This location was very good. I was able to drop my car off and after a few days the work was done. Scheduling out was further then I liked, and they werent able to offer any discounts but the service was good.

Dennys auto is the greatest auto repair shop I have ever been to! I brought my truck in because the check engine light was on. Within 4 hours they diagnosed the problem, ordered in the part, and fixed the problem! And for such a great price too! I will never bring my truck to another shop again! Oh and it also helps that everyone there is super nice and professional. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed

I got an emissions test and registration renewal. These guys got me in quick, forgave me for being late, and did the work lightning fast! I really appreciate them and will be using them regularly in the future.

They were very busy but were still able to finish my vehicle ahead of the quoted time. I appreciate the thorough and informative inspection they provide no matter what the vehicle goes in for. The A/C in my truck now blows cold again. Somehow the hood latch cable got cut while being serviced, but they replaced it free quickly and without hassle. Ive known shops that would have argued and tried to pass it off or charge extra for something like that. I really appreciate the honesty and will be back next time I need something fixed.

Dennys Auto is fantastic! They are so helpful in describing what needs done on your vehicle. I love the email they send showing pictures of your vehicle and what repairs are recommended. This to me, is about honesty and integrity. I am always very pleased with the work they do, and know that it will be done right. Edit: hilarious how they respond to nearly all reviews but mine.awful, awful experience. they didn’t put a gasket on my oil filter. i wish i was joking, but it fell clean off when i was working on my car afterwards (far away from the filter). no sign of a gasket anywhere. i went to go change my oil afterwards since all of it had emptied all over my garage, only to discover that the drain plug was tightened WAY beyond spec. it started grinding the gears of my drill and took me fifteen minutes of pulling with my entire body weight with lubricant on the screw to get it loose. if they messed up something as simple as an oil change, it scares me to think of what else they could’ve done wrong. do not bring your car here. pictures are of the oil leak all over my garage.

Called for an appointment for a transmission fluid and filter service. Ranae got me in the next day and the team got my Yukon done in a very reasonable amount of time. I am very happy with the friendly service and I highly this family owned repair facility for all of your vehicle maintenance needs.

Staff is courteous and helpful. They were knowledgeable in explaining the repairs that needed done. Every issue was itemized, explained and costs were communicated clearly prior to us giving the go ahead to proceed with repairs. Parts options were given to help reduce overall cost of repairs as it was an older car.

Dennys had great customer service. On my quote I had total job and taxes. When I paid the bill I also had additional fees which was a little frustrating this wasnt part of the overall quote. I also priced out the work to be done through another shop and there was enough of a difference in price that I went with the other shop. Again, great customer service just felt the quotes were a little high.

Dennys has been amazing! Rene & Nick have been so patient, and so knowledgeable! They are fair priced, know what they are talking about and explain everything to you. They have also been so patient with all my calls. I will not go anywhere else from here on out.

They do a good job and have an exhaustive list of maintenance that you need done on your car. They also have the option of choosing what you want done. However the markup is insane. $1200 to replace the timing belt and water pump. I had no other choice or I wouldve gone somewhere else. Typically this should be no more than 800 at the most

Great service, not pushy at all, felt like I got a great value. they seem to be very busy. I wasnt in a hurry to get the vehicle fixed, so this didnt concern me at all. I told them that as well, so Im sure if I needed it in a hurry they would have gotten it done sooner. They also offered a loaner car if I needed it.

Took the car in for diagnostic due to water leak. Probably water pump after the car had been over heating. Customer service was good. Work was done in a timely manner. Advised needed to replace engine and even had a fair estimate. However a lot of the other work they suggested and does need to be done was highly over priced based on the cost of parts and amount of time it would take to do it. Overall bought another car 5 yrs newer under warranty for the same price the wanted to repair old one.

The guys (and gal) at Denny’s are always helpful and do a great job fixing my vehicles. They are always willing to work with you and have been able to fit us in when we are tight on time. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their vehicle repaired.

