Everything went pretty well. I do realize the pandemic has created some challenging times for all companies. The roof project began December 30 and completed January 8. Roof looks good. The roofing crew did a good job. Had an issue with a fold on one of the roof shingles at front of house and Field Supervisor told me He would return and tack down the shingle. Still the same. Does not look good for such a beautiful roof.The Solar Panel installation went well. Started January 14 and completed January 18. We had PTO on January 28.Was disappointed with the Sales Representative. I specifically asked him if the price he quoted would include any extra work such as trim repair or plywood work and he said yes. Yet when I signed the contract, the contract stated I was responsible for any repairs over and above stated contract price. Disappointing. Someone at Semper Solaris needs to speak to Sales Rep.Overall, nice looking Roof and Solar System.

We contacted semper and had a great experience from start to almost finish. The permission to operate took a while cause a form didnt match edison, ans the other form submitted was the wrong one. Sales man was great, installers, electricians, tec support and all that i contacted on the phone were amazing.The only negative i have is my system though i was told i could monitor my system, all along i assumed i would be able to see what what solar i produced and what my house was using, so i could have a comparison.. well since i didnt specifically clairify i wanted to compair usage with production, it is going to cost me more out of pocket to add a mod bus which requires a few hundred dollar part and has to be installed by semper installer....In general, i had a great experience, would highly recommend!

So happy I went with Semper Solaris for my roof and solar panels. The roof was just completed and we are waiting on the solar instillation. The roofers were always here on time, respectful and professional! Miguel kept an open line of communication and always made sure I was satisfied with the progress of the work. Hans Rheinheimer assisted me through every step in getting a solar backup battery for my home. He also evaluated and advised me on my current solar and HVAC systems. His technical knowledge is the best I have encountered and he follows through on every aspect. Grateful for his help with all of this. Not easy to find depth of knowledge with great follow through.

Took around 5 weeks to get permit. Solaris came out and installed next day and then we had to wait a few days to get a part and had inspection that afternoon. A week later we had our PTO. My case was very rare but I couldnt of ask for any faster service. Way ahead of projected schedule. Phone service and install crews were so nice and polite . I highly recommend this company

I was looking for a Tesla battery backup system for our home and after some extensive research I contacted Semper Solaris. Wpw! What a good move that was. The Semper Solaris team was top notch from the sales team to the installers to the follow-up support. The sales team provided details on the costs and incentives associated with my purchase and reassured be about the time for installation. I was very impressed with the install. The team was conscientious, dedicated and meticulous about the proper placement of the equipment. At each stage the Semper professionals would tell me what was being done and how the system worked. I thought the conduits would be an eyesore but their cleanup professionals repaired the stucco and color matched the patch and conduits perfectly. The support with the SCE incentive was also second to none. If I ever have HVAC needs in the future, I will turn to Semper Solaris.

Excellent customer service! Quick install on my 22 solar panels. Installed November 6, 2020 and December 28, 2020 for roof inspection. Permission to operate on January 20, 2021. Might have been a couple of weeks earlier for permission to operate, but I ended up adding 2 Tesla Power-walls which are still in the beginning stages and have not yet been installed. I am glad I called Semper Solaris on January 15, 2021 to check on the status of my permission to operate, because they informed me that they were going to wait until the power-walls were installed and submit together. I asked if they can submit right away, because I wasn’t sure on how long it will take to get the power-walls installed. I got an email stating that it was submitted on January 18, 2021. And on January 22, 2021 I was granted Permission to Operate!I had a little issues with the placement of the conduits on my roof, but that was fixed to my liking right away. I really suggest to prevent that issue when they do your install, just double check on how they will be running the conduits on your roof before they do it.The customer service was excellently handled by everyone on the Semper Solaris Team. From my sales rep., scheduling team to project manager and on sight field installers. I was really pleased on how organized the the Semper team work.My solar system is working great! I am really pleased on how much this system is saving me.I can’t wait to get my Tesla Power-walls installed. I will be back to update!

Semper Solaris was helpful with the whole process. We started by replacing the AC then decided to do the whole HVAC system and add two Tesla batteries. They gave me a great price and help with financing. Super easy process.

I am glad that I called Semper Solaris for my Tesla batteries installation and HVAC replacement. Their representative K. Vanover was very professional and provided me with several options for both systems. I ended getting two Tesla batteries and a premium HVAC system. The batteries are working great; they give me peace of mind knowing that I have backup energy in case of an outage and will help in reducing my electricity costs. The HVAC is being installed as I write these comments. Both teams, battery and HVAC, are very efficient, professional and friendly.

