I waited three days for an oil change appointment after being told that was best way to get it done without long wait. Came in at appointment time still waited an hour before my truck was brought into shop. I specifically asked for oil change and tire rotation. While sitting at stop light I saw that brakes were not inspected. It actually says that on report. I went back to find out why. The desk jockey I dealt with was gone so his replacement talked to the technician. He said he was told to not do the rotation. If he didn’t rotate the tires and check the brakes how does he know my truck was safe to drive. On the front of the report it says brakes are in the green and ok. WHICH IS IT? I was then told to come back tomorrow and talk with manager. I ready paid for tire rotation when I bought new tires months ago.
Hours are great! Service is usually good, and I can wait for my vehicle.
Had an appointment for an oil change; I got there ten minutes early and was told it would be an hour and fifteen minutes before they could start servicing my car. I waited there, and a half hour later, they tell me my car is done and ready to go. I am legitimately impressed at their speed, and Duane was great. I will be recommending this place to others, and they definitely have my future business.
Quick Lane did wheel bearings service as part of a front end alignment. I have an E450 van and they are one of the few in my area that can handle vehicles of that size. Within 20000 miles of that service i suffered an outer wheel bearing failure. Luckily the spindle didnt break after bearing seized and I was able to get safely off the road. I had vehicle towed to there location, $904.00, in hopes they would work with me on this problem. They refused to accept any responsibility for this failure. Claimed it wasnt their fault and offered no assistance with repairs. Im done with that business.

I went to quick lane at Don Chalmers today for an oil change. I had an 11 am appointment and they were hustling right along! We chose to hang out there at the shop while they worked. They had 3 big screen TVs to choose from free wifi, a place to charge your electronic device if you need it, and free bottled water while we waited. They were very thorough and let us know exactly what they did, what we need to pay attention to between now and our next oil change, and then walked us out and opened our car door for us to get in. Service with courtesy and a smile!

Professional service with great customer service. Had an oil change done. This includes a general inspection. It was pointed out that my valve cover gasket was starting to seep and to keep an eye on it as it would need to be replaced in the future. Also found out about a recall that I was unaware of. All for a great price! They even threw in a free car wash!

Great and quick oil change
I recently purchased a vehicle through Capitol Ford in Santa Fe however I live in Rio Rancho, when trying to use my Ford Pass points for a routine oil change I was rudely told I could not get my brand new Ford Escape serviced through the quick lane and would instead have to either purchase an oil change or drive to Santa Fe for it. I have never had issues before with Chalmers, however this experience has put me in a position where I am forced to drive the 45-60 minutes for an oil change in comparison to the 5 minutes it would have taken me through this quick lane.
Good social distancing practice, but they need to honor their coupon, gave us a hard time using our coupon.

Not a big fan but its better than the alternative. No new sticker placed inside windshield, had a call that my payment didnt go through due to an error of their part. Havent been there yet where its been uneventful. One more shot they get.

I went in for an oil change and for them to check out the reason why my brakes were screaming every time I stopped. They completed the service but told me they could not do anything with my brakes other then put cleaner on it. That solved the problem just for the drive home later that day I heard the screaming coming from my vehicle every time I was coming to a stop. It is very disappointing that I made a huge investment with this company and to get horrible service is very upsetting.
They did an incredible job fixing my car and this is the only place that I will take my car to! I trust them completely!

