Very punctual, polite, and professional staff. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival and I was graciously invited to peruse the establishment as I awaited my scheduled appointment. As someone who, without exaggeration, hasnt visited a barbershop or salon in well over 20 years, I had no definitive sartorial plan other than to get rid of a substantial amount of hair. Thankfully, Emma was patient and, after asking a few pointed questions, was able to ascertain my preferences and suggested a haircut that she felt I would like. Emma was efficient yet attentive and unhurried. I was more than pleased with the haircut and beard trim provided and I immediately scheduled my next appointment once my haircut was completed. I look forward to my next visit and wholeheartedly give my highest recommendations to anyone who may be considering visiting Jacks.

Great barbershop downtown, conveniently located next to the Market Garage. I received an excellent haircut that was worth the price.Also in the same space theres a clothing boutique that has some pretty cool items. You could get a haircut and a new outfit all in one place!

Jacks is great. The atmosphere is comfy and professional. I get my haircut by Emma and she couldn’t be any more friendly or do any better job. I’ve been 100% happy each trip and I’m grateful she was recommended to me!

The girl cutting hair was very RUDE!!! WAST DRESSED IN : High-end apparel/ No Fancy shoes/Clean but a little unkepted! Problems thought I didnt fit there persona??? This place is amazing! Ive been looking for a place to get a head shave and scalp treatment since Razors Edge closed and I found it! I will definitely be going here from now on. And to top it all off, the staff is super nice and take their time!

I really enjoyed my experience here. Upon my slightly early arrival I was offered a drink and a seat while I waited for my appointment. My stylist was patient while I decided on which haircut to go with. She did a wonderful job - the haircut looks great. The hot towels, straight razor neck shave, and aromatic shampoo were a nice touch. The staff was very friendly. Ill definitely be back!

For MEN only! If you want a haircut that you can brag about the service, this is the place. If you want a full service, one-stop, do it all salon that caters to men, this is your place. The classic cut is THE best hair cut in town. Ive been going here for almost as long as its been open, and Ill not go anywhere else.The ladies that work here are professional, classy and courteous. Deb will set you up and one of the other ladies will cut you down. Having the ability to book online is also a great plus. Appointments arent necessary, but recommended. Im usually able to book the day before or the day of.

Great ambiance and array of services. All professionally executed at a very reasonable price. Definitely more than a barbershop God-forbid a mens salon, this establishment took me back to times visiting the barber with my grandfather for an afternoon of masculine pampering and socializing.I would give it more than 5 stars if Google allowed. I look forward to making future special trips to Roanoke for just another experience.

This barbershop is great! I have never visited a place were men can go and get different stylish haircut with the finest equipment and best thing is that is only female barbers. Besides haircuts they have a clothing shop inside for special occations or for work too. They can tailor your suits and they have everything you need for that special occation.

These guys really take care of you. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to enjoy the rest of my day.

They,cover every detail and at a good prices..no need to look futher for a stylist..plus they have great clothes to look at..watch out because you will probally but something from their excellent staff.!!

Lost my reservation or never made it. And I made it at the counter when they ask Would you like to book your next appointment... Booked it a month in advance to time it for my trip. Did nothing to make up for it, did not squeeze me in or do anything to accommodate their screw up. Will never go her again or shop at their store.The last person I had cut my hair cut it for 10 years. So Im loyal but I will take my business elsewhere.
