Great facility with wonderful management. Angie is the best! This facility is convenient and safe. Very well priced too. I had my stuff here for a year with climate control and easy access. Angie went out of her way to help make everything very smooth for move in and move out. Recommend this place for any storage needs whether short or long term.

Angie is one of a kind. She’s incredibly customer oriented, generous, and knowledgeable. I had switched storage unit from another place and did not have a good experience. Angie and Becky made me feel welcomed and right at home. I recommend this storage unit with the highest regards. You won’t find a more clean space and the best quality employees.

Immaculate facility with great customer service! Elevator is right near the door and the hand carts make moving everything such a breeze. Moving everything out of my one bedroom apartment into the unit was so much less stressful than I expected

I have rented at this facility in the past and present and I have to say the staff is very friendly and have great customer service. Angie and Robert will help in any way and go above and beyond for their customers. I have never been in the facility and found it to be unappealing. It is always clean. Thank you to the staff at the Jefferson Rd store for such a pleasant experience I always have there.

The woman (Becki) at the front desk was very friendly. She should me the unit before I paid to make sure it was the proper size. She also explained everything I signed and answered all my questions.

Angie and Becky were the two main people I dealt with. Everytime I dealt with them they were always kind,polite, and extremely professional. The facility was always clean. I was there for about a year and a half. It is always nice to have pleasant, professional people to deal with.

Online booking was easy to use, only complaint was that the storage unit # was listed out as building # X unit XXXX, which makes you think the building is 3 for example and the unit is 3456, but the first digit in the 4 listed is actually the building # because all the units are only 3 digits. Would have been better off listing the building # and a 3 digit unit or just a 4 digit # without calling out the building # separately. Just a suggestion.

When I say these guys are amazing they are a amazing team of employees I had a house fire in December 2020 and me and my kids lost everything thing life storage donated 3 free months To us so Tht I would have some were to store my belongings to I found anew house I very thankful and the also offer me a full size bed thanks life storage and God bless

Excellent storage place- very clean, well lit, secure. Just moved a whole house in and the two ladies were very accommodating providing extra carts, pointing out the water fountain and facilities. We’ve dealt with Becki several times and she is knowledgeable and flexible. Great customer service! Great rates, nice new truck to rent if needed. Highly recommend!

Becki was very thorough and knowledgeable and gave us a tour. We were able to reserve the space we wanted easily. The moving truck is great to use. Only complaint is that there should be a second elevator in the facilities because when it’s busy, everyone is trying to use the one available elevator.

Great customer service. I researched a lot of places, as we were moving from out of state and had a few specific requirements from the moving company. Let’s just say I didn’t have a positive experience with every company. But Becki made things sooooo easy and was accommodating when the weather threw a wrench in our ability to secure our unit. Given everything on our plate in our move, we were so thankful for such a smooth and easy process.

This storage facility personnel get the fact that my personal belongings are stored in their building. The facility is top shelf, clean and odor free. The personnel are friendly, helpful and caring. I stored my belongings with Life Storage for 3 months. Upon removal everything was in the exact condition as when it was stored. No dust, no grime no unpleasant oders. Thank you Life Storage for providing me an excellent depot for my stuff.

This facility is very clean and bright and in a great part of town. Marilyn and Becky are very helpful and super friendly. Theres also a little store in there which carries moving essentials like tape, boxes, paper etc.

Life Storage’s newer climate-controlled units are ideally located on Jefferson Road right across from the main Rochester post office. The availability of a restroom, and the addition of WiFi access make it even more service-oriented. Great employees, too.

The ladies helped me with my truck rental and made the process smooth and easy, despite the fact that I was a basket case from moving on such short notice. The moving truck we rented was a newer model cargo van that was huge, and so much easier to load because it was lower to the ground. Its so, so nice to know there are people out there who truly still appreciate good customer service.

The indoor storage is very clean and well kept. They have flat bed carts that you can use which was very handy. The management staff was awesome and great to work with on entry and exit, very flexible.

Angie is an EXTREMELY rude person. I have had multiple negative experiences with her myself, but I have even seen her being rude on multiple occasions to other customers! Even an elderly customer having trouble with the elevator! If you need storage, Id recommend going to the one in Brighton. Angie shouldnt have a job managing here, extremely unethical.

The women at the LifeStorage on Jefferson were amazing. They really helped me out in a tight situation when my close didnt happen on time. They have a special where you can use the LifeStorage van! Was a little worried because it looked small but it really holds a lot! 1 full sofa, one large chair, ottoman, and a pub table set with room to spare!

I just went here to rent a storage locker. The person at the counter Becki was super attentive and explained absolutely everything to me very clearly multiple times. As I am still the most anxious customer ever I went back today to finalize some things. Brittany was working. Another incredible professional. I feel completely safe having my things in their care. I had another list of annoying questions and she didnt blink an eye. Kind, professional, organized. This location truly has a family business feel with the benefits of a large company like high tech security and truck rental. The more interaction I have with their personnel the more comfortable I feel knowing my things will be in their care. This was a super hard decision for me, I dont think I could have done it without the understanding of the staff helping me make the best choices for my stuff. Thank you Brittany and Becky!
