We had an upstairs add on done about ten years ago. Our current air conditioner just wasn’t cutting it. We were told we would need to replace our existing unit and have a second unit to cool the upstairs. The kicker is, the dude who said this didn’t even check out the attic.Sean from Fast Tech comes in, actually listened to what I was saying, inspected the attic and was confident he could solve our issues. He proposed reworking the ductwork, adding some dampers and a new vent upstairs. All this at 1/3 the cost. Yes, I said 1/3! Sean and his crew knocked this out in one day. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job was done. I am writing this review from the very comfortable temperature in the upstairs. Well done Fast Tech!

When we bought our 30-year-old home just a few years ago we knew it was just a matter of time. The blower sounded like a sick, single-prop plane on a cold day. The condenser unit outside sounded like a street sweeper below the window. It struggled and was not efficient. The blower motor died mid-August. We chose Fast Tech because of reputation. Fast Tech Heating and Cooling did a great job on installing a ductless mini-split and the replacement of our old air ducts. The entire process from start to finish was very efficient. The prices for our work completed were very reasonable.

Have had my share of a/c issues.found most companies were just salesman,one company wanted 15,000 to replace air ducts.gave me a free flashlight!!!.....Called m/c heating and air. Sean came out quoted me 1,500 to do the job...needless to say they have become my go to company. Dont waste your time, just call M/C HEATING AND AIR!!!!!!!

So our ac unit decided to stop working on Friday during the heat wave. Two years ago we had a problem with the capacitor so we thought it was the same problem again. I called around 14+ contractors to get it fixed but no one was available so we decided to fix it ourselves and just replace the capacitor. Again, I called around but no one was open until Monday or they didnt supply the part to the public. So I finally called Sean and left a voice. He was nice enough to call back in less than 15 mins. He recommended were to get the part and told me that if I needed anything else to give him a call back. I ended up finding the part and replaced it but guess what? It wasnt the capacitor it was a fuse. My luck! So I gave a call back to Sean but no luck so I sent an email and he responded promptly. We made an appointment with him for Monday, he came by in the agreed time frame, changed the fuse, and in less than 10 mins he was done. So far hes the best AC contractor I have dealt with. Hes really there to help even during a heat wave not like the other 14+ contractors I have called. Thank you, MC Heating & Air Conditioning for helping us, our dogs, and bunnies stay cool again!
