This family owned business does an excellent job. Besides reasonable estimates that blow away other companies, these people are conscientious, technically astute and genuinely oriented to excellent customer service. It is increasingly difficult to hire contractors that are real professionals and not pulling a scam. With Deco, you will have no worries.

John and Jesse are awesome They have been working on all are families a/c systems for years. Two years ago we upgraded our heating and a/c unit on our roof, they knocked it out of the park. Came in under budget. We had a new roof put on our home and roofers messed some things up . I called and Jesse called me right back and we’re out here right away, 20 minutes later all done . They are great. When you hire heating and a/c technicians you don’t know how honest they are. They can tell you anything and you have to believe it . John and Jesse are very honest and don’t play games. I don’t really right reviews but I had to on them. You can feel real confident in hiring them. They are the best in the business.

So professional and honest. Not only did they give the best advice over the phone to me, but had the cheapest diagnostic fee around. When they got here they were so honest that they let me know there were no serious issues, and the unit just needed a good cleaning. Only had to pay $34 diagnostic fee!! John and Jesse came on Sunday within 10 minutes and replaced all our AC parts with 1 year warranty in about an hour and all for an affordable price. We called 2 other companies and for one of the services was $88 for regular service visit and $188 for emergency weekend visit. Deco’s service fee was only $34. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

2- 3 weeks ago a team of two John and Jenny came to my home when my AC was no longer blowing any air. I called the prior evening and they were able to get to us the following morning. No only were they on time but they were 10 minutes early. The assessed the situation and did not try to upsell us any service we didn’t need. They were very courteous and truth be told you can’t beat a $39 diagnostic fee. They didn’t over charge and I love the fact that they rather fix the problem then force you into buying new equipment or appliances. We plan to continue to use them in the future.

My air conditioner stopped in the hottest weather.  The company promised me to carry out maintenance between 12:00 and 2:00 the next day, and promised to notify me half an hour in advance.  I know this is their busiest time.  I didnt expect that I would receive the call on time at 11:30. They arrived before 12 oclock.  Their prompt response and punctuality impressed me.Their diagnosis and repair, including the cleaning and preventive maintenance of the entire system, are neat, tidy, and very professional.Especially discussing different repair options with us in detail is very helpful for us to make a decision that suits us.The most worth mentioning is that when they disagree, they can seriously consider our opinions.A week has passed and my air conditioner is working well.  There is also a one-year parts and labor guarantee.Thank you，Deco AC. I am so thankful that I found Deco Air!! I read their reviews on Google and that alone made me choose them. You can tell people take the time to really write about their experience with this company and not just write 1-2 sentences, but they write paragraphs!! It was over 100 degrees in my house when my kids and I got home from a family vacation. I needed someone to fix our AC immediately because I have small children with asthma. I did my research online and called Deco first. The woman who answered was very sweet and kind and took her time to explain everything to me. She even tried to help me fix it over the phone. We then determined that I needed a professional out there and luckily they were passing through my area and said they could be there in less than 1 hour. The two technicians showed up and they showed me how to maintain my unit and keep it running smooth. Turns out there is a filter I am suppose to change every few months, opps! Also there was a power outage in my area when we were gone so work needed to be done to my heater to restore power to the system. A big thank you to Deco Air for helping us in our time of need. They do not oversell you and get the job done quickly! Thank you!!!

