Went on my lunch break to have oil changed. They pointed out that I needed new filter. The team was super nice & assisted with installation of new wiper blades & checked my tires. I would highly recommend. I got home within my lunch hour! :-)

I went to get an oil change thinking I needed one. They looked up my record and said I did not need one yet based on the mileage, and they did not want to take my money if service was not needed. They did check my oil and looked at other fluids to top off if necessary. I was given the choice to proceed with the change and decided to wait. I was surprised and happy and will continue to go there for my oil changes.

Edit: They called me back and got me taking care of. I appreciate the follow up and will continue to frequent this businessThey used to be very convenient to use but in the last2 weeks I have driven over there twice just to be told the Groupon system is down or they dont have the oil filter for my car. They told me to come back today for the filter but now Groupon is down again..

As soon as we pulled up he quoted us $100 plus tax for a basic oil change. I asked why so much? I usually pay $65 or so he said because Chevy requires that they use only synthetic oil in Chevy vehicles. I drive and own a 2017 Chevrolet impala. 252,000 miles. Yes its high mileage. I travel a lot for business. So I get my oil changed every 3500miles. So I know the cost and what oil grade to use. I dont have a Chevy warranty. I asked for a oil change that Im paying for services that I requested. But they refused to do the oil change. I used Jiffy lube before switching to Valvoline. Looks like Im switching back. It was a good 2 year run Valvoline. (Phoenix, Az. Gallup, Farmington, Albuquerque oh and Midland, Tx.) Yes I used all these places and never once did they require to use only synthetic oil. ✌

Friendly service but have been there every Wednesday for 3 consecutive weeks and still no oil for my Volvo... I had no choice but to go somewhere else!

My wife and I have been happy customers till today. No one could not figure out how to change my fuel filter and stated that the last person to change the filter overtightened it. When told the last filter was changed at their store the story changed to somehow it tightened itself while driving. The technician was courteous and respectful but the Assistant Manager seemed off and tried avoiding all questions on what we should do now. It also seemed strange that the had 6 other customers drive up and then leave right away. Later my wife drove to the Coors and Montano location and they were able to remove it in under 2 minutes and change it with no problems. Not sure what the issue was at the Enchanted Hills location.

Been using a groupon code a few years now with no issues at Valvoline until today. I bought the Maxlife synthetic groupon and redeemed it at a Valvoline closets to my my house. The guy working on my car told me they had to charge me an extra $10 because They only had the Full synthetic option for my car. As you can tell in the picture I recieved the Maxlife synthetic and NOT the Full synthetic! Bottom line is I was charged a extra $10 for something I never received..

You go to these places and they want your name, phone number, email address, home address, lic plate number and vin. I get that. So when I call to ask what the mileage was at the time of my last service I get told that I need to bring the vehicle in so they can scan my vin barcode in order to tell me the information I seek. I mean come on folks this is not 1990 anymore. If you want all my personal information you better have what I need at your finger tips. We alas they have lost my business as they obviously cant even use a computer properly. Sad part for them was this was the replacement I found for Jiffy Lube. Guess my search continues for competent people to change my oil, or I will just go back to doing it myself.

Always quick, always very nice employees. I have a BMW and they special ordered my oil for me. The wait at the dealership was 2 hours, at Valvoline I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and never had to get out of my car. Chris and Jason deserve a raise!

They put the wrong filter on and left it loose at the Coors Location. 17 miles down the road it fell off dumping the oil. Had to be towed to the Enchanted Hills location. They fixed it up and resolved the issue. Even cleaned up the oil mess. Would go there next time.

Friendly, attentive, fast quality to work. They flushed my radiator with a contraption that looked like it was from outta space, but it made the job mess free.