Semper Solaris was recommended to me by a coworker, I was originally going with another company but when I spoke with Semper Solaris they pretty much beat every single aspect of the purchase offer I was just about to pursue. They were straight to the point, they didnt try and push me to purchase more than I needed, nor did they try and trap me in a lease without the option to buy my panels like some other companies do. They explained the whole process and were very honest about how long it would take to get everything installed and operating. Despite having to do everything during covid, they did everything in a timely manner. It only took about 2 months to get everything installed and ready to operate and they did it smoothly and without being a burden to me at my home. Once i have been operating for 6 months I will update my review with the efficiency of my panels.

We had a good experience with our Rep Kevin Trafford who was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We had 4 bids but ultimately we liked having a Veteran owned company with Sempers reputation to install our solar.

I was referred to Semper Solaris by a coworker and their quote was extremely competitive. They came highly recommended so I ultimately chose to go with them. Kurt made the process very easy and quick. I’m impressed by the professionalism of the workers. They were very polite and trustworthy. The quality of the work was good. They left everything very clean and were respectful of my property. They got the job done and delivered on all my expectations.

From start to finish your were extremely professional. Their sales staff and office team where in continual contact with us throughout the entire process. Their installers did a great job quickly and passed inspection the first time.I recived quotes from 3 other solar companies Semper Solaris beat them in every way. They had the best panels, the longest and most robust warranty as well as the cheapest price. I have no idea how they can offer their product at the price point.With covid and it being close to the end of the year getting the permits approved took almost two months. While waiting for the approval their office was in constant communication with me. It was great to get that weekly call to let me know they didnt forget about me.Be warned I an an electrician so this paragraph goes on in a lot of detail you can stop reading now and just look at the pictures. The installation was great I wish I had before pictures to show what they were working with. The panel and inverter were level and placed in a fashion thats appealing to the eye. The panel was made up cleanly and nolox was put onto the lugs, great touch. Roof jacks were used on all of the roof penetrations and were sealed. The conduit runs were plumed and level and painted to match the stucco. The bends didnt have any kinks I could see and looked great. My only complaint about the installation was how they ran the ground to the cold water. I wish they ran it through the wall into the garage vs. running around the entire perimeter of the house. Outside of that it was an extremely professional installation.Thank you very much for a great job done and Im sure it will outlast the warranty. Semper Fidelis.

We got a new air conditioner from Semper Solaris and it’s great it was our upstairs air conditioner So WE sleep better they installed a germ killing unit (and who doesn’t need that these days) the guys were so nice they wore mask and laid down mat’s wherever they walk when they got all done everything was cleaned up . The unit outside is so quiet I love it. Another company came an inspect it and now the city is going to come and inspect it. They gave me a permit and the condenser is lifetime warranted and it can be past down to whoever owns the house after us. Thank you Matthew FOR SETTING IT ALL UP AND Angel for leading all the guys at my house. It’s so nice to fix stuff in your house🌻

Semper Solaris just installed a power wall and a2 unit heat/ AC system. Both are awesome. The crews who installed both systems were extremely on top of every detail. They were here even with the rain. Patrick was the lead for the power wall. We did the power up this morning. He made sure everything was set for me with monitoring my system. These guys are awesome.

I highly recommend this team for your solar needs. I met with Kurt and he provided a very high level overview of solar and helped me understand the cost savings. I was worried if would be outside of my budget but realistically, it will save me a ton of money. We reviewed financing options and I was happy that solar was something I could afford! Fast forward post installation and I’m already seeing my energy bill drop! Having control over my monthly bill has given me peace of mind.

I contacted a few solar companies to obtain bids. I gave each company energy bills to analyze our energy usage and offer a system that would suit my needs. Terrible Service! Just under one year after a complete inspection of my roof repair and installation of 30 solar panels $33,000 later I am left with no resolution or communication from this company! I now have a leak where they inspected and said I was in good shape. Not willing to call me to discuss just received an email telling me it would not be covered!I would highly recommend you look at another company! I am left with a leak and water damage to handle during Christmas! Seems like Coal this year in the old stockings! I have been too busy trying to clean everything up with the leaks that were totally preventable!Had you not told a blatant lie in your response I probably would have left the post as was.Since you claim you recommended an entire roof replacement (LIE!) you instead in low moral conduct recommended that I replace just the back of my homes roof, not the front where you installed the solar system.The problem with this is large in my opinion. I have had several roofing companies tell me it would be a rip off to recommend a new roof as my roof was only 15 years old when you installed the panels.Its weird that every company that I received quotes from has told me that my roof was built to last 45 - 50 years! And ALL have said my roof was in great shape other than the ridge cap your installers broke.If you are not telling lies PLEASE POST THE PAPERWORK HERE THAT SHOWS YOU RECOMMENDED A FULL ROOF REPLACEMENT!This might prove your claims of recommendation! I GIVE YOU FULL PERMISSION TO POST THIS DOCUMENT! My contract shows just the back.Side concern, If my roof needed full replacement why would you install 30 panels? Is this in line with your companies sales recommendations? This is my second home to have Semper Solaris do an install. I was impressed the first time, and this time they continued to be efficient, great with communication and follow through. Each representative at every stage really made for a great experience.

