares about customer service. He interacts with everyone who walks in and genuinely builds friendly relationships with his clients. I highly recommend Joe and more than a haircut barbershop to everyone in rochester. A lot of shops in the area aren’t very friendly to new clients or if any clients when you open their front door...making you feel like an inconvenience by walking in to get a haircut. So its been about twenty years sense Ive been in a barbershop, because of mother nature. I just grew a beard and my wife said it was getting out of control. So someone told me about this shop, they are awesome love the beard trim.
