As an insurance agent it is extremely important that my clients are happy with the service when there is an emergency. Every time that I have called Servpro my customers are happy with their service, they would say things like: their tech came fast and explained me the process, Gary is very friendly they keep me posted, they always respond . They will go to inspect any emergency even on weekends, holidays and after hours. I feel that my company Farmers Insurance is well represented by Servpro. I needed Servpro right during our Covid-19 quarantine and I was very concerned about having other people coming into my house. After talking with Letty, she assured me of all of the safety measures they were taking. She also suggested they review it first via texting over photos and videos. After reviewing, it was clear that we had to take immediate actions so they came out the very next day.Chris was very helpful explaining things over the phone and helped us with understanding the insurance claim process. When Gary came out to the house, he was very professional and easy to work with and personable with the whole family. They hung plastic all around the area to contain the dust and they had completed the demo and the drying out in less than 5 days.I am very happy with servpro and would recommend them to anyone in need. I was referred to Servpro of West Riverside City by Mercury Insurance and have had nothing but problems. When they were supposed to come out and assess damages from a fire sprinkler flood, they did not check all areas that were damaged. They decided that a dry out in place was the proper method even though, after the fact, other vendors pointed out the evidence in the moisture and humidity readings (taken by this Servpro) deemed it the wrong method due to the high probability of mold. They should have removed the drywall, tile, carpet, among other things. Low and behold water based mold turned up and Christopher Schmidt tried to say it was just ordinary mold that he would wipe away. Because he was not willing to do mold remediation after charging a ton of money to put machines in place, so that he did not have to spend any man power on the project other than setup. I had to pay for mold remediation, public adjusters (to assess the correct amount of damages), and deal with the fraudulent statements sent to my insurance in order rectify the situation. Not to mention this company was not licensed or bonded at the time they did their work and based on when OSLO, Inc. (the corporation for which Servpro is working under) was formed (in 2016) they had not been licensed or bonded for years in which they were working. I have had to file a complaint with Servpro headquarters to look into this and most likely will have to take Christopher Schmidt to court, since the company was not bonded. This is all to say do not use this franchise if you value your time because a lot of it will be spent dealing with these issues, at least based on my experiences.

ServPro showed up the day after we called our insurance Co about our sinking kitchen ceiling. Gary came out, assessed the situation, got the info to the Insurance Co and was back the next day to start the demo. The only issue we had, which is not their fault, was the noise from dehumidifiers, blowers and fans, to dry the place up.He did a fantastic job for us and cleaned up each time he was here (3)Thank you for a thorough, professional job. 👍👍

We recently had a leak in our home so we got in contact with SERVPRO right away. Christopher was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He came out to assess our leak and was able to explain everything to us very clearly. He did an excellent job in communicating with our insurance carrier so that we were able to receive our draft in a timely manner and make the necessary repairs on our floors and surrounding areas. Now, we are happy to say that our house is finally in order, thanks to SERVPRO!We highly recommend SERVPRO of West Riverside City for all of your water cleanup & restoration needs. Best water damage company around! We’ve had bad experiences in the past with other water damage companies. We were EXTREMELY happy with Servpro. I started working here at Servpro of West Riverside City in May 2018. The owners, Christopher and Alexsandra, are very nice and have good business sense! As far as setting me up in order for to do my job effectively, they were on it! Id send Chris an email with a list of things I needed that week, and it was done by the following day. I was able to jump in quickly and do the best job possible as their sales and marketing rep. That goes to show the type of work ethic they have. They are quick to respond, organized, and on top of their jobs. Christoper knows how to work with people who are dealing with challenging scenarios, and does what he can to make it, Like it never even happened. I love working for this amazing company and for owners who truly care!!!