Went for emissions and dropped off my car at 9:00 and called them at 4:50 pm and they didn’t know if my car was done plus I was told everyone went home, then put me on hold and never got back to me. I live next door so I walked over there and everyone was still there so I was lied to and then they said their machine was broken and could possibly do emissions the next day. It would be nice if I was notified and not lied to.

You know how you always hear “ya gotta have a guy” when it comes to everything. Well, Denny’s Auto has become my “guy” for any repairs that I need on my vehicles. They are very professional, but in a personal sort of way. They are great with communicating issues, concerns and everything else.

Starter replacement. It takes to long for a repair. I brought my truck in at 8:30 am and it wasn’t ready until the next day.

Quick and professional. Very helpful each time I called them for updates, and answered every question I had.

I dropped by one afternoon to inquire about getting a transmission flush done, hoping to schedule an appointment in the next few days. Instead, they were able to do the work that afternoon.

Super happy with mechanical service, the quote and how they walked me through everything. Said they’d call me later that day, never did. I had to call the next day, not a big deal but for that customer service end at the desk, minus a star. Guy was nice and professional, but If you can’t follow through with a phone call, don’t promise a phone call update.

They were mediocre at best. I did not enjoy my experience with them and I won’t be going back.

Very professional. They care about their customers safety. They identified some problems I wasn’t aware of. They are a little more expensive than some others (not by much) but it’s worth the extra knowing the job was done right and my car is safe.

These folks are AWESOME!! I expected to have my MDX at Denny’s Auto for a few days. However, that wasn’t the case. In record time, they had fixed the car, and it was running beautifully. They even washed it before they contacted me that it was finished and ready to be picked up!! They are VERY professional and a joy to do business with!

We found Nick to be very helpful with informing ud of all the issues that were wrong with the vehicle.We have been very hesitant putting the amount of money needed into this older vehicle to get it in good running condition, however Nick instilled the confidence we needed to move forward with the repairs.It is running well now and we hope it will run well for the next couple of years.

Maybe it was just sticker shock but not happy with Denny’s Auto. I took the car in due to a leak in the coolant system. The itemized bill came back at over $1000. That blew my mind it could be so much but it was partially because they were recommending services that they deemed necessary, such as an oil change, brake fluid replacement, transmission flush among others. The oil was changed the month prior but they listed it because they couldn’t find the sticker. They also listed 3 other services that need to be done, of which I can get done for 60% of the cost elsewhere. After they finished the repair, they pressure tested the system and found the water pump was bad and had to be replaced which I can understand but made the delivery yet another day later. The repairs they did look good. It runs. But I will be finding a different repair shop next time.

They did a very good job giving me a thorough inspection and diagnosis. Ive been here three times and would recommend it.

Had a great experience here. Christian was my adviser and got all the quote together for me quickly. I moved the goalposts on him several times trying to determine the right course of action, and he was very accommodating and helped me determine what was best in the long run to keep the car. Once the decision was made, the work went very fast, and came in under quote. The car runs very well now, honestly better than I have ever had it run since I owned it and I am confident in keeping it a lot longer then I planned. Ive had work done at Dennys twice now and Ive been super pleased. Theyre quick and always stay in communication on the status of things. In both cases they were able to identify issues that other shops didnt and fixed things up perfectly. We were very lucky to find this repair shop. We arrived in Utah and tge day we arrived, Darrin at Dennys helped reassure us that my 1999 Chevrolet 1500 Silverado would be looked at. We were relieved because Dennys checked over the entire vehicle. And they gave it a quick inspection in less than 2 hours. It was just in time because we left the following morning to drive all the way to Maryland. In 2001 I had brought my jeep in to have my engine replaced and it cost about 2700 which was a fair price however 3 days after I got the vehicle back the engine caught fire burning my friends hands and arms when we tried to extinguish it but it had sprayed gas over everything and I had posted a review on Facebook where they commented back saying why bring up ancient history bahahah saying the shop people were in elementary school at the time a total millennial response which was a shock to me if I was a business owner I would do everything in my power to make it right