They replaced our upstairs air conditioning unit. They was very professional polite an courteous I was more than satisfied withe the service, someone came to the house to inspect our heater, and Check the air conditioner told us it was very well installed.

I was supposed to get 26 panels installed on my roof next week but instead they moved up my project and I got them installed today!!!! I was very impressed on how they worked together so well and everyone seemed so happy. To me, that’s a reflection on how the company treats their employees. If employees are happy, they care and are more productive.Their pride and craftsmanship showed today as they built an amazing piece of art on my roof. The panels are very modern and clean. My house suddenly looks 10 years younger! I can’t wait to get the green light to turn them on!

I started my search about six months ago. I got three quotes like everyone says you should do but I was not impressed with any of the companies I had out. I wanted to give it one last shot so I invited Semper Solaris to come and take a look at my utility bills and see if anything could be done. First impressions mean a lot and the representative showed up right on time was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I chose to move forward with them about two weeks later. Their operations team seems to be very organized and kept me up-to-date with every aspect of my job. The installation turned out great and I’m already noticing a savings and I can’t wait for summer.

I wonder how I went so long without a solar system. I was spending so much money on my electric bill and summer months were out of control. I live in an older home (1976) and it is not energy efficient. We also have a very large pool and host family during the summer. After meeting with Semper Solaris, we identified that replacing the roof along with installing a solar system would be best. I am very happy that I took care of it all at one time. Good work performance by all the workers once you identify all the problems. They missed a sagging part of roof and had to redo it. Workers are pretty good. One major problem was their billing department that kept sending me WRONG invoices with higher dollar amounts and wanting me to sign in a hurry. There were three such tries. So they practice deception and trickery to get more money out of you.I don’t understand this at all. Quality of their work appears excellent, they charge a good price, so why such unethical behavior?

My son has a medical condition that causes him to feel hot and sweaty often. I had no choice but to keep the air conditioner at 64 degrees. But then my friend told me to check out solar panels to see if it would help me save money in my electric bills. So I researched for many months and sat with 5 solar companies. I had a couple companies out and they all gave me the used car salesmen act. I absolutely hated it and I almost didn’t go solar because of it. Semper Solaris came out and it was completely different. I got educated on solar and they explained all my options and didn’t push me to make a quick decision. I called the sales person ten times after the appointment and he always was available for me. I went with this company because they made me feel like family from the start. I have enjoyed this process very much and I can’t stop telling all my friends about it. If you want the best you better call these guys and just don’t waist your time with the other guys. This is my first time ever doing a review and it took a special company to get me to do it.

My experience with Semper Solaris was very good. My roof was in very bad shape and with the rainy season coming I was worried but didn’t know if I could afford to replace my entire roof. I took my time and screened a lot of companies. I wanted to work with one of the bigger companies for my roof. I have a composition shingle roof and the rep Bernie introduced me to the Owens Corning cool roof. With a great warranty and a company like Owens Corning upholding my warranty I feel pretty secure. Semper Solaris recently completed a solar and Tesla Powerwall battery installation at our home. Our experience was extremely positive all the way around. They kept us well informed along the way, and were always highly professional and efficient. We thought their prices were very competitive. Our sales consultant, Bernie Townley, and customer service coordinator, Pavel Morales, were just great - very responsive, extremely helpful, and it was a pleasure to work with them. We would give this company and all the individuals with whom we had contact our highest rating and recommendation.

Do not sign any contract for solar until you meet with Semper Solaris. I made the mistake and signed a contract for 24 solar panels thinking they were all the same. I didn’t know that there was a BIG difference! Some panels are 300 watts, others 310 and so forth. What I was getting was 300 watt panels and Semper was giving me 330 watt panels for the same price of the 300! It really makes a difference when you have 24 of them. I’m so grateful I was within the grace period to cancel the contract.I’m saving hundreds of dollars more per month. Multiple that x12 and it feels so good having extra cash to save towards my kids college fund.

Their overall workmanship is very good. The price was fair for a top level solar system. Bernie helped me decide on how many panels for my long term needs and the operations team were very helpful. Good company to do business with.

