Courtesy and Excellency in hospitality was shown when we first walked in to make us feel welcome, since this was our first visit. Everything that was going to be done on our vehicle was explained before it was done. The airbag work done on our vehicle was done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. We are very satisfied. Highly recommend them 5 stars trust worthy!!

My 2015 Camry was having issues so I called them and the receptionist told me I could come in the same day to get the issue diagnosed. Within a little over 30 minutes they diagnosed the issue and let me know exactly how much it would cost. The cool thing about them is the money I put into the diagnosis goes towards the fix; so it was cheaper than the other places I found at the end of the day. Peter was very upfront, honest, and direct which was nice and comforting because I really dont know anything about cars. 10/10 experience.

Made an appointment to go here at 2:00 pm today. Got there at 1:55 pm and walked into the office and all the lights were off then waited to talk to someone. They took my truck back at 2:15 and brought it back out 2:50. The tech told me it had something to do with the airbag wiring but never gave me any of the codes and said I would have to bring it back a different day to fix it but couldn’t tell me if they needed the truck for a day, 2 days or a week or estimated cost for full repair, which they said would be more than the $80. Took the truck to a different shop and they told me the code and exact problem in five minutes for free which was a wire not getting any voltage on the drivers side airbag. Mechanic at the other shop said it would be $65 as part of the diagnostic and repair which will take only an hour. Would not recommend to anyone as they do not actually fix the problem or diagnose it when you pay them an $80 diagnosis fee and have to sign a bunch of papers saying they are not responsible for damaged or stolen personal property which I have never had to sign at any shop. When I asked for my money back they told me they diagnosed the problem and would not give me my money back when they never diagnosed a specific problem. Business is shady and I would not recommend to anyone as they try to scam you out of your money.

I have been to couple of shops for them to fix my vehicle because my airbag light was on but they told me they couldn’t fix it. A total waste of my time and I decided to try airbag master tech because i was recommended by a friend who had the same problem. I was skeptical to try them but surely enough they told me what was wrong. It got fixed and now my airbag light is off and I’m very very satisfied. Thank you so much 😊

Airbag Master Tech is a great company. Took my car in for a diagnostic because light will not clear. They told me what was wrong with my vehicle which only needed a module reset to clear the light. So glad I found this place. After talking with other repair technicians. I ended up buying parts I didnt need, but when I brought my car in to Airbag Masters. Airbag Master Tech is a good name for this company. They are masters . They installed drivers and passengers airbags, both front seatbelts and reset the module so all codes are cleared back to factory specs. Car looks like it was never in an accident and for a price no other mechanic or body shop could touch. Consider yourself lucky if you find these guys

All I can say is Wow!!! The Master Tech. Peter is a genius! I brought my airbag module in by itself to be reset because of crash data on it. The reset was done very fast! I had tried the diy method and I never got the SRS light to go off and I didnt want to take it to the stealership and I made the best decision to take it here, glad I did! :) Hats off to Peter and his awesome team!!! Prices are very reasonable! Ill definitely will be back with other family and friends. Thanks!

I had some issues with my airbag module after an accident and Peter was the only one that was able to fix that for me. Perfect service, I do recommend him to everyone. Hi this is my first time dieling wiht airbag issues likely I fine this place that fix and diagnosses the sistem. I just bring the SRS. And they fix it. The sample. You can mail it too and they saide they mail it back nex day. The price is resonable.

Recently had my bmw performance steering wheel installed by Peter. Exceptional service and much cheaper then going to the bmw store.

Its a fraud company，Actually, he didnt do anything at all，He charged me $120 ，But he didnt do it either, and the other store told me ，this is a dishonest shop. I dont recommend it very much，I want everyone to be careful

Don’t fall for their FAKE reviews and stars here .They are scam artists specially “Peter”. they don’t honor the prices they quote you over the phone and when you get there they keep raising the prices.they nickle and dime you in the middle of the project when basically you have no choice beside agreeing their EXTRA Charges!!