First class! Ive been going here for years, they maintain my two older Ford trucks. I recently had a lot of work done on one of them, I thought they would have it for days. They diagnosed with within 3 hours, sent me a detailed report with pictures, and called me to tell me what they found. I gave the go-ahead and I told them to keep it as long as they needed it. They had it done before the end of the day. It rides like a new truck. Everyone is so friendly! Christian and Ranae, Mitch and everyone there are amazing!

I love the staff and these guys know what they are doing. I sadly had to knock off a couple stars because of their pricing. I could have had the same work for less from the dealership.This is what happened... a check engine light came on. It read a code that said it had low fuel pressure but it could mean a few things. I needed a mechanic to discover which component was failing. Denny’s charges $135 to diagnose the problem. I decided to take it there thinking it would ultimately be less expensive than the dealership. They reported that it was a fuel pump. No problem, I thought, because I have a service agreement with a $100 deductible. The warranty company approved the claim but Denny’s wanted $380 instead of the $100. They explained that their mechanics are highly trained, which is expensive, and that they provide a 3 year warranty on the part. They said the warranty company would not pay the full price of the replacement pump. But when I spoke to the warranty people and they said they’d pay the full price of the pump which is $476 as well as the labor and diagnostics charges. Denny’s wanted $600 for the pump (which I confirmed from the dealership was $476), plus Denny’s did not ask the warranty to pay for the diagnostic fee, which they said they’d pay for, so I was having to pay that as well.It turns out I could have taken the car to the dealership and only paid $100 total. Not $380 that Denny’s wanted. I picked up the car and paid $135 and took it to the dealership where they replaced the pump and charged me $100 for the deductible. My total cost was $235 but it should have been $100.In the end I wasted a ton of time and paid $135 more than I should have. I like Denny’s and believe in the mechanics but if I need work again I will do my pricing research before I go back there.

Checked things that I didnt want checked and charged way too much for diagnostics I didnt want done. Car wouldnt start after their diagnostic check and they wouldnt offer to help me getting it started without charging me.

They did a great job as usual. I have been treated very well each time I go there.

My Subaru broke down late at night while I was traveling through Utah. They had it diagnosed the next day and fixed the day after. They told me some recommended items but were not pushy at all on those ones, just the facts. Fair priced and quick turnaround. Friendly staff.

I felt like Dennys Auto was fair and honest, which is important to me. However, every day when I would call them, towards the end of their shift, they would estimate that they would have it ready the next day. This continued for about a week. I ended up being without my vehicle for a little over a week. Each day they would have a different excuse as to why it wasnt ready, but they only offered excuses and never took accountability. I was greatly disappointed by that.

Very nice and prompt customer service. However, there was a major miscommunication between their mechanics and front desk. At one point they were trying to charge me over double for the work they had done. After I asked for an itemized bill and went through it line by line, I got about half of my bill dismissed.

Very prompt service. They are thorough on the diagnosis. I feel like i get my bang for my buck.

I took my car in a whole ago to see if they could fix an oil leak. I called and asked if they did free quotes and was assured they did. When they called and gave me the quote I decided to not do the repair. When I got in they tried to charge me 120 bucks for stuff they never told me they were going to do I agreed to pay sixty because some of what they had to do was due to me overfilling the oil so they had to drain it. I believe in being fair so I paid half but the other half was straight up attempted robbery. Highly dishonest.

I took my car to Dennys auto and they treated me with care and a great level of professionalism. I always never trust mechanics but they where super honest and transparent in what I needed to take care of on my car without me draining my wallet. I will definitely go back to Dennys Auto and I 1 000% recommend Dennys Auto to anyone looking for trustworthy mechanics.
