Alex is awesome. He treated my dog spots and cleaned the carpets so they look amazing. I love that there is no “soap” smell or sticky feeling when using Zerorez. They are the only ones I use since we put in this carpet. My neighbors use them as wellAlways on time and professional.

Technician was on time and professional. He did a great job cleaning our carpets. I had a last minute request for a queen size mattress cleaning. He was able to get it all done. As usual I had a great experience. Expensive for carpet cleaning but worth it.

The tech called ahead as promised and even came early, which was good for us. He (Ronnie) was very professional and courteous. He came with his mask on and we masked up also. He listened to my expectations and wanted to make us happy customers. We had some really tough areas but it appears he really tackled the stains. Of course it needs to dry but I am very pleased with Ronnies work. I would definitely use Zerorez again.

The technician arrived on time. He pre-treated stains from my dogs, then cleaned the carpets. They look very clean and refreshed. He was friendly and courteous. I have used Zerorez in the past, and I have always been satisfied.
