I was able to come in early on a Tuesday at about 8:00 AM for a tire swap. They had a sale going on for their GoodYear tires and I got two for just under $140. Service was amazing, they helped me quickly and got my car in their shop in under 15 minutes. The new tire installation took less than an hour, I waited near the auto center and chatted with multiple employees who were incredibly friendly and polite. If youre going to come to this Walmart for Auto care, come early! Ive never even come close to this kind of service at a local auto shop! Needless to say, I will be coming to this location more often for automotive needs!

Tires were affordable but I had to wait until Monday to get them since none were in stock. No big deal. I go up there on Monday and everyone had left but the mechanic and he needed a manager sign off on everything. He had made at least 3 requests over the intercom for someone to assist him. At this point its 3:50 and they close at 4pm. The person at the front desk was gone for the day and manager had went on a lunch break. Luckily I was able to take my car home that day but the lack of communication and unnecessary waiting made it so I wont be returning.

Emploees find reasons not to work. Keeps avoiding customers. Surprising there is no Management looking to loosing business.

My tires took longer than they estimated by an hour but good price and friendly service. *Edit* I just discovered that they didnt exchange the correct tires after explaining which two tires that needed to be changed TWICE and now I still have a tire that is losing air. I just basically wasted half my money on nothing.

Both Frankie and the young lady who entered the order took excellent care of me. They went out of their way to give me a great experience. Ive had tires mounted here a few times and oil changes here a few times. Its always been a pleasant experience. They have have a large selection of tires in stock.

Ordered tires on the website which also had me set up an appointment to have them installed. When I arrived at the store - after driving 30 minutes on bald tires in the snow, I arrive to find out that the tire center was closed because their only technician decided not to show up that day. Never got a notification or a call or anything. Took me about 15 minutes of walking back-and-forth to the service desk and the tire center to figure this out before I found someone who could explain to me what was going on over there. Hilariously, the store manager had no clue their tire center was not even open. They then tried to set up an appointment for me the next day, and luckily I asked if my tires were even at the store. They were not even at the store! They had not even come in! I just decided to get a refund. Walmart has to be the worst run company in the country. I have never had a good experience anytime I’ve ever had to interact with an employee at ANY Walmart store, to be quite frank.

Employees dont wanna work bru they turned me down the first time and after I came another day I got them to do the oil change it took 2 hours and they charged me extra for 2 quarts of oil

I needed windshield wipers. I had them installed in less than 10 minutes by a courteous staff an I was on my way. Kudos to Walmart and its associates!

I own a powdercoating company, and often need tires simply dismounted. On multiple occasions now I have came around 4pm (open till 6pm) and have been turned away, when earlier on in the day I called and asked if it would be okay if I came at that time.

They took care of our simple needs. Daughter needed a second trip due to there being 2 different versions of the 2016 Chevy Cruze requiring different size wiper blades. They helped install one side where the old blade was not wanting to come off easily.

Do not come here. I was waiting for two hours for a oil change and tire changes. I went to go shop and look around the store to kill some time. I come back and realized they didn’t even start. They had four guys in the shop and they were just chatting and when I asked how much longer they said they didn’t even know about my car that needed service. Wow. If you want to have your car serviced, do not come to this location. Go to another location. Johnny and B at the front was very helpful though.

Horrible customer service - will not be returning! Wishing I had read reviews first — Paid for a standard oil change service, when I returned after 45min. of waiting and NOT getting a phone call letting me know the oil change had been done, the woman at the desk barely acknowledged to check me out. She did not tell me my total, just continued to stand their and talk to other staff members - after I paid she did not even look at me.I walked out to my car to find that the car had NOT been vacuumed like it had said, and my tire pressure (which I checked when I got home) was completely different than what the checkout slip said. I am wondering now if ANY OF THE SERVICES MARKED COMPLETE, HAD BEEN DONE?? I Was hoping to be able to pick up shopping items AND get my oil changed, but have only made my day worse. I attempted to call the auto center 2x and it rang to the main line customer service where I waited on hold 10min... called a 3rd time and was told my invoice would be pulled and a manger notified. I will be calling by the end of the day if I do not receive a phone call to get my money back.If you say you will SERVICE a vehicle, please do so. This is not professional and I will not be returning for services in the future.