The last four times we have brought our truck here, The job either cant be completed properly or we wait obscene amount of time for minor jr. Tech maintenance.Weve been labeled red flag customers according to a phone call a desk employee had in front of me when I came to have our new tires mounted an almost 8 hour long tire change tire sensors still dont work and was advised by employees to gor to Firestone to have them do it what I paid Chalmers to to in the first place also, employee explained what the red Flag customer meant that theyve had issue with us before and that we are special. Now today a simple oil change 5 hour ordeal so far with no answers as to why we have a low oil pressure warning light on the dash. SICK AND TIRED of getting stranded in this place while our vehicles elementary maintenance gets done. I will never do business here again Ill never buy another ford again. Don Chalmers will never have my business again.
My mother took her vehicle to have a oil leak taken care of. They said they repaired leak but said there were other leaks that needed repair.They also checked her brakes and said the front rotors needed to be turned and brake pads replaced also needed rear brakes adjusted and cleaned. Wanted to charge almost 1000 for the brake repair and another 1600 for the leaks. Called another mechanic and they quoted 250 for same brake repair.Took the car in and mechanic said the brakes were fine. They found a small leak and said it was very insignificant.Beware consumers especially old people. Business trying to take advantage. Usually not one to badmouth or leave a bad review but just couldnt believe the dishonesty. Find another place to repair your vehicle.UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!11/1/2018 In regards to the response below. Yes there may have been miscommunication on the price to repair brakes. But.... THE BRAKES DID NOT NEED TO BE REPLACED!!!!!!! Also the oil leaks they supposedly found were not found by my second opinion mechanic.Take your vehicle elsewhere.
They honor our Second Amendment rights!!! That alone is a good reason for 5 stars. As to the service, I think the staff might be overworked cuz they arent as cordial and welcoming as they had been in the past. Moreover, the cashier person has no clue what the technician found or did. Wish there was better communication between the two entities so that customer would know whats wrong with vehicle and have accurate understanding what was done to vehicle.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Quick Lane which is refreshing because Ive had TERRIBLE service with Don Chalmers next to them. But, I will continue to take my cars here for servicing as they are always accommodating and I will often drop my car off on a Saturday and even though they are busy, they will call me when its ready and I pick up. I enjoy Quick Lane and appreciate their service.

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had. The mechanic changed a rear strut mount on my car and almost completely dismantled the rear passengers backseat. The manager called me and proceeded to berate me and tell me hes been in the business for 13 years and this wasnt his mechanics fault as did the service person. When they gave me the keys to my car, they didnt take me to show me what happened, however, did that for other customers. I got all the way home only to find out that part of my backseat was not attached. The manager even asked me why I didnt have both rear struts done at the same time, well, I explained, they went out at different times, just as the front two did. These are by far the most disgusting and despicable people Ive ever dealt with. The manager proceeded to hang up on me during our conversation and told me he didnt appreciate me yelling at the service person. Wouldnt you yell if you got all the way home and no one told you half of your backseat wasnt attached. Under no circumstances should anyone take their car here. Perhaps they can do an oil change and basics but that mechanic had no business working on the rear strut in my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They are dishonest and have HORRIBLE customer service. Seriously, do not go here. While this was clearly the mechanics fault, there was a complete lack of professionalism by the Manager James Cordova. He acted like I was lying and hung up on me during our conversation. As a manager, he should have tried to remedy the situation somehow but all he did was accuse me of lying, Ive never been treated so poorly - perhaps they thought they could push me around because Im a woman. You do not call women names like banshee and then expect to be treated with respect. WOMEN - do not go here for your automobile needs - they will take advantage of you!!!

Ok, what a horrible place... I found out that this “Quick Lanes” as they call it, is not at all quick and apparently dose t even service you Ford cars or trucks with Motor Craft parts... my oil filter, air filter, and probably the oil are not Motor Craft products... why in the heck would you take your Ford to Ford to get generic filters and products! This is unacceptable on every level. Shame on you Don Chalmers “Quick Lanes”! I will never use this place for service ever again and will tell everyone I can to avoid the scam!

Quick Lane charged me over $2,500 for repairs on steering and suspension. Most of the parts were replaced but Quick Lane cut corners and left some of the failing parts on the vehicle. Their neglect lead to major front end damage and extremely unsafe driving conditions. I returned the vehicle to them a total of 7 times but it took the work of a different-honest-mechanic to make things right. Clearly Quick Lanes primary concern is revenue, NOT safety.

Until today you have been the only folks doing my oil changes. I went under the truck to drain the oil today. (After three free oil changes) The oil drain plug points were damaged to the point I will have to replace it. Also, it was so tight it took a 1/2 inch drive and everything I had to break it free. There is no reason for either of these things to happen. I would not expect this kind of shoddy work from a company associated with a dealer. Very disappointing. I will not be back.