OK. I have to tell the whole story. About a year ago I had to take all of my ducting apart and clean it and put it back. Had a 4 legged encounter of the worst kind. Well while I was putting it all back together, I stepped on the wires going to the furnace unit and unplugged them all! Now after careful research and much perplexity....... I could not figure out just what went where! So, I had to break down and call a specialist, an AC repair company. I called Deco Air after finding out they were a small little company actually only about a mile from me. I always go with the little guys first so I called them. Johnny and Jesse showed up and went right to work up in my attic. They were up there with me for about an hour. Then they got to a point after searching all kinds of data bases, and trying their instruments, they finally admitted that they couldnt find where the wires went either. However........... they turned me onto an old timer that they said was the best for this sort of stuff. So after giving me his # they exited my attic and told me good luck. I asked them what I owed them for an hour of their time and they said dont worry about it!!! Wow! They had me WON OVER right then and there! The old guy was able to come right over too, and within a half hour of looking at the wires and reasoning with himself, he just went over to my unit and hooked up the wires and Wa La....... Everything worked. He said thats all he does nowadays and for a nominal price was on his way. NOW...... fast forward about a year and a half to just about a week ago and my 23 year old unit that I have kept running mostly by myself, took a Dive! I tried a number of things first to no avail, so I knew I had to break down and call someone, and at that point I did not hesitate. I called Deco Air back out. Johnny and Jesse showed back up again as a team the next day. They checked out my AC Condenser downstairs outside and said that my Compressor was a goner. They quoted me and my wife the price for a new Unit and it was waaaaaaay out of our ballpark at the present moment. Soooooooo....... The Dynamic Duo started talking and looking at things and after doing their own research and talking to us about our price range and me about certain things concerning my unit, Johnny comes to the conclusion after telling me that my Condenser Case which surrounds the Compressor was in good shape and said that he could replace the Compressor and all the other parts for roughly a third of the price of a new unit and we were in. They were able to come back out the very next day, with all new parts, and after about 4 hours working on the unit they had it up and running Better Than Ever!!! Jesse popped up and said that she had researched my fan motor and had brought installed the right one, and that the one that I had installed about 3 years prior was wrong and could have very well had something to do with the failure of the Compressor. I told her Wow and thanks for researching that and making sure I got the right one this time............ And Johnny popped up and said ....... Yea, thats kinda my Wifes Specialty is making sure that we get All The Right Parts!!!! Thats when it got even better..... Knowing that they werent just a great guy and girl team, but they were a Husband and Wife Dynamic Duo Team!!!!!! They are both Awesome!!! They Diagnosed our problem, came up with a Solution and now after 14 days of being without AC we are Lovin our Brand New Rebuilt System and Couldnt Be Happier!!!!!! We are Customers For Life, Because Deco Air, and The Dynamic Duo went over and Way above Anything that we could have Imagined!!!!! Praise God for Deco Air!!!!!

I bought a Lennox outside condenser unit from Deco 5 years ago and was told I have a 10yr parts warranty and 1 free tune up. So I finally called now for the tune up because it wasnt blowing cold enough. So he comes and checks freon its good, checks temp from only 1 vent and says its cooling fine its because its too hot outside. Doesnt clean the coils or check filter because I told him I did that and it didnt help. When I confront him he says I had already done those things so he didnt. So what if I did, your supposed to do a complete tune up, which I had paid for thats included. He seemed in a hurry to leave. Then I ask him for a filter and he argues that I dont need it cuz I already changed it. What the hell man just cuz your not gonna make money on this visit shouldnt mean u can be rude and not check everything properly. Before leaving he tells me I need a new furnace and quotes me $5800 with install and he cant do it till February. Quote was ridiculously to much because Ive seen some combo units for $5000, and I gotta wait till February seriously. Didnt seem he wanted my business. I would not recommend this company u can get ripped off bad. Shop around and read reviews before calling. Hope this helps someone, Thanks for reading.

My 35+ year old air conditioner broke down a few months ago. I knew a new one was out of my budget. After much research I called Deco Air in Riverside there ad was promoting fixing not replacing my unit. Monday got a reference from a friend gave me Johns number,called him told him what was happening,had me try a few possible things first, told me to call back after trying,was out here within the hour. Fast, Efficient and Honest.My relaxing Saturday evening in the pool was abruptly interrupted with a horrible sound coming from my AC. I immediately jumped out and ran to turn it off… I really wasn’t looking forward to calling an AC person and being told that I need a whole new unit. My house was burning up this evening and Deco Air was the only company who offered after hour service. I had just gotten home from work and my house was 90F inside. I found Deco on Google because of their reviews. They were able to be at my home within 30minutes of my phone call to the office. The technicians were very friendly, (there was even a female tech). They went through my system thoroughly and found that my ac fan outside was frozen. Thank goodness they had the fan on the truck and all the parts that went with it. They showed me how to maintain my unit and how to make it last. They changed my filter, washed my unit, and replaced all the parts I needed. Thank you Deco for saving me and allowing me to have a good nights sleep! 5 stars!!!!!!

