First time at this place. Building was clean and fresh. Atmosphere was great. Followed my talented Barber to this establishment and it certainly seems worthwhile sheet this initial experience. Making an appointment via the app was super easy and made paying streamlined as well.

Kristi have me a beard trim and razor outline. The place was nice and clean and pleasant. Prices are a little on the high side but the attention to detail was really great and not rushed at all. Im pleased with the outcome.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. They have great customer service and perform a phenomenal job. They are very personable and enjoy talking with you while working. While you are waiting there is a very nice lounging area with refreshments ranging from water to mixed drinks. They are also very easy to work with when it comes to scheduling appointments or when life happens and you need to reschedule. They are also very involved in the community and participate in many local fundraising and charity events. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed and high quality experience.

Today was my second haircut with Devon. Both times the cut came out exactly as I was hoping for. I also had a shave and wax and that too came out awesome! All the girls are friendly and I forgot to mention that they have Jameson amongst quite a few other labels. I already have my 3rd appointment lined up! One more thing! She likes football!

I used to go to Supercuts, but tried Stache when a buddy recommended I get a real haircut. I’ve been here 3 times and Allie always does an awesome job. My haircut not only looks better, but stays that way longer. Shave, massage and beer are all awesome benefits too.

I went there for the first time today. I’ve been growing out a beard and it had reached the point of looking shaggy and out of control. I made an appointment to have my head shaved and have the beard groomed. What an outstanding experience. I’m hooked and forever a huge fan of Stephany. Service was great, the atmosphere was relaxed and I walked out already looking forward to my next visit.

This place is amazing. I get to work with Joanna everytime I go in and shes awesome. Shes new to the biz but she is great. Shes more comfortable each and everytime I go in there. All the girls are awesome. Id highly recommend this. Oh and if you have a beard, as I do, its be silly to go anywhere else. The owner, Stephany, is fantastic with facial hair. It says it on their website and she proves it in person that she specializes in mens facial hair. Ill never go anywhere else as long as I live in Rochester, and Ill have high standards to meet if I ever move.

My girlfriend set me up with an appointment at Stache Grooming Lounge, knowing I was in need of some beard maintenance.This was my first time having a straight razor shave and having everything professionally done (and very professionally done, I might add).I was much more than pleased! Stephany was great! It was a relaxing atmosphere, her and her staff went out of their way to understand it was a special day, my birthday!It was incredibly relaxing immediately, from entrance into an amazing facility, to sitting down and getting a warm lather shave with aroma therapy hot towels! Loved the attention to detail!After, I got a massage from Zulma, so so relaxing!I cant thank Stephany and Zulma enough! You really made my day!
