The worst experience in my life, my appointment was at 1.30 today. I showed up at 1.25. Sign in. Waiting until 1.40. My appointment was with Melissa I think. Showed up. Just she said follow me. And after that she disappeared for another 10 min. I left at 1.48 and no body stopped me or asking why I left. If you dont do you work other people can do it.

I cant say that I was thrilled with my service here. The receptionist was extremely rude and demeaning, even eluded that I was shady, and I feel misled by the preparer. They raf is a joke, and again misleading. I only went here to get an advance on my refund and expressed that upfront. The preparer did my return, charged like $350... wasnt able to get any more for me than I was able to on turbo tax and wasnt able to tell me if I was able to get the refund anticipation loan at the end of it all. Said I would receive an email letting me know, which over 24 hours later I still have not received. I am not happy. I left a message with the rude receptionist and havent received a call back. What a waste of time and money.
