Absolutely great service. Had a problem with my A/C, started smoking. Brought it to Porters Garage since theyre located close to my work. They were able to locate the problem, order the part and had it fixed the next day. Also reasonable priced. 100% would recommend.

Ive been using Porters garage since I moved here about 3 years ago. theyre able to accommodate different types of vehicles and have many options for service. I recently came in for a smog test and was able to get in and out in less than a half an hour. I would highly recommend.

For all I know they are the best mechanics, but I will never find out.Ive taken my cars there 5 times. They dont returns calls. Their customer service is horrible.We did have our AC compressor replaced. It went bad less than 24 hours later. They did replace it at no cost, but after they had the car all day I called to find out the status. They couldnt fix it that day and needed it for another day. Obviously more to the story, but they didnt bother calling me to let me know.Just communicate!!!!

I CALLED LITERALLY 2 MINUTES A GO AND I SPOKE TO AN OLDER GENTLEMAN ASKING FOR A QUOTE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF MY COILOVERS ON MY VEHICLE, HE PROCEEDED TO SOUND IRRITATED AND SAID WE DONT GIVE QUOTES OVER THE PHONE AND HUNG UP!!! Horrible customer service.....absolutely DO NOT recommend to anyone!!!!!