Horrible service. Dishonest! Take pictures or a video of everything in your vehicle from the engine to underneath your vehicle, etc. before you take your vehicle to get serviced anywhere so technicians dont take advantage of you. Danny the technician put the wrong oil and did NOT service my vehicle properly. He lacked to service my vehicle appropriately. He stripped the nuts on my vehicle. At one point they moved the fuses around and they removed one. Plus Quicklane claims my vehicle needed extra attention. Well they are wrong because I got a second opinion. It seems like they take advantage of people such as woman, the elderly, young people, etc.
So I took my Focus in for an oil change and tire rotation. Great however, i have a loud road noise. I called Ricky he said bring it in and we will put the tires back the way they were. Took it in a few of the guys got into the car with me so they could hear what i hear, Drove back to Quick Lane and they rotated the tires. However. They stripped most of the nuts. Now i cant change the tire if i have a flat. I bought breaks and a wheel bearing to have my husband fix them and he cant get the lug wrench on the nuts.

I have been here before, and have not complained. However, I went in this last time and it took 2.5 hours to get a simple oil change. For a place called quick lane, thats not very good.
I went in today (with my baby, mind you) to have my oil changed and transmission serviced. The service tech (didnt catch his name, unfortunately) came back to me about 20 minutes after we had been there with a list of extra repairs. Okay, no big deal so far. This list consisted of replacing the breaks and drums (we have rotors, fyi) ($200), the windshield wipers ($9.99), and air filter ($19.99). Cool, I called my husband to double check the charges; he had me ask the tech specifically if the rotors could be rotated, he said they were too far gone to be rotated. Okay, fine. We put our trust in their assesment and gave the go ahead to perform the list of repairs. Luckily, my husband came by to pick my son and myself up about 15 minutes later. He asked again (of a different service tech) if they really thought the rotors needed to be replaced. This different tech took my husband back to check out our vehicle to take a look at the rotors. Not only did they look perfectly fine, but our brake pads were totally fine as well. The tech that took him back told my husband that basically these (the brakes and rotors) still have about 10,000 miles on them. Id still drive on them. We would have been very loyal customers to this Quick Lane, but that is no longer an option. The fact that their service tech attempted, almost successfully, to screw me out of about $300 is not okay. We will NEVER visit another Quick Lane. So disappointed.

Awful. They say you can go in without an appointment for an oil change. You cant, even though theyre open until midnight, its a lie. Furthermore, Don Chalmers tells you that this is a huge benefit of buying from them, it isnt. I hate when something promised only to find out its nothing like you were told. A couple years ago, the service was a lot better where the customer came first, but they got a new manager and hes brought the whole place down. Doesnt understand service, only how much it impacts his bottom line. Vote with your pocket books and go elsewhere. As far as the work, its ok.

I have had poor service multiple times at this location. The first time, I had an oil change done, and upon returning home my vehicle leaked oil all over my driveway. I returned to have them fix the issue and they found that the oil filter had not been properly tightened. The staff was unapologetic, and generally unpleasant. The second incident, (and the last time I will ever go to this location) I went in for an oil change without an appointment, and was told it would be about 45 minutes until they could get me in. I was prepared to wait because I didnt have an appointment, but after and hour plus, I asked why my vehicle still hadnt been pulled in. The staff reluctantly, and with visible irritation, went to go check, and returned to tell me it would be another 20-30 minutes. There was no apology, and their only response was do you want to schedule an appointment? My biggest issue with this location is the general demeanor of the staff at the front desk, to include management. They are lazy, and lackadaisical, and have zero sense on what good customer service is. They make the customer feel like they are inconveniencing them. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.
I took my truck there after I had over accidentally recharged my a/c @60 degrees after replacing a condenser my self and was quoted 180 to make it right but after they found out I did the work my self they said after market refrigerant isnt good for them they turned me a way without a solution thanks guys for you professionalism

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, service took over 2 hours...they broke 2 wheel studs, one on the left and right side and didnt bother to tell me...i had to find out about it on the receipt after I paid...when I went asked about it, they told me it needs to be replaced but they wouldnt do it there because getting off of work is more important than customer safety. Worse customer service ever!

This is not the place to go. They failed to service our State fire engine and had to take it to the other dealership. In my personal vehicle they failed to top my fluids off twice when I went in for an oil change, after they checked it on the recipt and told me they did my coolant was dry. They had also checked my battery said it was ok and two days later got it checked at AutoZone, turned out to be a bad cell, where I changed it myself. Not happy with their service and wondering what else they checked as ok.- Lonnie H.
