My hair is not what I expected! I wasnt very picky to begin with I just told her I wanted 2 inches left on top you know a simple fade.... my hair is all different lengths! My wife had to even it out! They are friendly an nice but idk about going back

One of the hair stylists that works here is so RUDE. She is not good at customer service at all she needs an attitude check. I walked in and politely asked if they were accepting walk ins and her tone was so rude to me and denied a walk in. They lost out on money and a good tip. I’ll take my business else where.

Got a haircut I could not work with and the salon was closed when I tried to contact them. Contacted SmartStye and they got me in right away. The manager was very understanding of my situation and Maria did a great job getting my hair style to one I could work with. Great customer service!

I had an amazing experience at this salon. Julianna was the coolest person ever. She was so sweet and funny and great to talk to she made the time fly it was honestly like hanging out with a best friend lol. She gave me good hair tips. I learned A LOT about hair that I didn’t know before. She made sure to get me the closest color I wanted. (I was wanting light purple but my hair is dark so it’s hard to achieve vibrant colors even with bleaching.) It turned out AMAZING! I love it so much I’m even going back to have her dye my full head that color since I only got the tips done. My Mom loved her job she did my Mom even wants to go to Julianna now. I’m sticking with Julianna from now on. Request Julianna when you make an appointment! She’s very professional, sweet, and funny. She did a great job.

Worst haircut of my entire life! I am still in shock over the results. My hair was past my shoulder blades and I asked for a trim. The “stylist” pointed to just below my shoulders and asked if the length is ok, I said yes. My hair is now about chin length, except for a weird mullet looking batch in the back. The attempt to layer my hair failed miserably, so now I look more like a rat attacked me and gnawed off my hair. If I could give negative stars I would.

A very friendly and comfortable environment! Ask for Alexis, she definitely knows what she’s doing and she’ll make sure you’re satisfied. Bonus, she’s super nice and friendly so there’s no awkward silence!

Alexis did a amazing job on my highlights and cutting my hair how I wanted it. She is very kinda and had very good customer service.

I really didnt like the after results of dry skin, usually when I go to a Solan the fungicide bottle is always being used as brushes being soaked in it. Hopefully all of Albuquerque aint that bad.

These ladies are the only people in Rio Rancho who can tame my son’s thick hair and make it look good. Haircuts are quick and lovely, fair prices too!

Fair prices and just as decent as the other big haircut place down the street, but they’re always busy and the last time they told me it was an hour wait, I came back and they told me it would be another 40 minutes...

Horrible! I didnt have the lady dry my hair because i didnt think it was necessary, so it wasnt until i got home i noticed how choppy my hair looked! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Such a waist of money and time.

I took my son there to get a faid and the lady messed up his hair so bad, i ended up taking him to a real barber to get it fixed. Horrible.. Will never return
