I have been a team member of Gracie Barra since June 2014. After being injured in 2017, it took me three and a half years to get back on the mats. The Professors and coaches at GB Riverside and Corona have been great. It has almost been a month now and I already feel at home and have fallen back in love with jiu jitsu!I am excited to continue my jiu jitsu journey under the instruction and guidance of this team.

I’m new to BJJ, but the coaches and staff here make you feel welcomed. I had Tom who helped me out get set up with my membership, he explained everything to me clearly and got me set up right away with my uniform. The instructors are top notch and look out for the well being of their students. Staying here definitely for the years to come! If you are looking to join come out and try a class you won’t regret it.

We have been training at GB Corona for five years now and it has been great! Professor Tom Reusing and Coaches have created a safe and challenging training environment! Our kids have access to world Class coaching and training! A family friendly academy with opportunities to train with athletes of all levels!

Love this school. My 8yr. old cross trains here. There are always two or more coaches that assist with the class and the head instructor for the kids class is a black belt! There are many schools that will blue and purple belts that teach. Its not bad to have that level of teaching for the kids but a black belt makes a difference.

To be honest I was extremely nervous for my intro class having no experience in martial arts at all, especially since I’m a girl and the majority were guys. My worries were proved unnecessary because everyone was encouraging and the instructor was very patient and attentive. Happy to say that I’m now 5 months in and I love it!

The best coaches by far! They are very kind, caring, and thorough with their techniques. The kids learn so much and build up their confidence.

The coaches are awesome! They teach kids to have goals, strategy & technique in competition. They coach before & after competition! So great!

We are loving Gracie Barra ! The coaches are amazing with the kids and I have seen my sons confidence grow in just the short amount of time that weve been coming here. Having a child with disabilities and seeing him have more confidence in himself is a blessing and every penny spent in this program is worth it.

The coaches are amazing...Started our boys at ages 6 & 8 and they have developed inspiring self-confidence, respect and tenacity...that Dont give-up attitude, that will serve them for the rest of their lives...Were glad we found Gracie Barra

I have a 3yr old girl that trains there and this place is great. She can be very lazy and stubborn which is why we started here. All the coaches especially AJ give her the kick in the butt she needs and she is eager to go every week.

This place is awesome. Great place to learn jiu jitsu. Im recommend anyone to come try it out.

Great place to learn Bjj. Great atmosphere, I have a 6 year old that trains here and Coach AJ has a great way of teaching and interacting with the kids.

My two sons and I have been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Barra since 2010, the culture here is warm and friendly. Everyone here is like family, the coaches are positive role models for our youth and lead by example. The professors and coaches are the best we trained with, they compete in tournaments worldwide as well as all over the US, and bring that knowledge back to the dojo and pass it on to us and our youth. They have classes to accommodate everyones schedule. They have morning classes as well as evening classes. We highly recommend this place to everyone, come and see it for yourself!!!

The place to learn BJJ in Riverside. Ive been training there for some time and the staff if both professional and knowledgeable. Great kids program as well.

We made the choice to switch our boys from Tae Kwon Do to BJJ to have the confidence that they’d be able to handle themselves if a difficult situation was to arise. We’re so glad we did! The coaches at Gracie Barra are patient, calm and teach the kids respect and discipline all the while encouraging a great learning environment. It’s even more cost effective than the Tae Kwon Do class they were in which is an added bonus!

My daughter has been going to the Gracie Barra schools for about a year and she has blossomed in that year. Her main school is Gracie Barra Corons due to its close location to her Tae Kwon Do studio but she goes the the Gracie Riverside school a few times a month for a change of pace. Professor A.J. is an awesome teacher who challenges and pushes the kids to learn and succeed in their jiu jitsu training. I would definitely recommend the Riverside Gracie Barra school to anyone looking for a strong jiu jitsu school.

My five years old son has been training at this location for approx 8 months. The staff are patient with the little ones, they teach students to disengage from and speak against bullying, and they are excellent at keeping the kids engaged during class time.

Great place i came here by myself was nervous as an adult trying new things can be difficult but the people and coaches are vary nice and made me fill at home that was 3 years ago and still no looking back
