I dont know why i am getting offers from this location considering I have no reason to seek your services. i am not sure how you got my information but i should not have to provide my ssn in order to opt out of being contacted or provide money for postage to make that happen. seems like a fraud to me

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR COVERED THROUGH ALLSTATE. I had two claims with them and they made my life a living hell. For the first claim, It took the estimator two weeks to get to my house and he was very rude through the whole process. He never asked me if i had a preference in body shop. So when i asked if i could change shop, he made a comment on how much of a hassle it would be for him to redo the estimate.They left my car in horrible shape using refurbished/scratched parts to fix some of the issues. They delayed the return of my car by a whole month. I informed Allstate of my dissatisfaction with the return of my vehicle and the oil stains left on my white interior. For my second claim, Allstate wanted me to take my car back to the same body shop. when i refused, they threatened me with delays, and warned me that i might have to pay more out of pocket. My car was left in the shop for a whole month without getting touched, because Allstate kept denying my appraisal. I also spoke with my agent (Kenneth Munaretto) to see if he could help me, but he transferred me back to customer care. They show no concern for the customers issues. when i called to cancel my renters and car insurance, my agent KENNETH MUNARETTO yelled at me because i couldnt understanding his question.He then lied to me and said i had to send him a email to cancel my policy.I sent him an email with my statement, but he never cancelled my insurance policy. After a week i noticed my account was still active, so when i called customer care they were able to cancel my insurance through the phone. I still have proof of everything stated in this review. if anyone from corporate wants to talk to me about this issue, i am willing to cooperate.
