Riverside CrossFit nutrition and coaching has helped me with my diet. Helped me be more mindful of what I’m eating. The team has been very informative and helpful with explaining things I didn’t know or understand.During the nutrition 28 day challenge, the accountability has been key for me.I lost 6 pounds in 28 days.It’s been 4 months since I started CrossFit, I’m down 24 pounds and I’ve never felt better.
Rich and al the coaches at the gym are amazing! They meet you where you are but push you to get better! I’ve been going there a little over a year and have seen amazing changes in my body. Plus it’s never boring!

I love this place. Workouts are scaled for all ability levels from beginner to advanced. The coaches and other members are super encouraging. I look forward to coming here everyday even when we do dreaded thrusters.

Crossfit Riverside is a great place. The coaches modify all exercises to match each persons abilities. They are so knowledgeable and encouraging. They eliminate the feeling of intimidation and build confidence. The owners, Richard and Steph are such great, caring people. This location is filled with great athletes and inspiring people. I love working out with every one in class. Love this place!

This gym is like a second family to me. Richard and Steph are are not only extremely knowledgeable coaches but they are wonderful people. They are dedicated to making their gym a place for people of all experiences and backgrounds in fitness or lack thereof, comfortable and enjoyable. Professional training.. offered to all levels..Great way to workout without getting bored ..They have multiple class schedule and offer little play area for the kids..
Absolutely inspiring! They actually make you work to make a difference inside and outside the gym. Not only is the staff hard working but they are dedicated! Better than any ol gym because here, they can guarantee results!

I’ll admit I was a bit worried about being able to complete CrossFit workouts. I stopped working out when pregnant with my 2nd kid. Lost all my strength and flexibility. I’ve been coming here for 5 months and it is incredible. Richard, Steph and the entire training staff are very supportive and accommodating. I didn’t want to get injured. They take time to work through all the progressions and lifts. I feel so much better, more energy, better sleep, and stronger! The other members are friendly. Great box to be a part of. Glad I found CFR!

Crossfit Riverside is one of the best workout environments Ive ever experienced. Ive been a member of local gyms ever since highschool, but rarely ever had the self motivation to get myself there regularly and I often end of paying month after month for a membership I never use... then I decided to try Crossfit Riverside.The people and classes are awesome! They instantly motivate you to try your hardest, help you when you are confused or struggling, and you feel an amazing sense of accomplishment for just making it through each days workout. I went from never being able to stick with a gym routine to LOOKING FORWARD to going back!After just a few months of attending classes consistently 4-5 times a week I saw amazing transformations not only in my physique and endurance, but also my mobility, stress levels, and overall health.
