I had a white elephant holiday event at my home and hired Prestige Cleaning Service to help me with my event . Socorro was absolutely the best helper /cleaner I have ever met . The service we got from her was exactly what we wanted and needed, I was able to attend to my guest and enjoyed my night . She was so helpful it sort of felt like I knew her and our guest loved her . Socorro made us feel very comfortable she made sure everything was in order and performed high quality work!! she left our home very cleaned and made sure before she left we were happy and satisfied. This type of service is hard to find I will definitely be calling Prestige Cleaning Service again and highly recommend them . :)

John came to clean our home right before we placed it for sale and gotta say WOW. Our carpets look brand new. We have 2 pups so our furniture and carpets looked a little run down but after John worked his magic in our carpets and couches, it looked like the day we bought the place in 2012! We ended up keeping the couches for our family room lol. All in all, he was friendly, on time and did an amazing job!

John was very professional on arrival. Called them and let them know I was in a rush to get carpets and couches cleaned. They agreed to come from Riverside to Hesperia same day. They notified me they were running late because of traffic. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and work ethic. His prices were very economical but dont let that full you his work is awesome. My carpets and couches look brand new and smell very nice. I would totally recommend John. Before calling them I reached out to a bigger company that spent 20 minutes boasting about how great they were. I will save Johns information and refer them to family and friends.

Very professional, courteous, and thorough carpet and deodorizing done by Jhon today. Scheduling with Jasmine was a breeze. Jhon sent a text letting me know when to expect him, arrived 3 minutes early and was ready to work. I have never ever seen someone so passionate and detailed about carpet cleaning. He had more than the standard rug doctor looking machine and brought like 3 machines. He went over all areas a minimum of 3 times and was careful with our items when moving them which was appreciated.We just moved into our place and it had a mildew smell in two areas and Jhon deodorized the smell right away. He even gave me some tips on how to refreshen the carpet, and how to do a self-clean of the tile in the kitchen which was helpful.A great and pleasant experience. Great customer service from start to finish. Id be happy to call them again!