We for sure thought that the service call fee would be raised and extra charges but they said it would only be $34 and they could be there in an hour! Dont waste your time with this company. My wife and I waited four days just to set up an appointment. We had to call them several times and they never once called us back. They made me feel like they didnt need or want our business. Thats no way to treat a potential customer. Ill Pay a bit more for an initial quote but receive quality service when I need it, not when its convenient for them.

Called to do a check up on my Aunts air conditioner while I was in town. They came out last year to do a repair because of one of her dogs. Called Deco out again and they came out that same day. They changed our filter, washed the air conditioner, and added a nice floral smell pad to the vent. Only charged us $34! Definitely worth the piece of mind for thirty bucks. They said everything was good including the gas inside the machine and all the parts. Very happy with their service! Repeat customer that recommends!!!

The service provided was fast. They were on the job 20 minutes prior to the original time quoted. This was a good thing. I was surprised by a two person team, but figured that was ok, the actual time spent will be a bit less. I was right. They were in my attic for a total of 37 minutes, replacing the blower motor. Then charged me a flat rate of 645.00. Even if I give them that they had all brand new parts in their truck, that was at most 200.00. So what it comes down to is I was charged over 400.00 an hour for labor. I understand business, I understand that profit has to be made, but this kind of profit is out of line. Even if you generally charge a flat right, when a job goes this smooth, some adjustments should be made. This is not the way to retain clients, for I can say I would never call on these people again, regardless of how well the job was done. I am really disappointed in the attitudes of the tech that was here, and the company itself.

I have an older unit on the roof and we had family over the weekend and we were burning up. It was a special event and we had older family members who due to health reasons need to be in a temperature controlled environment. We were very desperate because we needed it fixed right away. Deco Air was the first company that we called and they were able to be at our house in an hour. The technicians were very polite and professional. They went straight to the roof and began diagnosing the system. Turns out the conpressor was not on because a small part had blown up. They had the part and swapped it out in 20 minutes. The technicians were fast, efficient, and were able to do the best job that fit our needs. They tailored their service especially to us and got the party back on track. Recommend Deco to all my family and thankful we found them on Google.

We were without air conditioning and have several animals who were in danger of overheating in 90degree plus temperatures. DECO came out fixed our air conditioner and were incredibly reasonably priced, all on a Friday evening, after hours with intermittent power outages. They went above and beyond. All other companies we contacted didnt have an availability for a week. They were awesome!! Highly recommend!!!

Love their honesty...you dont see this everyday. This is the second time I have used Deco Heating and Air. It is 107 out today and our air went out yesterday. I called them at 10 at night and they were willing to come out then or through 2am. We elected for them to come out today and it was a fuse that popped. They didnt charge me a thing. Honest company! I have had quit a few idiots out to my home to check my air conditioner because it was freezing up outside. Each guy that came out to my house said my air conditioner was ruined and that there was an unrepairable leak and that I would have to change EVERYTHING! And I do mean EVERYTHING from $6,000 all the way up to $10,000 but thank goodness I could have a payment plan!? Are you kidding me!? I am not made of money. So I thought I would try Deco because of their reviews and I am so thankful I did! Not only did they fix my unrepairable leak by changing a core that was leaking in one of the valves, (sorry cant remember the official part name), but they vacuumed, pressure tested, and refilled the liquid in the unit. They also serviced my furnace and a.c. The technician also informed me that they are using real liquid to recharge because a lot of other shmucks out there are using a replacement and that if not done properly can ruin my unit because the oils dont work together. Thankful for them taking the time to fix my a.c. and thankful for them being honest and really looking out for the customer. They are definitely the Fix It experts. Will never use another a.c. company again!

Called DECO Air Conditioning and Heating after 7pm on Monday asking if they service the Banning/Beaumont area. First I was told no but the lady decided that they can come out. A time was set up for the next day. The 2 techs arrived within the time frame given. They checked to see what is wrong- bad motor fan, not working. They gave me an estimated price that I was ok with since I dont have time to be calling around, especially in this heat. They checked their truck and have a new motor fan in stock. I was told they can complete the job in 45 minutes. They did what they needed to do and got the job done. They tested out everything to make sure things were working out like it should. Awesome service. I would definetly use them again if I should have any other AC problems and would recommend them to friends and family. AND they even bring out a umbrella for me since it was burning hot outside!!! Thank you!

