I have bought a few used appliances from Bobs. Very honest, watches out for his customers. Ive learned to just trust him, he wont stear ya wrong.

Bob and his crew are an incredible resource to a landlord like myself. So so so appreciate having them around. They have extremely affordable appliances and can fix most. I hope they stay around for many more years!

Bob was awesome! I called him about my refrigerator and he helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. It was really nice to be able to figure out what was going on over the phone first so that he was able to come one day and immediately repair the problem. He was very friendly and professional and was the most reasonably priced repair quote I received! I am very happy with his service and would definitely call him again!!

We were having trouble with the receiver for our stereo system and it turned out that the only problem was a cracked motherboard in the remote control. They fixed the remote and told us to avoid dropping it since that was probably how it broke. Good service and a reasonable price on what was probably a pretty intricate repair.

Arrived on time to check out my Dryer. He knew right away what was wrong and gave me an estimate that I accepted. Now we wait for the part to arrive from Chicago. He called when the part came in and came out the next day and now my 12 year old dryer runs like new :) I highly recommend Bobs Appliance for any of your appliance needs :) Just wish I could give him a 10 star rating!!

I HIGHLY recommend Bobs Appliance to anyone with repair needs- they arrive on time and provide superior customer service. I have had them to my house twice for repairs - the work was done within the approximated time given over the phone, and no extra fees were attached - he is very reasonably priced and does superior repairs. It is nice to find someone who is not out to price guage, but really is interested in his work and believes in good customer service !

We called in the afternoon for a washer repair and they were out the next day. Service was done quickly and professionally, at a reasonable price! I will definitely use them again.

We got a washer from a friend. It was working at her house but wouldnt work at ours. it was clicking but wouldnt take on water. Turns out the breaker was tripped. Duh. I felt so stupid. While Bob was here he looked over the washer to make sure it would still run properly. He noticed the door trigger was broken. Without it the washer wouldnt have spun. Glad I called still. He was quick and professional. He takes card payments there at your house too, fyi.

I just erased a very lengthy explanation of our negative review because the person involved didnt want to be recognized or involved, Minnesotans.. But if you value customer service, there are half a dozen other places in the area. I dont do reviews unless moved by a very strong emotion. The way an elderly family member of mine was treated is heinous and I will go far out of my way to steer decent folk clear of spending money here.

I had a broken fridge circulation fan and requested an out of town service. They were reluctant to go out of town but were willing to sell me the part for me to repair at a higher price than a competitive company in town.

Done business here for years. Quality work and fair prices all done promptly.

I needed an appliance removed. They told me who could.
