The owner, Jessica, does not wear a mask at all. Not even when she is less than inches from your face waxing or dying eyebrows. Really shocking and disappointing. She didn’t even have a mask. So it’s not like she takes it off (which still isn’t ok). Just chooses not to wear one at all.Feels VERY unsafe and just really frustrating that NM/Covid safe requirements aren’t met. I have also reported this business to OSHA.

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONALI called Jessica to ask question regarding booking the wrong services. Through the website it booked a eyebrow tinting not an eyebrow shading. I called to make the change & she proceeded to say “Well....those services are over $400.” Completely unprofessional. I simply told her I would be canceling the services because of how rude she was. She proceeded to charge my credit card for half the services.Never again.

Jessica is literally the best! Im always able to get an appointment when I need it and I always leave satisfied! Not only do my brows look the best they ever have but Jessica is friendly and sweet! The environment shes created at bees knees is so warm and welcoming. This is the only place I will ever go to get waxed.

This place is very clean! Jessica took her time to prep and wax my brows! She kept me informed through the entire process! I will definitely be going back for more. While there I got one of her exfoliating bars! They smell good and work really well definitely check her business out!!

Let’s be real, ripping hair out is never a fun experience. But Jessica is AMAZING and makes the whole process super easy. She makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. First time? She’ll talk you through every step. She’s FAST, like “when did you rip that off?” fast, and she knows her stuff. I had a horrible experience with a big brand waxing chain (it took forever and left me bruised for days) but Jessica kept me distracted, talked me through the whole thing, and had me in and out in under 20 minutes even though I’m a big ol’ wimp. She’s super professional, thorough (no hairs missed here y’all) and clearly loves helping people look/feel their best!Her shop is really clean (and super cute), and the hard, purple wax she uses is great for my sensitive skin (no bruising or even much sensitivity after!) She also has these handmade exfoliating soaps that smell delightful!Even though I swore I would never wax again after my first experience, Jessica did such an amazing job, I will definitely be going back!

Very clean location and pleasant on the eyes. I had my full arms, nose, and neck done. The hard wax that is used is so cool and feels so nice almost like a warm hydrotherapy treatment. The service was done quite fast and very professional. The charm and professionalism that The Bees Knees Wax Boutique offers is why i will be going back to get my waxing services done.

I have had a wonderful experience getting waxed by Jessica and the facial was very nice and felt really good. The relaxation massage I received from David melted all my cares away and I would suggest everyone get a massage. He is very skilled and gentle and the prices are very reasonable.

When you reach a certain age, hair begins to grow out of those places you dont want it to (i.e. nose & ears). I was tired of plucking hair from those places.Surprisingly, having these areas waxed was really quick and relatively painless (less than pulling a bandaid off). Now I dont have the unsightly hair coming out of these places.Shop is clean and Jessica is AMAZING! Will definitely be back.