Very good service quality, variety of tires, batteries and associated services are available at nominal cost. I got Goodyear Viva tires for my Honda accord, which seam pretty decent and value for money. It was a pleasent experience overall.

One of the worst businesses Ive experienced.Theres so many things wrong with the way this place is run it is hard to know where to start but I guess the fact that its a tire place that doesnt accept appointments would be one place. Its pretty hard to plan your day when you have to just sit and wait with no idea how long its going to take before they can see you.This might not be so hard to deal with but when you show up at 7 a.m., when theyre supposed to open, and no one is there until 7:45, it gets a little bit more frustrating.Really a terrible experience with plenty more details Ill leave out of this review.Suffice it to say, I would recommend that if you have to buy your tires here, that you find somewhere else to get them put on.

Cheap and LOW job quality. Came 3 times there to do 15 min job (balance wheels) which eventually took them 1.5hour to complete, not saying that staff was 30min late at the job place. I had to go to another real tire shop to re-do the job and they confirmed that each tire was 2oz (!!!) out of balance. Really? The first time Ive even gone to a Walmart and got in so quickly. Ive seen bad reviews about this one but it was close to home. Well I have a good review for them. They got my car in for a oil change and tires rotation. I was there 45 mins. In and out . They were very helpful and even explained why they had some bad reviews. I had a great experience. The ladys at the desk helped me I even spoke with the manager very pleasant people. Do Im giving them 5 stars my service was great!!!

They couldnt fit me in, but the man behind the counter was so sweet and personable.

I came in at open time a few minutes after 7 and they weren’t prepared I had to go find someone for service(took about 8 minutes). when I did find someone they said they hadn’t gotten the key to even open the garage so I had to wait another 10 minutes and then a worker that wasn’t even on duty yet called a fellow named Andy who happened to be in the vicinity of the register where I stood for more than 5 minutes waiting for service and Andy came out of the isle he was in saying to the gentleman that called him ”I saw him... I was going to get to him but I had to finish the work my boss asked me to do first I was coming to him.” I thought to myself wow isn’t the customer your first priority??? Well and continued in a nonchalant way to dismiss his actions on not attending to me promptly enough so and he was a bit rude as he was ringing me up so I think you need to get Andy better training on customer service and he even told me “I was here at 6:50 and nobody was here” (saying he was here and didn’t see me when he clearly wasn’t here when I arrived so Andy has poorly represented your store and I personally won’t recommend your services in the future

Should have read the reviews before coming here. When I arrived they told me they could get me in right away for an oil change. I decided to shop while I waited. I came back 45 minutes later wondering why the had not called yet. I’m sitting here 1 1/2 hours later.. they didn’t even put my car up until I approached the desk. Will not return.

Great service. I had a huge screw in my tire. The place closed at 6:30. They took me at 6:25 and worked on the tire until 7:00 PM.

After my engine oil was changed, I found oil beside spark plugs, and 6 months ago, I replaced the valve cover gaskets from this issue. Please take caution with that!

Slowest service ever.. 2 hours for a regular oil change. Completely understaffed. Heard walmart keeps firing workers. Everytime Im in the tire center only one or two people working. Its ridiculous. Im not going to come back here anymore. I dont have 2 hours to waste getting a simple oil change.

Decent prices but always terribly staffed. I could drive out of the way to AutoZone faster than I can wait in line here or go on a hunt for some staff.

They r slow and stripped out the bolts on one of our tires and lied saying he didnt do it.

Little bit of wait but terrific servicing. George advised me against buying the top of line Sylvania headlight buld because it burns out in a few months and instead spending less money for bulbs which last longer.Shame on Sylvania for producing poor high end products.
