I always look for independent businesses to give my business to. Action 1 Qwik Service is my go to shop for all car stuff. Belle Tire made me feel like I should just bury my car with a quote of $2,800 for repairs. Bashar at Action 1 fixed it for $380 because all the other stuff that Belle Tire told me needed to be replaced were perfectly fine. I highly recommend to have Action 1 take a look at your car first before you move ahead with repairs with other shops. Honest and reliable and more importantly, very experienced in their line of work.

Honestly the best place to go if you want your car properly taken care of. This shop has helped me keep my car running smooth and it has over 400k miles on it. They treat me right and I know theyll do good for you as well. Top notch work and service every time.

Very friendly service. I took my 2009 Town and Country in due to a major coolant leak. They pressurized the system and found an inlet pipe that had rusted out. They got the part ASAP and replaced it. We dropped it off when they opened Saturday and got it back the same day. The pricing seemed pretty reasonable.I cant stress enough how courteous and professional the staff was.Ill consider them for my next major auto need.

I asked over phone for an estimation of head bulb replacement for my 2006 WV Passat.I was told that it may require to take the battery of the car. The guy on the line (foreign accent) told me that the labor would cost me 100$. And the price for the bulb would be around 40$. 140$+tax for a bulb replacement! A bulb cost around 10$ at Autozone. What kind of business is this? I do not recommend you to get their help.

Before buying my first car I brought it to Action One for an inspection. I definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to get an inspection done on their vehicle!I cant tell you how impressed I was with the mechanic working their as they took the time to give me a walkthrough and explain what issues existed and could arise further down the road with the vehicle.

I just picked up my vehicle from Action one quick service at Auburn and John are and first off I would have to say the service was impeccable secondly the technician there was very informative of service that my vehicle needed I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone family owned and they are local I even got my car back cleaner then I dropped it off😀

So basically i dont know anything about cars and when i visited this place i had a brake warning light on and the guy there told me its not worth your money and the light is on because someone accidently pressed emergency brake halfway .. I appreciated the guys honesty and left ... The second time i went there i had a problem with the windshield wipers crossing each other and not functioning .. they charged me 85 $ for Diagnosis and they said if i want it fixed they gonna order a windshield arm for 60 $ and with labor its going to be150 $ so the total for replacing a windshield arm would be 235 $ .. wow !! I paid 85 $ for diagnosis and left ... I took it to another place that replaced it for 10 $ only !! and got the piece from junkyard ...

Friendly staff, explained what was wrong throughly. Repaired my car fast, same day. Cleaned the outside and had me road trip ready.

Absolutely the worst repair shop I have ever dealt with.Our 2007 Mercury mariner awd stop running and needed repair and a tow. This shop was thought of because they have towing. But never used them for any of there services before.Contacted them mid after noon Saturday asking for a tow and service. They Explained that there tow driver was not in but they could get the car picked up 1st thing on Monday morning, they just asked us to drop off the key in the night drop box with our information. Monday came around and no phone call, I called them at 3:00pm to ask what the status of our car was and he told me that they were just picking it up. They said the tow driver was up north. Was very upset that they were picking up the car so late not having any chance of the car to be done the same day. I got a call from them around 4:30 telling me that I needed a alternator and the cost of the repar would be $1235. I called my son who was a auto tech and now service manager for a luxury dealer. He said absolutely not. He call around and asked what the labor was and was told it was 2.3 hours from the Ford and Lincoln dealers. He called the shop and asked them to explains the charges and was told the alternator was a 8.0 hour job and it was .5 to put on a new drive belt . When the belt needs to be removed to take off the alternator why are you charging us labor to put on a new one, they could not give him any good reasoning other then the system they use tells them 8.0 hours. ( when the est on paper looks like they typed in the 8.0 hours of labor) What a absolut rip off of a shop . we told them not to do any repair and would pick up the car. The cost was $165 to pick up the car, so I paid the check out and towing and had to get the car towed again. I towed it to a Ford dealer who gave my son a total eat of $665 installed for a alternator in my car.Truth be told never trust this shop, no customer service no trust. Should have used my sons recomdation and gone to the dealer. None the less my car is fixed and I am still $350 less then the eat from action 1 Joke service .

My wife had a flat tire and she pulled in. They saw a desperate women who needed a plug and they took advantage and charged $35.00! I dont think I know anyone that charges that much to plug a tire. Not going there again. Hopefully it works.

Took my car there because it was overheating and leaking antifreeze, I was told roughly $600.00 to fix the repair, I you tubed it and cost me $5.99 for a new part and $25.00 for antifreeze,what a jokenever again
