I’ve been going to D & H quick since I started driving 20 years ago. Apparently their under new management or owner. I wasn’t asked what type of oil I wanted, didn’t show me the dip stick and over all a bad experience. I miss the gentlemen who were there before. They knew their sh*t.

Ive been coming here for years. Business changed hands, and prices are way too high and service is very slow...Not going back..

Had to wait cause they were busy, but once in the bay the work was done quickly and efficiently.

This is probably going to be my last visit. Great service but the price went up drastically.

I live in Warren and truly expected the price for the area to be double the price near me. The people were kind, considerate and helpful. They washed my windows, filled my tires, etc with nothing added to the already quoted price.Then I accidentally without thinking started my car to check tire pressure...and oil was everywhere. They didnt get angry, they helped clean it off my car, and despite me insisting they charge extra for the oil I spilled back out of the car, they didnt.I completely would have understood if they were angry and irritated being the last car in the bay. But, they werent. Such good people.Best part, the price was less than the prices over buy where I live.🤑. Highly recommend🙂

This was the best and quickest experience Ive ever had for an oil change. The staff was super friendly, and I didnt even have to leave my car. Definitely my new go to place for oil changes!

Overcharged meWent for standard oil change they put in synthetic after I requested a standard oil change and charged me for 7 qts of oilWould not make it right just saying thats what they charge.I have gone this same location over 10 years new owners and $36 oil change is now $54.18I wont be going back again

I have been getting my cars oil changed here for a long time. Every time, the staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. The big thing I notice is the staff doesnt attempt to take their customers for a ride and recommend a ton of extra services your car probably doesnt need. This, of course, is my personal experience. You might get oil changes other places for a slightly cheaper price, but there is no substitute for the professionalism and friendliness that you get here. Well worth it and would highly recommend.

This place is fantastic. Came in for an oil change and they went above and beyond. Just pull into a bay and they take care of the rest. I got my oil/oil filter replaced. They cleaned my windshield. Sprayed the hinges on my doors and adjusted my tire pressure. Only thing they charged me for was the oil change. $50 total. Dealership charges $120-$160 and they don’t have the same level of service at all. Will come back here forever.

Friendly, quick, sticker says 3 months or 3000 miles. Odd, owners manual says 7000 miles. Charged 54 $$ for oil 🛢 change, certainly not overpriced. All in all would recommend.

This place is great. I have gotten my oil changed here multiple times and it is always quick.The staff is very friendly. They even gave my doggo a treat. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend this store in terms of price. I was charged $49 for conventional oil change. Chevy dealer charge $50 for synthetic oil change include tire rotation 48 inspection car washing. It is almost 12 years to visit quick oil changes, I usually go to dealer, the reason why I go to this store, I dont want to stay at dealer long time because of Corona pandemic. I have confidence I was over charged Do not go this store

Super quick, Ive always been greeted in a friendly manner, they even ask exactly what pressure you like your tires and lube your door hinges, fair warning though they do not do coolant or any other fluids besides oil

Only place I will ever go for my oil changes! The whole staff are kind and honest, and always make sure you leave satisfied. They will check all your fluid levels, offer to fill it for you (and will use your own fluid if you have it), they’ll fill your tires, grease your doors, and clean your windows!I am especially impressed with Rex, who is the most kind and straight up guy I’ve met.Thank you to everyone here!

D&H Quick Lube was right on time. I needed an oil change so I swung by after work around 6 before they closed at 7. Pulled right up to the bay l. They pulled me in and the rest is history. What I really liked is that after they were done. The oil tech had me run my car for minute cut off a minute then brought my dip stick to the window showing my fill. So this added guarantee that my oil plug is in the pan. Good price Great job!!!🙂

Complimentary window washes, tire fillings, and door hinge oiling. Last time I went for an oil change, they even topped off my coolant and windshield wiper fluid for free! I dont think Ive ever been greeted here by an employee who didnt have a smile on their face.

I went in for a quick oil change before heading out of town on a long trip. Their service was fast and friendly. I was in and out in under a half hour, despite there being several other customers at the time. They did my oil change, lubricated my doors, cleaned my windows, and topped off all my fluids. They also gave me a Tootsie Pop at the end that left me feeling like a kid in a candy shop!