I give one star for my bad experience today. Once we pulled in to the service area the employee let out a big sigh. If you don’t wanna be at work then go home. Second he bashes us for not getting an oil change in time, like okay we’re sorry, it’s tough times right now and not everyone has the luxury to get oil changes regularly. Third they just gave us a oil change. No top offs, No tire pressure check, no filter check, no light checks nothing. We came for a FULL SERVICE oil change as advertised. AND to get more servicing done, but we chose not to get the additional services we wanted done due to our experience. We didn’t wanna stay any longer there being that we were being treated poorly. I don’t think we’ll be returning to this location for a while.Where is the other staff??? this new staff needs better customer service skills.

I have been to two others in the ABQ area, yet this Valvoline location always has excellent service, and thorough when doing supporting maintenance checks.

It was Absolutely a great service experience. Got the service I needed in a fast amount of time, all while sitting in the comfort of my vehicle.

When I got home I checked the oil. I didnt seem to be on the full mark. I have my doubts if they checked everything that they were supposed to do. They show me the dipstick but I dont have bionic eyes

If I reccomend any oil change company I HIGHLY recommend Valvoline. They were great, didnt beat around th bush for anything. Checked for everything we needed, friendly, and the guys were amazing. Prices were a bit high, but we are satisfied with our purchase. Only thing, you guys need a drink fountain and some popcorn for waiting services. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

I was very loyal to my current oil change place because they always treat me well and do their best to get me in an out quickly. From the minute I pulled in to the Valvoline service bay to the moment they swiped my card it took a total of 15 minutes! Unbelievable! The best part is I had this done on a Sunday. I am a HUGE fan of businesses that are open on Sunday because THAT is TRUE customer service. Everyone was super polite and my service tech mentioned a few other things that should be addressed in the future; no pressure. They also checked my tire pressure and topped off all my fluids. I will ALWAYS go here from now on! Wish they did brakes too.

Rudest manager, Justin! Likes to take out his aggressions and frustrations from his own low class life on customers. Very unprofessional and horrible example for his younger employees who still have pride in their work. Will never go back to put up with his abusive and discriminating treatment. This guy should be fired immediately.

Staff can read! Sorry. NO Yes. Tired of other places always telling you everything is wrong with your car, and you need everything. Well GO HERE! They will look at your vehicle, and tell you what you SHOULD replace, what will need replacement soon, and what looks good. And best part. If you have a reusable air filter with a sticker that says, Do not replace/trash, they will just look at it and tell you if you need to clean it or not, of best part, if your vehicle says Do Not Touch/Open, as mine does, they WONT touch it. Just put, Did not inspect, customer request. BEST place to go for great service, honest employees and good attitudes. Keep it up!

Oil change was done quickly with friendly service but the car dripped oil for a few days as it wasnt cleaned up well after it was done dripping. We are going to have to get oil remover for our driveway now.

Have used the Enchanted Hills location for eight years. Never fail to please. Great manager and staff.Its now been 10 years. Still the same review. Went in today for a full service oil change. Darian and Eric serviced my car and they were both courteous and professional.

After being extremely happy with Valvoline service for quite a few years now I’m upset about the way my family was treated today when they brought my car in for an oil change. They did the initial diagnosis and everything passed on my car. They continued with the oil change and when they went to start my car after, it didn’t start. The manager told them that they didn’t have any jumper cables and that my battery is now testing bad... even though 10 mins before it was fine. They insisted my family had to buy a new battery. I just replaced that battery with a Bosch top of the line battery and have a warranty on it. Took it to auto-zone and it tested fine. They did give us a refund and put the good old battery back in my car but they DIDNT screw it down all the way and my subwoofer wire came loose!!! I called and ask to speak to the manager to get a little but more information about what could have happened to cause my battery to die and he was extremely rude! “I already gave you a refund for the battery and I didn’t have to” Chris even went as far as to correct me on the EXACT PRICE due to me rounding to an even number. I asked for the district managers number and they gave me a cell phone number with no voicemail setup. So unprofessional. I filed a complaint with the corporate office not only because of the battery situation but the Manager Chris at the enchanted hills location in rio rancho NM shouldn’t be able to make their issue my problem as a paying customer. All he had to do was treat me with respect and explain what happened instead of blaming me and telling me he didn’t have to help me “he just did because that’s good customer service”Very unhappy. Go anyway else. Walmart would have been a better experience.

