First time using Supercuts. Walked in a seen only waited few minutes. Mourice cut my hair and he did awesome. Great fade . Perfect lines . Quick, clean and professional. Great experience. Will be a regular customer from now on.

Someone different has cut my hair every time I’ve been here, and somehow the haircut is perfect every time. I’ve never experienced this level of quality or consistency at any other barber shop. Not to mention, all the stylists are super friendly!

Been a long time Supercuts customer. Price driven for a very simple hair style. Quality and professionalism, well, hit and miss. My wash and cut earlier this week seemed surprisingly pro in approach and demeanor. Impressed.

Best place for a haircut. Can get a time, request a stylist all on line. Diane is very good and has cut my hair many times. Place is clean inside. Can highly recommend this place.

1/11/20 - I went in to get a pretty basic haircut: clippers on the side and scissors on the top, basically. I’ve always had a very good experience at this Supercuts, but today was noteworthy. Maurice was my stylist and was excellent. He put a lot of attention and care into cutting my hair; more so than the average hairstylist might. I don’t mean that in any way as a negative towards the other stylists at this location, because they’ve all been great for me. However, Maurice was awesome and I wanted to highly recommend him!

I go there in between my hair salon bc my salon is really expensive but this salon Diane the manager is awesome. I let her style my hair and sometimes cut it. She very good. I never had a bad hair day from there. Try it.

Ive only visited this place twice in the past 2 or 3 years or so... and my experiences have ended up pretty similar with the same stylist, an older lady. The first time, I was cutting off several feet of hair and requested to save it... she ignored that completely and proceeded to chop it off in small chunks at a time, and then didnt bother to make it even or feather it. Yesterday I came with a friend and didnt realize it was the same place, otherwise I would have gone somewhere else. I was called back to her and realized soon that giving her a second chance was a mistake. My hair is uneven and choppy yet again and now I have to go fix it. I dont know if its just curly hair or what but she barely wet it to straighten it out and sent me home with frizzy hair.

Always consistently good haircuts and the people are friendly. Would recommend going there instead of some of the surrounding salons. Ive tried them too.

I honestly wish I could give this 0 stars. The haircut was average, however, the stylist managed to cut me FOUR times: 2 on the right ear, one on the left ear, and one at the top. There should never have even been a first time, and he just laughed it off. Get new clippers and get better stylists. Poor equipment, poor quality, Ill obviously be spending my money elsewhere in the future.

They are great with working on walk-ins and can blend men’s hair. I get mine cut here every 3 weeks, have always had a great experience and have had my hair cut by just about everyone there. I trust them all. Good people.

The atmosphere is bright and clean. I like being able to sign in online before we go. Diane always does a great job cutting my hair. I appreciate the teacher discount that was offered as well.

Either it take them 5 mins to cut or your waiting over an hour just for a basic hair cut. A good haircut takes a little time to make sure good quality. There friendly staff but the either there rushing or slam packed because they have 7 chairs but only 2 are occupied. I think to make it better need at least another 1 person to be staff so they can keep the tragic flowing good and also to make good quality cuts

Never receive the same haircut twice. And more than not its horrible. I had to go out of town to get a great haircut to receive compliments from my coworkers.

Maurice Mo is a great barber he cuts my sons hair ..... he fast on point and he keeps him looking like a young man which in returns keeps me looking good!

I have been going there for a few years and have been pleased with Dianes service, and I have never heard anyone in there complain.

Im 35, and over the course of my life Ive had two haircuts that were done in less than 3 minutes, and one of them was here. It was sloppy. It was done by the assistant manager. There was no one else in the shop waiting. I know the buzz-fade I get is fairly simple and doesnt require the same attention to detail as other cuts, but it should be clean and even and it wasnt. Furthermore, if you think simple styles shouldnt take longer than three minutes then you shouldnt be charging me fifteen bucks for it.I will not be returning.

My mother’s stylist at this establishment was “Sue” and she ruined my mother’s hair completely, so much that she left the salon covered in hair dye, wet hair and in tears. My mother asked for simple blonde highlights and a trim, neither of those simple hair techniques were done. Sue told my mother, after being there for 3 hours, that she was “not able to do it”, leaving my mother to walk out with wet hair and 3 different colors in her hair. When I called the salon to speak with the manager, Diane, I was told that she was with a client and the stylist who answered my call “Shayna” did not ask for my phone number for the manager, Diane, to return my call. Needless to say, I have contacted the corporate office of Supercuts, and reported the unsanitary practices, and unprofessionalism of the aforementioned staff to the Virginia board of cosmetology.

All the stylests are good. EVERY SINGLE ONE. I drive from Rocky Mount because of this Salon.
