ServPro came to my rescue like super heroes! The wax seal broke on my toilet upstairs, causing water from the toilet pipes to pour through the ceiling downstairs. This was “category 3” (to use ServPro’s term) contamination and damage. ServPro responded promptly! Removed the damaged materials, sanitized/purified the area, then dried it completely. I feel safe and confident that my home has been completely restored to a healthy environment. The team (Tom, Raul, Jonathan, and the office staff) were impeccable! They were efficient, informative, professional, and personable! They put all of my worries to rest. I couldn’t ask for better service.

ServPro East has been apart of our vendors for the past 3 years. We have used them for a few of our restoration issues on our property. They are very professional and detailed with the work that needs to get done. Once you give them the work its almost like you dont have to worry about it as an owner. My husband and I manage a 10 unit multi-family apartment in Orange and we had one very run-down unit with years of wear and tear that needed major remediation. It all started with a water leak from one of the units above that left mold damage in the unit below. SERVPRO was recommended to us and they came out and assessed the situation right away.Both Tom and Rick communicated to us clearly where the mold damage was and what needed to be done in order to get rid of it. Their team went in and cleared the mold and Tom also discovered a plumbing issue in the unit which he also took care of during their visit. I appreciated their professionalism and honesty during the whole process and once the mold was remediated, we could finally rest easy knowing that this unit was no longer a liability.Unfortunately, our insurance plan did not include mold coverage so we had to pay out of pocket, but SERVPRO worked with us and gave us a reasonable price. I also appreciated the customer service that we received from Sabena as she handled our payment process smoothly from beginning to end. All in all, we had a great experience with SERVPRO of East Riverside and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for damage restoration.
