I hate to even give them 1 star. My husband was hit one morning on the way to work Progressive didnt do one single thing for us. Absolutely nothing. They didnt send anyone out to survey the vehicle, they didnt help us out with the other insurance company, just closed our claim as quickly as possible. Again, they did NOTHING. I dont why Im paying them, its a complete waste of money for useless insurance

Funnny how this company doesnt ask any questions when theyre taking all your money for payment. Yet when something happens to your car they ask for bank info and even phone records for the time period your vehicle was damaged. For what! None of that had anything to do with my car. This company harasses you with emails and calls to get your car fixed. They discriminate is what they do. Im canceling my claim and my insurance ..Thanks progressive.. Ill fix my own car.
