I pay for a Tax service and she didnt send my form and now she not answering the phone and nothing

Whatever you do don’t go to this place, the lady there is a liar and a scammer, bought a car from her and kept saying it “belonged to her daughter that has OCD” which was a complete lie. She claims she can do things that are actually illegal when you ask the DMV if it’s possible. When we sold the car we we’re informed that the car was bought at an auction and had been in a really bad car crash and had got fix for real cheap. We were also told that if we had gotten in an accident it would have been really bad for us because the car had such cheap work done that we would have got seriously injured. Don’t waste your time at all coming to this place, the lady is a complete scammer. Her ugly duck face son also spends time there and tried to get you to join Primerica (the worst scam in the world) and thinks he’s so successful. Their whole family is full of scammers.

Been going there for years and never had any problems service is great!

Its 11am on Thursday, outside says its open, but all doors are locked. What time are you really open???