My plastic skid plate fell in the front 6 days later and dragged on the ground for miles. I will adjust this review after I see how this issue is addressed by this business.Update *They put it back on it is still damaged but apparently it was missing clips the first time it was serviced.

I typically change my own oil but my Toyota pickup has a brush guard plate under the engine. This catches oil from the filter change and gets all over my driveway. Started going to Valvoline for the oil change and they have consistently done a great job and clean the guard plate for me. They are very courteous and efficient.

I went to the Enchanted Hills location thinking I was going to receive amazing service as I do at the Menual location. Unfortunately, Jason (Manager) was a total jerk! He was rude, definitely not customer friendly and zero managerial skills. I am hoping to hear back from Upper Management Corporate Office. 🤞

Stopped by for oils change and they wanted $100 for just an oil change. Stay away if you are a woman. My husband went there regularly for everything now they lost 2 customers.

Pulled up with a over heating Jeep and I know it was a steaming but all I heard was the employees in the bay laughing at it and making rude comments about the Jeep the told us to back it up and leave it to cool off and one guy under ght bay says dont hit my car or else. Well Im about to find out or else what once it cools off and Im ready to leave

I went there for a oil change the first time a guy left the oil pan screw open and when I went back they get the oils cap open I called today and they said we can’t help you I’ve been driving around with it like this I barley had any oil when I got out and checked because it smelled it was smoking because the cap was left open very unprofessional and I won’t go there ever again

Theyre quick, and will check a lot of other things with your vehicle as well in addition to the service you pay for. Overall great value. Use Groupon or another discount app to really help with theyre already decent pricing.

Ive never had any issues with them for routine oil changes and the staff at this location seems to be much better trained than most. Granted all oil change shops make their money by pushing upcharges like flushing fluids and stuff like that, but if you follow your cars maintenance schedule and tell them what you need, they do a great job.

These d-bags want to charge $107 bucks for synthetic oil change, I told them that was dealer prices and he says the dealer isn’t open on Sundays. What a rip off, I’m currently at Walmart down the street getting the oil changed for under $50 bucks synthetic. Stay clear from these clowns!

The techs were friendly, but because they were not trained in what is needed to change oil in a 2012 Audi Q5, they damaged my oil pan with the wrong oil plug and over tightened the plug to get it to stop leaking. it only took a few days and the whole undercarriage of our car was covered in oil. we took it back and they did not know what to do, so we took it to the dealer and that is how we found out the oil pan was damaged and the wrong plug was installed. Audi changed the plug, but did not identify the damaged pan. after taken a trip to California we noticed oil leaking again in my moms driveway, took the car back to the Dealership and they found the damage to the pan. Robert of Valvoline said they would cover the new pan and after audi replaced it they are now saying it is not there problem. so i am stuck with a car i have to pay to get fixes. Valvoline i am now forced to find a different oil and now complain about Valvoline to any one the will listen. thanks

A 45 minute air conditioning recharge turned into 2 hours, and while I am $80 poorer, my AC is not any colder. How can the technicians blithely recite a list of actions performed, when they cant possibly have performed them? (e.g. I have no washer fluid reservoir!) What is up with posting Sunday hours, when they are NEVER open on Sunday? I have gone by 2 Sundays in the past, and they werent there. I am going to Jiffy Lube next time.I warn anyone to be careful and consider going to a place with less employee turnover and more truthful hours and actions, even if it is a little further away.

My wife took her car here and was quite happy with her experience. Small upcharge for the air filters to be cleaned was worth it in my opinion. I was hoping they could change my brake fluid too but no dice.
