Ordered a dishwasher to be installed. Over a month later it was delivered.... damaged. They had to send out another dishwasher another month later after they postponed the delivery date on 2 separate occasions, and once it arrived, they installed it improperly. Now I have a broken dishwasher and they can’t schedule a technician to check it out because they are incompetent and have every excuse in the book for not making it right. Waste of time and money. I’d give it zero stars if google would allow that option.

Worst customer service ever! I would compare this store to a Las Vegas auto dealer ship. Ordered new carpet to be installed on August 31st 2017 they came ripped out carpet and pad and almost installed the wrong carpet! So here it is Sep 21st and still no carpet and all of the furniture is sitting outside covered by tarps.... Please if you are reading run from this Home Depot pay a little more from some where else. Nothing from a manger or anyone worst experience of my life and now I will never step foot in a Home Depot again, I pass them to got to Lowes or True Value
