Direct AC replaced our furnace and air conditioner this last week. As we were going through the process of getting quotes, Jason and Chris were great to work with. They answered all of our questions both while they were here and after we had time to review the quote. They sent us plenty of information about the products so that we could make an informed decision, but was not attempting to sell us something that we didnt want or need. They really cared about our satisfaction and didnt treat us like just another sale.The schedulers were easy to work with and called to set up the appointments quickly after we decided to go for the replacement A/C and furnace.On the day that we had scheduled, Chris showed up early and got to work immediately. They did a very fast, but very professional looking installation. They didnt leave until all of the equipment was installed and tested, and they had shown us how to maintain each piece of equipment. They cleaned up after themselves before they left, and had it not been for the new equipment, you wouldnt have known they were here.The quote that we were given before the project started is the amount that was billed. It included everything, including all taxes so there were no surprises.Overall, Direct AC was a great company to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

Jason the ownerwas fair and responsive. Chris and Van performed the install were very efficient, friendly and answered all of my questions. They installed new Amana 16 Seer condenser and coil with a lifetime warranty on the compressor. If the compressor fails Amana replaces the entire condensing unit. Highly recommend this company.

I was having trouble with my heater and air conditioner units I was able to find Direct AC who were local and also able to support small business:) Chris came out within an hour of my called. They were able to resolve my heater issues and little did I know is that the unit needed to be cleaned.Being a mom I was sure happy they were able to come out immediately during my busy week and my kids were able to get warm ASAP. Chris from Direct AC was a pleasure to work with. He has a plethora of knowledge in everything HVAC related. Our air conditioning went out in the middle of summer, 100+ degree weather, a time many AC units go out keeping companies too busy to service their customers promptly.My husband happened to have a business card for DIRECT AC that he had received a while back from a friend who spoke highly of Chris; so my husband decided to call and give them a try. First off, Jason was excellent from the start to finish. Jason got back to me quickly; sent me options, had a tech come by for look and scheduled my installation within a weeks time. I rent a home but the home owner used this company to fix my needs. Van Tallian was the technician that came out to fix my heater problem. He helped resolve the issue and provided tips on how to help maintain the heating system. Van even went out of his way to help take my dog out to my backyard to use the restroom as Im currently recovering from knee surgery and it takes me longer to take my dog out. I will be getting a home in the next year and will be requesting services from DirectAC and will specifically ask for Van.

Ive been nursing along our 20 year old original AC Unit, knowing sooner or later it needed to be replaced. We also had major air flow/ducting issues and general install issues from the original builder/installer. Quite honestly I had been wondering who could fix the larger issues. The companies Id previously had in to do maintenance were more then happy to replace the AC but none seemed very interested in handling the larger issues.Direct AC and specifically Jason was a referral from another contractor that was bidding on some work for me. Jason and team came in, and had a lot to deal with and Jason, Van, Geno & Chris did an awesome job. One of the first things i noticed is they carry booties and put them on whenever they entered the house, then put down paper/plastic around any work areas or pathways and then cleaned up, including wiping down the areas around the attic entry.The guys all had their jobs, but I noticed they all stayed busy even when their part was done. All of them went above and beyond in their own way, Jason explained everything as it was happening, Van crawled around my attic for hours fixing issues (its fairly large, but very little room for movement, its all trusses). Geno and Chris installed the condenser, and then Geno helped up in the attic (as well as found a gas leak in our existing furnace!). Van found and fixed multiple issues with the ducting, installed and then adjusted baffles, and then the team worked to balance the house so the AC is consistent in all rooms.My wife and I are extremely happy the quality of work and level of service, they went above and beyond and with all these issues, they were done in 4 hours!Awesome job guys, and thank you so much!