With all the solar companies out there it’s difficult to figure out who to choose. With much research I chose Semper Solaris. They care about our veterans and seem to have a stable company that will be here in the long run. Give them a call and ask for Bernie. Nice guy.

I always envisioned having solar panels but I never thought I could afford them. But the timing was right when I was introduced to Kurt by my neighbor. Semper Solaris is the way to go we met with 4 companies and we are very happy, they told us that it was less expensive to install on our roof rather than a ground mount because of the extra racking and building of the racks. We just had our second true up bill after having our solar for 2 years now and we have had a credit at the end of each year. Kevin, Sarine and the install crews did a great job and we are so thankful we decided to go solar. Our bills were over $500 per month and now we have a credit each year.

I picked Semper Solaris out of five companies because they had good reviews and I like their affiliation to the military. Bernie was the rep who was referred to me by a friend. Between him and the install team, everyone did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again myself.

This is a five star company at its best. I am a difficult person to impress and I am totally impressed. My house is very difficult because of the kind of roof I have. When I was looking into solar i wasnt sure I could have it done. I was very pleased to find out that Semper Solaris is a roofing company as well. I have a clay roof and the entire area of the roof had to be removed because you cant walk on the clay. So I really drilled the sales person on this and he assured me that they could handle the job. I was nervous all the way because you never know. I can now say my roof looks great and the panels are producing more power than was promised.

I bought an Owens Corning cool roof from Bernie at Semper Solaris. There was extra work to be done because of some wood rot but they brought everything up to code. Im happy that I dont have to worry about my roof for 50 years unlike many other 20 year roofs. Its also nice to know that Owens Corning has a transferable warranty in case I sell my house.

I knew my roof was not in good shape after it sprung a few leaks during all the rain we got recently. I didn’t mention it to the solar companies when they came to give me a quotes as I wanted to hear them out first. I was shocked none ever noted the poor shape of my roof (I even had missing pieces and broken pieces). And they were quick to give me a quote. I’m sure they would’ve caught the issues eventually, but I don’t like surprises. That’s why I chose Semper Solaris because their salesman noticed the water stains on my ceilings. He then assessed further and sent an actual roofer from their company to examine more closely.Semper Solaris has their own roofing department which I liked because the right hand talks to the left hand. The process was very speedy and seamless. I got a new roof and solar panels from them and scored a great package deal that was in line with my budget.

They did a great job. They replaced my roof, solar and ac. I cant believe all the checks and balances they have which make semper have to do the job correctly. The customer service was outstanding and so was the call backs. Thanks for everything.

I used to argue with my kids to turn off the lights. They called me Scrooge. But since we had 30 solar panels installed, I’ve changed my tune. I’m no longer stressed about about our electricity bill being high. It’s almost half of what I used to pay. I was so lucky to get approved right before the end of the year because now I get to claim it my taxes in 2020. Not only that but I got a military discount so that lowered my costs even more. Originally I had Semper Solaris come out for Solar. I never ended up getting Solar because my bills we’re never over $50 a month. I have always remembered Semper Solaris as a very honest and ethical company that’s why when my air conditioner went out they were the first phone call I made. They came out gave me a bid and within two or three weeks my new air conditioner was up and running. The air conditioner is great and the warrantee that they gave me is even better. They had to do a lot of work and I was very surprised at how well they cleaned up after themselves. I am a very meticulous person and I was totally satisfied.

This company was the only solar company I met with that recognizes military families and provides a nice discount. It was much appreciated being a single dad of 2 boys. If you have boys then you know they have high energy. But when it’s hot inside it wasn’t always a luxury to turn on the air conditioning. The boys would feel so lethargic I felt bad, so I would take them to the mall to cool off.Now, that’s a problem I no longer have to face. I want to give Semper 5 stars for helping a dad out with keeping his family cool.

Hello, your guys, Adan, Eric, Chino, Matt and Mark finished the installation of our Solar Panels and Powerwall about midday today, Tuesday. My wife and I are so pleased that the job went so fast and smooth. I cant remember seeing a work crew move so fast and seemingly without much supervision. It was a pleasure to see them so friendly and very respectful go on throughout the whole process. I didnt climb onto the roof but looked at the panels from the street behind us. All the gear and conduit that they installed outside and inside the garage looks so neat and tidy it is a pleasure to look at. Unfortunately I couldnt figure out how to transfer the pictures I took to my laptop. As the last three guys, Adan,Eric and Chino were about to leave they demonstrated how the equipment worked. It was wonderful to see our investment function. We are sure glad Semper Solaris uses American made products that steered us toward your company. I have lived in California for 22 years and it’s where I want to retire. But the cost of living here keeps escalating especially the cost of electricity. The only hold back was getting approval from my HOA because they were very slow to review the plans.