They did a great job! Called Jessie and John on a Sunday morning before my daughters third b-day and they were at my house by noon. I had been told by other companies I needed to have my a/c replaced and that was never once suggested by Deco. They tuned-up my system, replaced parts, and added an air freshener to make my house smell wonderful. My house was cold just in time for guests to arrive.

Deco Air provided me with super fast service! I called the office and the woman at the office said they could have a technician there with in the hour! My heater went out and I had just had surgery and needed it fixed right away. I was very impressed by the two technicians who showed up. I have had work done on my house before by other companies who showed up in t-shirts and shorts and looked sloppy, but Deco showed up very professional wearing a uniform. It was nice to see a Mom and Pop business that takes great pride in their work. The technicians diagnosed the issue very quickly, a relay and senor, and had the parts on the truck. DONT DO IT!! Pick someone else. These people will just screw around with you. Dont expect any return phone calls and if you need your air or heating unit looked at promptly you definitely want to choose a different company. They must have friends and family writing all of their good reviews because the way I was treated was unacceptable.

Called them (Saturday night)and we had communication within minutes. Set up next day (Sunday) and we still got their great rate of $34 for intial checkup. Highly recommend for honesty and work product. One of our units quit cooling and after researching area companies chose DECO Air Conditioning and Heating because of past reviews. Not all superheroes wear capes! This dynamic husband and wife duo provided excellent, fast and most importantly HONEST service to me. The fact that they worked on Sundays was great! They gave me 3 options as a solution to my problem and gave me their recommendation (and it wasnt the most expensive option out of the 3). Love how they take pride in their craft and truly care for their customers. I offered to buy them lunch (as it was noon when they worked on my unit). They graciously turned down my offer and just got the job done. Gave me tips on how to take care of my unit to avoid having to call them for something, they said, I can do myself to save money. We need more honest workers like them. I took the risk of using Google to search of A/C techs...Im soooooo glad I found them!

Wow!! My AC went out (of course when we actually hit 113 today in Riverside) and they were one of the few open 24hrs. They were here in less than 15 minutes (unbelievable), introduced themselves and asked to see the AC unit. They did their inspection, cleaned it up while educating me on proper maintenance, replaced the fuse, and done! They also inspected the inside filter (ummm I need to replace it) and their service charge . . . less than $50. Im blown away. I own an insurance agency and will be using them again when my clients need a AC/heating referral. Excellent job, and thank you so much!

The two technicians that came to my house were very nice and knowledgeable.I am up there in age and can not get on a step stool to change my filter so I have to rely on someoe to do it for me and service my a/c. I have had other companies try to come out, and they see me in my state and they try to sell sell sell! I felt like there was no one I could trust, but my neighbor referred me to Deco Air. They came out the same day and were able to change the filter, and clean my outside unit. They also showed me that my capaictor was bubbled and leaking oil. They were also able to change that out to and now my unit is purring like a kitten. Thank you for your fast service and air freshener!

Air conditioner went out on Sunday and I called several companies to find out that they wanted over $100 just to show up at my door step. I continued my online search and found Deco. I called and they not only offered me a same day appointment, but only were going to charge me $34 to come out.I have to give this company a lot of props because while they were working the flood gates opened and the rain started. We had a flashflood warning in the area, but did not think it would happen while the technicians were working on my A/Ct. In the hot muddy rain the techs worked away with their umbrella and got us going! Thank you for your dedication and customer service. Also, thank you for your honesty and working through it all to get the job done. Not to many companies like this around anymore. They also gave me a senior discount because my elder mother in law lives with us.

Had an Awesome Experience !! I originally had another A/C servicer come out and they told me the unit was too old and the compressor was bad and it needed to be replaced the whole unit!!! My Landlord was devastated knowing how much this unit would cost new. SO i Called Deco Air and they came out tested the unit found 1 bad Fuse, replaced it also replaced the Capacitor and WALAAAA it turned on!!, I could not believe it!! they showed me everything they did was very professional and so generous with their knowledge.. My Landlord/Owner was EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to them for their honesty. Will definatelty refer them!! Great service deserves great rewards God Bless and Thank you again for your service!!
