We were about to head north on vacation when we smelled gas in the car. They got us in within a couple hours to check it out. Car ended up being very dangerous to drive and they kept it and replaced all brake lines early the next week. They were very upfront about everything and the final cost came in lower than what was expected. They were so great to work with and I’m thankful that they were so honest and upfront while very fair and upfront about cost. Highly recommend their services! We’ve gone to a few different shops in town, but this will be our place going forward!

We unexpectedly had to tow a trailer to the East Coast. We contacted U-Haul to get a trailer hitch installed and they quoted three days and an exorbitant price. Based on a recommendation from a friend, we called Cas’s, and they quickly ordered the correct trailer hitch part, and it arrived the next day. They promptly installed it, and the workmanship looks great. Price was MUCH better than U-Haul as well! Couldn’t be happier!

Recently bought a used vehicle from a dealer and found to have issues after the purchase the dealer recommend cass. I was unable to get daycare for my toddler that day so he got to come along for the day with me. And from the minute we got there sue was beyond kind in making the waiting room fit for a kid. I forgot my little guys tablet at home and if you have young kids you may understand how this could be devastating as the service was going to take a couple hours. Sue offered to drive us to walmart on her time to get us some supplies for him. As the supposed problem was repaired we headed home. The problem came back and so I brought it back and cas who was very busy with other vehicles dropped everything to took it for another look and determined it also had the wrong size tires on the front causing the shutter. No fee to diagnose further, no sales pitch or attempt to upsell. Just wanted to get me back on the road. Used his advise and was able to correct the problem myself. Cas, Sue and the rest of their team are wonderful people that will treat you like family. You have a customer for life even if I live an hour away.

We had a glass emergency with an older model car. I checked a couple other places and the first available appointments were a week out. I wasnt sure if they handled glass service so I called and he does do some glass work. I was able to get in the very next day and had my car back that afternoon. Cost was a ton cheaper compared to the other quotes I had gotten. The work is under warranty. His work is trustworthy and he has always been honest about what he thinks needs to be done and its estimates are always spot on. No matter the issue he always helps me out with a quick appointment and affordable repair bill.

I had such a wonderful experience with this auto placed. Great work!! Great prices and friendly workers. Their dog Henry is sweet too!! I was worried about a new place but between the work they did and the comfortable environment for their customers, I was pleased. I’ve been using Cas’s auto for 6 months now. First time was when I bought my 2006 equinox. They are the best for price, courtesy, and repairs in a timely manor. I travel 45 mins just to use Cas’s when I have 2 repair shops within 2 miles of my home. When something needs fixed Cas will show it to me explain why and how it needs the repairs without emptying my bank account. I will continue to use this repair shop as long as I own a vehicle.