They are very polite and friendly but the reality is they are ripping you off. The Pennzoil service that I usually do for ~21$, they charged me an extra 16$ on top of that, for being very nice to me!!!. Id recommend try other Pennzoil and see the price difference for yourself. They even told me that the other Pennzoil dont change the filter which is bull crap. Dont be fooled by these nice cunning oil changer.

There was a space when I pulled up and they got right to it. 10 minutes later my oil was changed, tires inflated, fluids capped, bill signed, and even my door hinges were greased. The price was great and it makes it real hard to justify doing it myself. Highly recommended. They care about your business. It really shows

Quick consistent service. Have been taking my vehicles there ever since they opened shop and never had a problem. Because they are so popular they do occasionally get a queue and you may have to wait a bit so plan to get there during less busy hours. I still dont understand why they give you a tootsie pop with each oil change... maybe it will just be one of those mysteries of life.

Just stay in the car as its done here. Quick and easy. They lubed my door latches and checked my tires. Makes me wonder if I was going to some bad places, or this one is just way better than normal. It was the speed of the job, and simplicity of just staying in my car, that made this place stand out to me.

It really is a 10m oil change! The staff were quick and friendly, there was an older gentleman overseeing my service and he was very kind. One of those people with a genuine smile - I am suspecting he might be the owner! Im glad to have found this place and will definitely be back.

Great service from a stable team. I have used D&H Quick Lube for more than 10 years. All this time the same core crew are there to service my vehicles. They demonstrate their trustworthiness standing behind their good work and especially on a couple occasions providing valuable advice about other service requirements for my cars.

The warning light for low tire pressure came on my dashboard the other day. Not wanting to drive all the way to the dealership, I stopped in to see what the charge would be to fill the tires. To my surprise, there was no charge. The gentleman was very kind, did a thorough job and answered my concerns. I strongly recommend their service and will definitely utilize this business in the future.

This is by far the best place I have had change the oil on any of my vehicles. This place was very fast and through. Total price out the door was $34. This is the only place I have ever been to that didnt try to sell me a coolant flush, engine additive or fuel system cleaner. I really enjoyed the pressure free experience. All the staff was very friendly and professional. Great value and service!!

These guys are great. My mom used to always come here when I was a kid and theyd give us suckers :) Now that I have to get my own oil changed, I always try to come to this spot. Ive never once felt like theyre trying to upsell me or take advantage of me being a girl who doesnt know about cars.

I have been going to this facility for years because of the speedy service and friendly staff. They always ask if I want my doors sprayed, tires filled, and wipe my windsheild/rear window. The little details like that make it worth coming back to every time. I love this place !

Camel changed in 10 minutes now only did they change my oil they also greased my door hinges and put air into my tires for the recommended tire pressure. I was in and I was out and even still had time to spare and finish my lunch thanks guys keep up the good work

Great service, great team work, and if you need to top off your oil after few months, its free. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to get into the bays. Again, this is the most professional team in the business.

$18.00 for the oil change and $17.00 for labor. Thats a load of crap. And 10 minute oil change my a$$. I waited in line with 1 car upfront of me, and 1 in the garage for about 30 minutes until the car until garage pulled out. Then another 20 minutes for the car upfront of me. Will not be returning. Go somewhere else for MUCH cheaper and MUCH faster.

Worst experience I ever had, had took my 2008 dodge avenger there before to have oil change and also a thermostat replaced,after my last visit within a week my car started overheating come to find out my over flow hose was pulled off and tucked under a piece of metal which caused my car to overheat within 2 more weeks started again and was told due to that happening my head gasket had to be replaced at a cost of 1400 dollars which I was not about to spend on a 2008, I had to purchase a new vehicle which I would never of done at this time, thanks for nothing BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

I went to D&H Quick Lube for the first time today. I was blown away by their fast, friendly full service. I will be bringing all of my vehicles here for oil changes for now on.

I was given a more expensive service that I not only didnt ask for but was not told about. There was no safety inspection with lights and wipers like there is at other places with the Pennzoil sign. They did give me a tootsie pop when I left, which was nice but doesnt make up paying double for something.

I prefer servicing the oil where the necessary time is spent for the operation. Quick lube is never thorough and leaves room for errors. Fast food is cheaper than regular dining. I wonder why for the lube is the opposite.
