My regular barber had not shown up for my appointment, so I decided to book a haircut at Corporate Image. I am extremely satisfied. They were able to give me an appointment within a couple hours, provide a well done cut and beard trim, and a professional attitude and friendly experience. Staci cut my hair and I could not thank her enough. I am going somewhere for a few days and now, I look sharp and presentable. I will more than likely return and become a regular client. Good barbeque doesnt need sauce to be tasty, likewise a good haircut doesnt need gel or any other sort of product to look great. For me, that is one of the best tests of any good haircut and that is PRECISELY what Penny accomplishes every time she cuts my hair! Not only that but she is a fun person to talk to during the process. She is one of the best beauticians I have been to in my fifty one years and Ive been to many. Walk into Corporate Image Barbershop and notice the professional attire of the barbers. They say dress for success and the fact that the barbers dress up makes all clients feel important. I actually try to dress for the staff to return the respect.The staff does well with all age groups. I’ve been early and watched while moms and dads had the barbers cut their children’s hair; and I’ve seen a few women receive a nice barber cut. I mentioned to a new client that he could rest assured that his full head of hair was a blank canvas for the artist in who’s chair he sat.Corporate Image Barbershop has addressed CoVid requirements quite well. I always feel safe and comfortable at Corporate Image.The online booking is fantastic. I recently checked Penny’s schedule as I was leaving a deer stand; and I booked my haircut for the same afternoon.This year Penny has cut my hair for two weddings that I’ve attended; and it may sound crazy but I’ve been complimented by ladies and gents. I suppose it’s similar to putting fresh paint on an old barn.Perhaps the best testimonial is that my wife encourages me to drive the 50 miles to have Penny cut my hair; and my wife sure seems to appreciate Penny’s art!

Called to make an appointment for my boyfriend and was told to hang up and use the online scheduling system (which was new and I was unaware) I told Penny that was fine but then she continued for a couple minutes to tell me she would love to help me but not when she was busy and if I absolutely needed it she would take my information while sounding completely annoyed. Just made me feel like a major inconvenience. We decided to make an appointment elsewhere where the phone call lasted 30 seconds and was very friendly.

I read that you had to pay a deposit as a new customer! No one does that, why would you need to pay a deposit for a haircut?! And when inquired about a haircut, the people only contacted me back once with no availability. Not very open or friendly to new customers.

I love getting my hair cut here! Ive been coming here for the past year and each time Penny does an amazing job. First of all, the haircut (specifically the fade) is the best Ive ever gotten. Multiple friends and coworkers have asked me where I go for a haircut. Secondly, Penny is very nice, and I always enjoy our chats.I recommend getting an appointment because their schedule fills up quickly, especially on weekends.

The barbers at Corporate Image graciously squeezed in space for me and my wedding party in their busy Saturday schedule. They are appointment based, especially on busy days. They reccomend a few weeks notice for Friday and Saturday appointments. The shop is clean and has great atmosphere along with seating space that kept the other members of my party comfortable until their turn. Their hot towel shave is as gentle as can be. I only wish I lived close enough to make this my regular shop!

Corporate Image Barber Shop is hands down one of the best shops I’ve ever stepped into. I’m extremely picky about my hair cuts: who cuts them, how often, and the type of people I have to be around every time I having it done. I recently moved to the Roanoke area from Indiana and was in desperate need to find a shop I could go to for the duration of my time living in VA. Corporate image met every standard and exceeded my expectations, not only in their friendliness and professional demeanor, but in their cunning ability to go a great job and provide an excellent service. If you’re looking for a place to exceed expectations, this is it. You’re not going to find a better spot than Corporate Image, period.

This is a fantastic place that works hard at trying to make everyone happy and spiffed up. They are busy and keep tight and on time schedule so it’s respectful to the next client. *Note if your running 15-20 mins late it’s best to reschedule due to the respect of the next on time client.* They do work with you though if it doesnt effect the next clients time. Most people appreciate this because it unique in that way and they know when they come in there’s usually not a wait they can sit in the barbers chair and have a nice haircut with great conversation.

I agree with Benjamin. Treat customers as if they are a bother. Not to mention the haircuts are not the best for the price...Also Penny acts weirdly overly flirtatious with her clients (and I am not the first customer who has noticed this) extremely uncomfortable air... will definitely not be coming back.

Awesome place to get your hair cut. I walked in without a appointment and didnt have to wait at all. I was not sure of what kind of cut I wanted so I told her to just make it look good. I was not disappointed when she showed me my new look a few minutes later, all while keeping a fun atmosphere with light conversation. *Note* They only speak cash so make sure to bring $20. I didnt have any one me but they were nice enough to let me run down the street to the bank and get some cash out of the ATM. Will definitely go back and recommend.

One of the best haircuts i have gotten. I called to get prices and forgot to leave me number, but she still called back and i went in to get my hair cut. i had just moved to Roanoke so i needed to find a barber shop. As stated in other reviews (all but the 1 star that is stupid tbh) if you want just a hair cut with no human reaction dont come to Corporate Image. I believe it was Penny who cut my hair and she did a amazing job and she was a pure delight. it was an amazing experience getting my hair cut by Corporate Image. I had people at work asking me where i got my haircut during my shift. I will be going back to Corporate Image for sure if i could i would give them about 9 or 10 stars.
