It is tough for us non-mechanics, to find a professional mechanic that is Honest. I often hear about mechanics misdiagnosing vehicles just to make additional money on their customers. I got one of my vehicles repaired by Bjorn and he did something that reassured me that there are mechanics out there that are Honest and value their customers and not just after their Money. Bjorn and Peter do a wonderful job at relating to customers and providing them with accurate and honest information. Their work is top notch, prices are very reasonable and they are a great crew to work with. Would recommend them to anyone especially if you own a VW/Audi. Broadway Auto Tech is a great service center for any car, import or domestic, but their expertise with VAG vehicles is astounding. I will surely be returning. Absolutely nothing bad to say about them.
