Exclusive Cuts is a GREAT Barbershop! Day takes his time and makes sure that the customer gets the cut that they want, not the cut that the Barber thinks you should have! The appointment system works great, you’re in the shop and chair at your reserved time, and out in a reasonable time frame. The shop is always clean and Day is always extremely professional. I would recommend Exclusive Cuts to anyone!!

Have you ever been touched by Picasso? Well now you dont have to look too far to find him. As a matter of fact he works at Exclusive located on Melrose and goes by the name of Day. His art style is sick and barbering skills are beyond this world. He is the type of stylist that makes you feel appreciated and leaves you feeling empowered and accomplished after leaving his chair. So it is with high anticipation that you stop by to meet and greet Roanoke Citys one-and-only Picasso!

Unfriendly and dismissive all time spent on phone. While talking on the phone, cut my lip not even with a razor but with clippers. Did not fully comb out beard so beard length was uneven. Currently looking for a decent barber. Will keep looking and will not be returning. It is telling when legitimate criticism is dismissed as trolling. I move on and my legitimate criticism certainly will not be changed now. May have been a bad day or out of character, but this was my customer experience. Nothing personal, just legitimate criticism based on the service that I received. It stands because it is accurate. Thanks
